"Thanks for posting this! A motel we frequently visit was bought out by the Wyndham chain recently- MI. On our last visit a couple of weeks ago, I was "treated" to a very painful burning sensation on my right second toe in the same area for 3 days. It hurt so bad that I let out very audible "ooooouchhh"'s. BUT it left no marks and I haven't had that same pain since coming home. It happened in the motel and also in the car. I don't recall anything similar ever happening at this motel before it was sold."

WiBreathe: Estimating Respiration Rate Using Wireless Signals in Natural Settings in the Home

Abstract— Sensing respiration rate has many applications in monitoring various health conditions, such as sleep apnea and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. In this paper, we present WiBreathe, a wireless, high fidelity and non-invasive breathing monitor that leverages wireless signals at 2.4 GHz to estimate an individual’s respiration rate. Our work extends past approaches of using wireless signals for respiratory monitoring by using only a single transmitter-receiver pair at the same frequency range of commodity Wi-Fi signals to estimate the respiratory rate of an individual. This is done irrespective of whether they are in line of sight or not (e.g., through walls). Furthermore, we demonstrate the capability of WiBreathe in detecting multiple people and by extension, their respiration rates. We evaluate our approach in various natural environments and show that we can track breathing with the accuracy of 1.54 breaths per minute when compared to a clinical respiratory chest band.

Tracking WiFi Signals to Passively See Through Walls Using NI USRP and LabVIEW
The Challenge:
Proving the concept that local WiFi signals can be used to monitor moving objects and bodies that are otherwise visually obscured. Although fundamentally similar to traditional radar systems, our novel approach is entirely passive—utilizing the wireless signals that already swamp our urban airways. We could use this technology, for example, for efficient and undetectable public safety surveillance.
The Solution:
Producing a demonstrative passive radar system using multiple NI Universal Software Radio Peripherals (USRPs) and LabVIEW. The USRPs, which can operate over wide frequency bands, acquire radio frequency (RF) signals on several channels. We used LabVIEW to design and iterate the advanced signal processing used to detect minute Doppler shifts in the acquired wireless signals to sense movement.

Japanese scientists at Kyoto University and Panasonic have developed a new technology that can measure a person’s heart rate from a distance, without any contact or inconvenience. The researchers hope that one day vital signs will be automatically captured as people walk by a sensor, letting clinics evaluate patients faster and allowing people themselves to keep an easier eye on their health. The new device uses millimeter-wave spread-spectrum radar, the returning signal being a mess that has been previously impossible to get a sense of. The researchers wrote algorithms that are able to process and detangle this data, extracting the tell-tale signs of heartbeats from the signals and measuring their period.The next step is to further perfect the algorithm to be effective with the entire population, from young to old, and in different and unusual environments. 
Spread spectrum radar patent


A spread spectrum radar apparatus wherein a plurality of carrier signals frequency modulated over predetermined time intervals and separated in frequency such that the spectra of the signals do not overlap are sequentially transmitted. Radar returns of this transmission sequence are coupled to a receiver which is frequency band activated in accordance with the transmission sequence and in a manner to minimize radar minimum detection range. Each radar echo is processed through a matched filter for pulse compression, delayed in accordance with the position of its transmitted signal, detected, and non-coherently summed with detections of returns from the same target of other interval transmissions.

This is an example of the system that is installed in city infrastructure to monitor your home with Wifi, infrared doppler radar antennas, radios and cameras, things most people have no knowledge of. We know we are being listened to, so there has to be a listening device, we know someone knows what room we are in, so there has to be an occupant location system. We know that we can feel a general field of microwaves upon our whole body so there has to be a source of microwaves. We know that an specific implant can be stimulated with microwaves so, whoever implanted the device would know what frequency to stimulate it with, so transmitting that frequency within a field around the person of so many feet would find the implant. However, if you are a TI, you know a definite intelligence and knowledge of the position of individual body parts is definitely at work. The question is, how much can be seen and how?  Looking at the possibilities and selecting a variety of technologies that fit the scenario would be the best line of enquiry. Then there is the problem that if devices were removed from your home or car, something even worse would be installed or there would be some further reprisals. This is war, a covert war where we, the people, have been attacked by the government who does not respect the constitutional rights of anyone.a
Don't be fooled, every police know about this and they have the directed energy weapons in their cars. A FOIA request could result in what DEW equipment they have installed, where its installed and the fact that the police are using it to direct energy to Targeted Individuals.  Look for antennas on light poles in shopping center parking lots, along roads and bridges. Sometimes a radar detector will pick up on which ones are being used as your car passes along the road.
Example of System:
Radio frequency refers to electromagnetic wave in the range of 3kHz to 300GHz, which corresponds to the frequency of radio waves. RF can be applied to vast applications including communication, radar, detector, RFID. These systems include the use of fiber optics and ultrasound and other technology.

Ultrawideband radar-enabled wireless sensor networks have
the potential to address key detection and classification requirements
common to many surveillance and tracking applications.
To explore the compatibility of ultrawideband radar and mote-class sensor nodes, we designed and built a new platform called the Radar Mote. An early prototype of this platform was used to detect, classify, and track people and vehicles moving through an outdoor sensor network deployment. This paper describes the sensor’s theory of operation, discusses the design and implementation of the Radar Mote, and presents sample signal waveforms of people, vehicles, noise, and clutter. We demonstrate that radar sensors can be successfully
integrated with mote-class devices and imbue them with an extraordinarily useful sensing modality.

Video Review:  How to Use Your TENS unit
If you are implanted and having your medical implants stimulated remotely as most Targeted Individuals do, a TENS unit may help. Please watch this video. It clearly says that using a TENS unit may interfere with the use of implants in your body. Using a electrode on the bottom of each foot may help eliminate the jittering nervous energy from being bombarded with microwave.
