Dear Ms. Cedomio:
I received the Termination to Vacate on September 7, 2016. I wrote to Mr. Kishmiri (Ex #1) and requested an additional 30 days beyond the 30 day time limit based on the following:
1. I am 78 years old
2. My right shoulder needs to be replaced
3. I have difficulty walking
Today I spoke to the Property Manager, Calvin, and asked him if I was getting the 30 day extension. He said “No” and told me the eviction date is October 7, 2016. I left the letter with the Front Desk Clerk on duty at 11:15 AM on September 7, 2016. All mail goes through the Front Desk.
The hotel has a copy of my California ID.
This eviction is a violation by the landlord and property manager of NRS 118A.510.7: retaliation for multiple complaints to the Washoe County Health Department for bedbugs and cockroaches. I have been at the hotel since November 7, 2004 and have never been late with rent.
My rent was due on September 7. I attempted to pay it on September 4, but the property manager refused payment and told me I was being evicted.
Since then I have asked each Front Desk Clerk to accept my rent payment and have been refused. I am keeping a log of date, time and individual who has refused my rent payment. It seems the Ponderosa Hotel is setting me up for an eviction based on non-payment of rent.
I am hereby requesting a hearing based on the issues listed above and also on the issues of retaliation and elder abuse NRS200.5092, the willful and unjust deprivation of shelter. I look forward to receiving the hearing date and time. Thanks.

|How To Make a Foot Detox Bath for $10|
A footbath consists of a chamber that holds salted water and is large enough to place two feet, and a pair of electrodes, one positively charged and the other negatively charged. There are many claims that these pull toxins out through the feet. Most holistic practitioners agree that pulling out toxins from the body with an electrically charged device is a smart, and non-invasive, thing to do. The trick, however, to an effective footbath is to have two separate tubs for your feet, with one electrode in each tub.
Most holistic authorities agree that toxins have a positive charge, and that positively-charged toxins are attracted to a negatively-charged electrode. In this footbath setup, users find that if the water does turn colors, generally the negatively-charged side becomes much more discolored than the positively-charged side.
YOU WILL NEED
You can make your own effective apparatus for about $10 with simple parts bought from a basic electronics store (like Radio Shack) and/or hardware store. Get the following:
- Two shallow plastic buckets or bins large enough to hold a single foot. Make sure they are plastic so you don’t electrocute yourself.
- Filtered or distilled water.
- Two stainless steel spoons.
- Two "alligator" clips of different colors. One wire will be connected to the positive side of the battery for the left foot, and the other wire will be connected to the negative side of the battery for the right foot (see photo on next page). the United States, it’s customary to use black and red, but any two colors can be used. The color of the wire doesn’t matter as long as you dedicate one alligator clip wire to the positive side of the battery (and left foot) and the other alligator clip wire to the negative side of the battery (and right foot).
Water. Put about 3 inches of filtered or distilled water into each bucket.
Salt. Mineral salts enable water to conduct electricity more easily. If you use distilled water, add a half a teaspoon or a teaspoon of Celtic, Dead Sea, or plain salt from the health food store into each side and stir. If you are very sensitive, you’ll need just a pinch of salt. If the water already contains a fair amount of minerals, you won’t need to add salt. (At first, you may feel areas of your feet—especially the top or instep—sting and itch a bit, but this is normal. If you are too uncomfortable, reduce the amount of salt in the water as well as time in the footbath, and build up to longer time periods.)
Wiring the Spoons. Attach the RED alligator clip to the bowl of the LEFT-hand spoon and attach the BLACK clip to the bowl of the RIGHT-hand spoon. Then place the spoons in the plastic bins. (We are assuming that the wires are red and black, but you can use any color wires as long as the POSITIVE terminal is for the LEFT foot and the NEGATIVE terminal is for the RIGHT foot.) You may bend the spoons so the bowl of the spoon protrudes out of the water more, allowing the stem of the spoon to lie flatter on the bottom of the plastic bin.
Wiring the Battery.
On the 9-volt battery:
Attach the other end of the RED clip to positive (+) terminal.
Attach the other end of the BLACK clip to negative (-) terminal.
Your footbath is now charging and ready to use.
|SURVEILLANCE: CAHT computer crashed with updates installing themselves|
|It is a constant problem for Targeted Individuals to try to keep their computers and phone working. However, they are set up for the bad guys to be able to do interfere with anyone.|
Why are computers and phone now made so you can't take out the battery? Even though your phone or computer is off, they can be used to listen to your conversations. Take the battery out if you can and you are not using your phone.
Why are computers and phones now set so you don't have control of updates, they install automatically? Recently, they have been putting through updates which put surveillance software on your computer or crash your computer by damaging the hard drive. These updates may be from Microsoft, Adobe, or others. BEWARE of updates. You can delete them and use your recovery feature to return your computer to a previous date's setting which removes the update and perhaps other things you might have to load onto your computer again.
Also, set a recovery point every day. Updates can remove recovery points so you can't even recover from the event. Also, create a recovery disk and a system image disk if you know how. The recovery disk is simple, you just need a blank CD, but system image may require specific storage system.
|VIDEO: Most people are sheep|
A group of people in a doctor's waiting room, all but one are what we will call actors as part of this social experiment, with one woman being the "subject," and we see how a person is literally programmed into following the actions of others without even understanding why and despite those actions making absolutely no logical sense.
