The Dmitri Matheny Group had a terrific time in Northern California last month. Warm thanks to Armando's, Jazz Church West, Old First Concerts, Piedmont Piano, the Evans Family, and everyone who came out to hear the band.
Mark your calendars: we'll be back July 21 for Jazz at the Chimes in Oakland, July 24 for San Jose Jazz at the Fairmont and July 25 at Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz.
Just ahead: a Pacific Northwest Residency of concerts, festival appearances and jazz workshops throughout Washington and Oregon.

The longest-running music event on the Oregon Coast, the 35th Oregon Coast Music Festival is a two-week-long annual festival that draws 5,000 to its various concerts throughout the Coos Bay region.
