10 Simple, Uncommon and Effective Tips to Avoid Mold, Flu and Bacterial Infections

We thought this would be a good time to share 10 simple things you can do to protect yourself, your family, your pets, and your home from viruses, bacteria, and mold. These simple yet uncommon tips serve a triple purpose, 1) allowing you to save both time and money; 2) offering you a high level of protection, security and comfort; and 3) helping you recover, and restore health and home after a disaster.
To eliminate mold spores in the air and on surfaces after floods, leaks or other water intrusion, diffuse Young Living’s Thieves Essential Oil blend for 24-72 hours in each room of a home or office building. Exact length of time to diffuse, where to place diffusers, and other measures that may be required is an engineering problem that should be addressed by professionals trained and well-versed in using The Close Protocol to Prevent and Eliminate Mold.Rub 1-3 drops of Thieves Essential Oil from heel to toe, on the bottom of each foot before you leave the house. Take 2-3 times a day, or every 2 hours, as needed.

The basic consumption of food for you in the next 1 to 2 weeks will be fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Stay away from beans, grains, meats, starches, caffeine and other “empty foods and drinks” such as soda, coffee, alcohol, candy, chocolate, etc. One of the most important things to remember in these first two weeks is to not allow yourself to go hungry. This eating plan is structured so that you can eat as much as you want of the right things. When you allow yourself to go hungry that is when you easily give into temptations or cravings. It is also important to be consuming more vegetables and fruits throughout each meal.
*An Apple a day keeps the doctor away. Eat an apple a day!*Beverage: WATER! For the next week or two, stick solely to water.
( You may squeeze any fresh fruit juice into your water for extra flavor.)
Breakfast: *7 almonds for girls, 9 for guys (or any other nuts of your choice. Ex. Peanuts, cashews, pecans, etc.) 1 scoop of Raw Meal Replacement and one scoop of Perfect Food in 6-24 oz. of water (These can be found at the Vitamin Shoppe or online) you can freeze bananas and use frozen fruit to add. I add 1/2 banana and a handful of frozen fruit.Eat as many fruits and vegetables until full.
(EX: apples, grapefruit, grapes, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, oranges, tomatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower, asparagus, green beans, lima beans, lettuce, Etc.)Snack; 3 almonds or any other choice of nut with any amount of fruit or vegetables
LUNCH: 7 almonds for girls, 9 almonds for guys with as many fruits and vegetables as comfortable. Salads are a great meal when loaded with different fruits and vegetables. Stay away from heavy dressings such as Ranch, Blue Cheese, Italian and Caesar. Use small portions of the vinaigrettes and balsamic based
Snack: 3 Almonds or another choice of nut and fruit and veggiesDinner: Same as lunch. Use a variety of raw and cooked veggies and fruitsSnack: 3 Almonds or other choice of nut1 scoop of Raw Meal Replacement with 6-24.oz. of water with frozen fruit.Have a bowl of any veggie or fruit you would like.
