Training Wheels

Tired of hanging on to your five-year-old's bike seat as he peddles down the road? Are you wondering how to help your daughter learn how to ride her bike and remove the fear of falling at the same time? Are you ready to have your child learn how to ride a bicycle without the training wheels in ten days or less? Listen in as kindergarten teacher and triathlete Valerie discusses with husband Thomas the key to hassle-free bike lessons for kids.

The Four-Question Challenge

Are you using the parenting strategy that is best for your child? Do you know how to critique a parenting technique to see if it's the right one for your family? Put your parenting strategy to the test with the Four-Question Challenge. Listen to Thomas and Valerie's explanation of the questions every parent should use when considering what to do when their kids misbehave.

Questions and Answers - 1

In this segment, Thomas and Valerie answer questions about a teenager who frequently forgets what he agreed to do and blames others for not telling him, a toddler who is using swear words, and kids who are not picking up after themselves.

Questions and Answers - 2

Thomas and Valerie answer listener questions about a teen not feeling normal because she is not involved in drugs and a twelve-year-old boy watching porn at a friend's house.

Questions and Answers - 3

In this segment Thomas and Valerie answer listener questions about a nine-year-old child's frequent lying, a six-year-old pooping his pants, and a seven-year-old who has temper tantrums and angry outbursts.
