A 7 lb. yorkie went out to do his business and was assaulted.  He has a directed energy injury on his testicles where some of the flesh was burned. His testicles, which are ordinarily the size of grapes, are a walnut-shaped mass, oozing liquid. Now he is afraid to go outside, afraid of being inside. He can't stand up without pain. He can't even stand up to eat. He needs a safe enclosure where he won't be hurt by unknown, unseen criminals who assault innocent animals.

I've witnessed the program on their cellphones myself in a visit to none other than Walmart. This store has been totally converted to gangstalking staff and the perp that was following me stopped slightly ahead of me and pulled out her Samsung smart phone and touched on an app. I could see the program being pulled up and it definitely looked like a GPS map of the store layout, but only of that aisle I was in. It wasn't a highly graphic program and only showed what you would see in map view from google, but you could definitely see two figures in the aisle on her screen. I don't know about this girl, if it was her intention to let me see this, or maybe she was a greenback - new to the stalker/depopulating crew, but either way I've noticed time and time again, they're almost always an immigrant. I do believe immigrants are often used for stalking and that multiculturalism was created to help with gangstalking efforts. They're helping to rape and pillage the exchange for what our forefathers have fought so hard for and earned! Our governments have sold our dream to a bunch of envious turds who don't give a rats ass what they're doing. All they know is they're given a certain level of immunity at this stage, but that will not last forever. Eventually the tables will turn and the cards will be played another way. I wonder if these people ever realize the full ramifications of their participation in this program and how we have all been sucked into this abyss. Humanity is in deep trouble! Even our ruling elite will eventually go down too. Nobody is safe now.

I was looking for a frame to use as an enclosure that I could hang Linqstat on. My search brought up portable greenhouses and then came this. This is a grow tent for plants. It is already covered with metallic mylar inside and it has vents to bring air inside. It is light tight, air tight and would be a wonderful experiment to see if it kept out radiation meant to harm TI's.  It accommodates a single size mattress and box springs. An electrical field can be set up across the surface to interfere with incoming frequencies by placing electrodes on the surface of the mylar attached to a power source such as a TENS unit. 
You could also hang Linqstat or metallic fabric that would also keep out frequencies or paint the outside with RF blocking paint.
Also, people are being assaulted at night, even though their doors are locked. This might help keep stalkers and medics off of you while you are sleeping unless they teletransport to the inside. Using Smart Phones and Body Sensors To Deliver Pervasive Mobile Personal Healhcare  
INTRODUCTION In Western countries, the aging population and the rise of chronic diseases are placing increasing pressure on the cost of providing health care. For example, Australian Government expenditure on health and aged care is expected to rise from 9% to 12.4% of GDP (i.e. $246 billion) by 2020 [1]. Furthermore it is estimated that 30 to 50 per cent of patients with chronic disease are hospitalised because of inadequate care or management [2]. The global shortage of qualified health care professionals is also contributing to a higher burden on those in the industry [3].
Technology has often provided a platform for enhancing the provision of quality healthcare and for driving down the health expenditure. A wireless sensor network consists of a large number of distributed nodes. The nodes are designed to be small, cheap and autonomous. Each node consists of a microcontroller, a transceiver, an energy source and a sensor. The nodes are usually connected in an ad-hoc arrangement. Wireless sensor networks are deployed in a variety of application areas, such as environment and habitat monitoring, healthcare and traffic control. Body area networks can be considered as a special type of wireless sensor networks with their own specific requirements. They differ in nature and requirements from traditional widearea wireless sensor networks, with the most important ones being the increased demand for reliability, energy efficiency and mobility support. The sensor nodes are designed to be worn on the body or implantable.
IEEE has identified three application domains where body sensor networks are useful; disease management, health and fitness, and independent living [4]. In the later case, a home health care network, comprising body sensors, cameras and a home health controller, can be used to monitor a patient’s well being in their home environment [5]. The home health controller is expected to reside permanently within the home, so when a patient leaves their residence, another device must act as the control node for the body sensor network. [COMMENT:  If you are being electronically harassed and you reside permanently in a home, you most likely have one of these HOME HEALTH CONTROLLERs installed in the walls or ceiling.]
The mobile phone has already been proposed to act as a control node [6]. It provides a far more sophisticated human interface than the limited interfaces found on a sensor node. Mobile phones are equipped with several services capable of communicating with a centralised server e.g. SMS, MMS, and GPRS. Modern phones, such as the iPhone, are equipped with cameras, accelerometers and GPS devices, which can be utilised to provide contextual data about a patient. The phone itself can be used to enter other information or to record a patient’s emotional or mental state.  As demonstrated by Liu et al. [7], this feature can be used to enhance a patient’s compliance to medical program or adherence to a prescribed drug regimen.
Typically Bluetooth has been used as the wireless technology to interconnect the mobile phone and the sensors, as it generally found on commercially available phones.  In general, the mobile phone penetration is very high both in developed and developing countries. For example, there are more than 22 million phones owned by Australians and about 98% of the population has access to a mobile phone network.  In this research, we examine the feasibility of using the mobile phone as a control node to provide mobility and to perform analysis and diagnosis of medical conditions, when acting as the control node in a personal healthcare system. Section II outlines some of the relevant research projects into body sensor networks. The ability of various devices in a body sensor to perform processing of physiological parameters is examined. Section III proposes architecture for a personal healthcare system and identifies a number of requirements the system should fulfill. Section IV details a testbed for measuring some metrics for the proposed system. Section V presents and discussed the results of these measurements. Finally conclusions are reported in Section VI.  
Programming Wireless Body Sensor Network Applications through Agents

