WHO: The Museum Of Motherhood (M.O.M.) is a living, breathing, community-centered history, culture and social change museum focused on amplifying the voices and experiences of mothers and families.
WHY: The Museum’s mission is to engage the public in discourse on the subject of mothering, motherhood and images of women’s changing bodies, minds and lives.

M.O.M. is the first and only facility of this kind pioneering new areas of academe in mother studies. The museum highlights gifted mom artists, offers on-going programming for children and adults, and a creative host of conferences, music, theater performances and events. Museum-goers can access pregnancy simulator vests, open play space for babies & toddlers, parenting groups and more, during regular hours.
