Spotlight On: Pat Robinson
Pat Robinson is our Director of Development and a longtime member of the SGH family. Pat is committed to moving St. Gerard House forward with passion and purpose resulting in rewarding, positive experiences for the children with autism and their families. Pat and her husband, Dave, moved to Flat Rock in 2004 after living in Boston, New Jersey, and Charlotte. She earned a degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley and enjoyed an eclectic professional life before joining our team. We are so grateful for her dedication to our mission!
MC: How did you end up at SGH?
Pat: "Before we moved to Hendersonville, we watched family friends struggle to find answers and support for their two sons on the autism spectrum. We stood by helplessly as we watched their life fall apart – personally and professionally. Yet, I’ve been so inspired by the spirit of those boys and the strength of their family that I jumped at the chance to assist St. Gerard House in pursuing funding and grant opportunities to ensure families facing autism have every opportunity."
We serve a variety of age groups through our multiple programs. St. Gerard House is a great place to volunteer for learning opportunities.