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are currently emerging as one of the most disruptive technologies enabling and supporting next generation ubiquitous and pervasive computing scenarios. In particular, Wireless Body Sensor Networks (WBSNs) are conveying notable attention as their real-world applications aim at improving the quality of human beings life by enabling continuous and real-time non-invasive assistance at low cost. This paper proposes a high-level programming approach based on the agent-oriented model to flexibly design and efficiently implement WBSNs applications. The approach is exemplified through a case study concerning a real-time human activity monitoring system which is developed through two different agent-based frameworks: MAPS (Mobile Agent Platform for Sun SPOT) and AFME (Agent Factory Micro Edition). The programming effectiveness of MAPS and AFME with respect to the developed systems is finally discussed.
Implementing and Evaluating a Wireless Body Sensor System for Automated Physical Data Acquisition at Home
Advances in embedded devices and wireless sensor networks have resulted in new and inexpensive healthcare solutions. This paper describes the implementation and the evaluation of a wireless body sensor system that monitors human physiological data at home. Specifically, a waist-mounted triaxial accelerometer unit is used to record human movements. Sampled data are transmitted using an IEEE 802.15.4 wireless transceiver to a data logger unit. The wearable sensor unit is light, small, and consumes low energy, which allows for inexpensive and unobtrusive monitoring during normal daily activities at home. The acceleration measurement tests show that it is possible to classify different human motion through the acceleration reading. The 802.15.4 wireless signal quality is also tested in typical home scenarios. Measurement results show that even with interference from nearby IEEE 802.11 signals and microwave ovens, the data delivery performance is satisfactory and can be improved by selecting an appropriate channel. Moreover, we found that the wireless signal can be attenuated by housing materials, home appliances, and even plants. Therefore, the deployment of wireless body sensor systems at home needs to take all these factors into consideration.

