Do you know we began Mamapalooza on a single stage in Manhattan with Joy Rose, Housewives On Prozac and a few friends at the Cutting Room NYC with seven acts and 75 people in the audience. In 2004 MAMAPALOOZA moved to Riverside Park South, and began a fruitful, amazing relationship with NY Parks Dept. During the past 10 years we’ve preformed on literally hundreds of stages, in clubs, parks, downtown districts, festivals and farms around the world. In 2005, CNN, Good Morning America, People Magazine, BBC, Chicago Tribune, NPR and so many more media outlets highlighted stories on the women who believed that Moms really do ROCK!

The intention of Mamapalooza is to provide opportunities for women artists and small business owners to interface with families, while accessing family services, free activities and fitness, all while celebrating our beautiful U.S. parks systems.

This year you can shop for children’s clothes with vendors like Kana, special scents from Diva Mama, and taste organic food samples from MomMade Foods, and Cabot Cheese to name a few, while letting your kids play onGYMBOREE equipment and rocking out to music on the main stage.

Pier  I (big i) is in Riverside Park South at 70th street and the Hudson River, across from the Trump Towers on Riverside Blvd: Please be advised that the best walking entrance is W. 68th and Riverside.  There is sometimes street parking available. Otherwise there are two parking garages (Quick Park) at 68th and Riverside, you may park there and walk down the ramp to the park.
