Despite the weak economy, RSNA professional registration continues to
be strong. Registration to date is on par with record-breaking
performances in 2007 and 2008.

Don’t Forget to Update your Exhibitor Listing
The RSNA 2009 Exhibitor List and Floor Plan is now available
on our website at the RSNA annual meeting website at RSNA2009.RSNA.org. This exhibitor list includes contact
information as supplied on your Technical Exhibit Space Application/Contract
and your company description with product/service(s) from your previous
participation (if applicable).
To edit your exhibitor listing, please visit the RSNA
Technical Exhibition Center and click "I'm a Confirmed Exhibitor"
then "Update Your Exhibitor Listing."
A username and password was sent to you via a separate email. If you experience any problems, please
contact RSNA Technical Exhibits Department at exhibits@rsna.org.

Internet Service at RSNA 2009
Once again, RSNA will be sole provider of booth internet
service at the RSNA annual meeting. All
internet service must be secured through RSNA and its RSNAnet service and not
Focus One. Each connection includes 10/100Base-T
standard RJ-45 male connector and 1 subclass-C IP address range (240 usable
addresses).
For RSNA 2009, RSNAnet service has new bandwidth breakdown. The minimum bandwidth size is now 348K
(compared to 256K in 2008). Also, for
the companies looking to increase their Internet bandwidth, RSNAnet is offering
a 5 MB and 10 MB connection.
Order by September 30 to receive the early-bird discount. Full
information will be found inside the RSNA Exhibitor Service Kit.

Booth Design Approval - September 4
All freeform exhibits (20'x20' or larger) must submit booth designs to RSNA for approval by September 4. Include only complete printed drawings indicating:
- Applicable setbacks
- Height of the exhibit
- 3D renderings (if available)
These items must be submitted along with the signed Booth Approval Form & Booth Design Agreement Form. All the forms can be found in our Exhibitor Service Kit

Exhibitor Invites is a new program that serves two vital purposes - increase attendee registration and help exhibitors with ROI. Exhibitors log in to a secure site to upload lists which are never shared with RSNA.
