Friday night will begin at 6pm with an opening circle. We will have time for introductions, share an evening meal together and prepare for the long weekend. This will include theory and understanding of Holotropic which means "moving towards wholeness."
Saturday morning we will ease into the day and begin by 9:30 with an introductory breathwork session and group sharing. Following a buffet lunch, will be time for a silent trail walk (alone or group led) to immerse in the serenity of nature. After a leisurely break, the afternoon will continue with a group art activity, evening dinner followed by an insightful lecture and discussion led by Karen.
Sunday morning will start by 9am and begin the Holotropic Breathwork session. Mandala drawing will immediately follow for the morning breathers. Lunch will be served and time for a break for "private retreat." The second breathwork session will begin at 3pm followed by the mandala drawing for the afternoon breathers. We will gather again for dinner at 6:30p followed by group sharing. The evening will close with an outdoor fire circle, drumming and dance!
Monday morning will include a teaching focused on the insights available while surrounded in nature and experiencing powerful inner experience. Along with the context, this offers deep and meaningful connection with inner wisdom to integrate and further explore.
All the activities will underly a theme of personal integration and transformation.
The retreat will close Monday morning with brunch at 10am. If you have time, go for a horse-back ride or afternoon kayak/canoe (make your own reservation). Checkout is by noon, we will pack our cars and enjoy a delightful return home!
