NEW for 2009: Exhibitor Invites
Exhibitor Invites is a new program that serves two vital purposes - increase attendee registration and help exhibitors with ROI.
Exhibitors log in to a secure site to upload lists which are never shared with RSNA. Next you can customize, preview and approve a series of three html emails that can include your booth number, logo, personalized text, product photos, and special offers.
All of this usually takes about 20-30 minutes to create a campaign of three emails that are sent to your customer/prospect list and doesn't cost you a thing!
For an RSNA exhibitor, it's a proven way to reach new attendee prospects. To learn more about this program, contact the RSNA Technical Exhibits Department at exhibits@rsna.org