New biomaterial developed for injectable neuronal control

The material they came up with, published online June 27, 2016, in Nature Materials, forms the basis of an ingenious light-activated injectable device that could eventually be used to stimulate nerve cells and manipulate the behavior of muscles and organs.
The new material, in contrast, is soft and tiny -- particles just a few micrometers in diameter (far less than the width of a human hair) that disperse easily in a saline solution so they can be injected. The particles also degrade naturally inside the body after a few months, so no surgery would be needed to remove them.
Nanoscale 'sponge'
Each particle is built of two types of silicon that together form a structure full of nano-scale pores, like a tiny sponge. And like a sponge, it is squishy -- a hundred to a thousand times less rigid than the familiar crystalline silicon used in transistors and solar cells. "It is comparable to the rigidity of the collagen fibers in our bodies," said Yuanwen Jiang, Tian's graduate student. "So we're creating a material that matches the rigidity of real tissue."
The material constitutes half of an electrical device that creates itself spontaneously when one of the silicon particles is injected into a cell culture, or, eventually, a human body. The particle attaches to a cell, making an interface with the cell's plasma membrane. Those two elements together -- cell membrane plus particle -- form a unit that generates current when light is shined on the silicon particle.
"You don't need to inject the entire device; you just need to inject one component," João L. Carvalho-de-Souza , Bezanilla's postdoc said. "This single particle connection with the cell membrane allows sufficient generation of current that could be used to stimulate the cell and change its activity. After you achieve your therapeutic goal, the material degrades naturally. And if you want to do therapy again, you do another injection."

Satellite Telemetry and its Impact on the Study of Animal Migration

GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite systems are similar to the Argos-based systems in that both use satellites and provide the same type of data (i.e., geographical positional fixes), but this is where the similarities end. GPS was developed in 1973 by the U.S. Department of Defense as a "satellite-based three-dimensional positioning system with 24-hour worldwide coverage," with four satellites visible from any location on Earth (Tomkiewicz et al. 2010).
Rather than sending signals from the GPS device to the satellite (as with Argos), the GPS device receives signals from a satellite, in fact from at least three satellites simultaneously. For each satellite, the position in space, the time the signal is sent, and the speed of the signal are all known, allowing GPS devices to calculate their position based on the signals they receive (Tomkiewicz et al. 2010).
Since this process uses triangulation, a minimum of three separate satellite signals must be received to give a positional fix. One advantage of GPS over Argos is that the positional fixes are more accurate, with an error of about 5 m with a 95% confidence interval (Wilson et al. 2002). GPS systems are becoming increasingly prevalent in migration studies as they require no subscription, can give continuous positional fixes (due to the number of orbiting satellites) and are constantly being improved upon because there is a strong commercial market for GPS systems (Tomkiewicz et al. 2010).
Since both systems use satellites and provide the same data, "satellite telemetry" will, for the purpose of this paper, refer to both, unless otherwise stated. One of the major drawbacks of GPS, however, is that GPS tags must be able to be reliably recovered from the animal, as the data are stored on board the tag; recovery, however, is not always possible. GPS positions can also be transmitted via the ARGOS system, but then the costs of using ARGOS are accrued.

The Hill reports that at least 13 people are dead, more than 85,000 people have applied for federal disaster aid, 30,000 people needed to be rescued and 40,000 displaced. State officials report it is easily the biggest housing crunch since Sandy. In Livingston Parish, officials report as many as 75 percent of the 52,000 homes there had been damaged by floodwaters. In Ascension Parish, water had seeped into one of every three homes.

Dietary Supplement May Prevent Cognitive Decline

A dietary supplement containing ingredients commonly found in health food stores appears to prevent the decline in brain structure and function typically seen in Alzheimer's disease, the results of an animal study indicate.

In a mouse model of accelerated aging and severe cognitive decline, a combination of vitamins and minerals, as well as nutraceuticals, such as beta carotene, bioflavonoids, cod liver oil, flax seed, garlic, and green tea extract, not only maintained brain cell numbers and mass and cognitive function but also appeared to prevent deterioration of sight and smell.

"the supplement works on fundamental mechanisms that are pretty much ubiquitous across any organism that breathes air, essentially."  These mechanisms, which include oxidative stress, inflammation, and mitochondrial dysfunction, "happen in a multitude of species as they get older" and are not "something that is specifically a human phenomenon that has been attempted to be recreated in a mouse model," she noted.