A "beep" is heard, all the actors stand up and then sit back down, then another "beep," they stand and sit... by the third "beep" the woman who is the subject of this social experiment, stands up along with the rest of the group without being told to and without knowing why.
The scariest part of this whole thing is even after the room empties of all the actors, the woman, already programmed.... still stands up at the sound of the beep.
In 1951, Solomon Asch conducted a "conformity experiment," where a group of "confederates" all agreed to give the wrong answer to a very simple line task test, with only one real participant being asked the same question after everyone else had already given their deliberately wrong answers, to see how many of the real participants would "conform" and give the wrong answer just because the others did so.
The results give us an idea of how much of a percentage of people are actually "sheep."
When the real participant's were asked why they conformed and gave the wrong answer even knowing it was wrong, the majority said that "they did not really believe their conforming answers, but had gone along with the group for fear of being ridiculed or thought 'peculiar'."

People conform for no reason. That is what is being done to people in our world. They are being manipulated with mind control to conform.
|Reliable Set up Medical Body Area Network|
In a point-to-point communication a single wireless sensor talks to a single receiving device, typically some type of display device (e.g. wireless weather stations). The association of sensor to receiver is often only maintained by using the same radio frequency or the same radio protocol. Most such systems are operated in the free ISM frequency bands. As long as only few systems are deployed the limited radio range together with the low duty cycle of typical sensor applications guarantees an interference free operation. With more and more wireless solutions deployed in the open ISM bands, additional mechanisms are needed. The communication itself has to be made reliable in the presence of interference sources; e.g. by using spread spectrum technologies and/or error correction. Using low duty cycles as a simple scheme of interference prevention is currently enforced in the 868Mhz ISM bands in Europe .
Beside the communication itself, also the association of sensors to receivers has to be solved reliably. A typical solution is a learning sequence initiated by a time synchronous button press on both devices (wireless sensor and receiver). During the activation of the learning sequence a piece of information is exchanged between wireless sensor and receiver. Often the unique identifier of the wireless sensor is sent to the receiver. After that the receiver will only listen to messages containing the newly learned identifier, preventing false sensor data reception by other nearby sensors.
2.2 Autonomous Auto-configuration
Another type of sensor networks are large-scale wireless sensor networks containing multiple sensor and receiving nodes. Once such a network is deployed, communication from any sensor node to any other node shall be possible. Because the size of such sensor networks is larger than the radio range of a single node, multi-hop routing algorithms are used to cover the whole sensor network. Efficient multi-hop algorithms are subject to many research activities around TinyOS .
Once a new sensor node enters such a large-scale wireless sensor network it should automatically become part of the network. Typically a predefined network identifier is used to decide on the association of a new node to an existing sensor network. Only nodes with the same network identifier will be member of the same sensor network. Currently those network identifiers are statically defined at the building process of the nodes. With this static definition a wireless sensor node cannot be easily reconfigured for use in a different sensor network.
2.3 Other ad-hoc Communications
Further popular examples for ad-hoc communication systems are wireless LANs and Bluetooth. For wireless LANs again some kind of membership to a certain ad-hoc network has to be defined. This will be configured manually by defining a shared network identifier for all participating devices. Bluetooth uses another kind of manual network set-up. One device, later to be master of the Bluetooth Piconet, will initiate a device discovery that will be answered by devices in range. The user of the master device will explicitly initiate a communication to one of the found devices. Bluetooth also offers the concept of device pairing. Here two devices will exchange keys (which are typically derived from a PIN entered manually by the operating user) to build a secure relationship . Whenever a service is needed that is related to a paired device, Bluetooth automatically establishes the communication to that device (e.g. using the dial up networking profile of Bluetooth from a notebook which will automatically connect to the paired Bluetooth enabled mobile phone). Nevertheless the pairing has to be done manually and with user intervention. Another method of device pairing, stemming from the area of ubiquitous computing, is discussed by Holmquist et.al. – ‘Smart-Its Friends’ technique . They describe a method based on context-proximity where two devices connect if they have the same context, e.g. the same movement pattern. The idea is to take the network nodes (Smart-Its) that shall be connected, impose the same movement pattern on them e.g. by shaking them, and then these network nodes will connect automatically.
The ‘Smart-Its Friends’ technique uses context-awareness to realize automatic connection set-up between potential network nodes. This does not really fit to the requirements of our medical application scope where a network set-up, which is predictable and explicitly controlled by clinicians, is required.
2.4 Wireless Medical Sensor Networks
First monitoring products with single wireless sensors exist (e.g. wireless 1-lead ECG from Nihon Kohden) but work on systems with several wireless medical sensors is still in its infancy. One activity in this area has been started by the Fraunhofer Institute Germany , which works on a proprietary hard and software platform for medical Body Area Networks and the development of wireless medical sensors. The process of setting up a sensor network for medical monitoring applications as well as integration of patient and clinician identification is not yet covered.
The area of patient monitoring poses stringent requirements on a convenient and fail-safe set-up procedure for medical sensor networks. On the one hand patient safety and convenience for clinical staff have to be ensured, on the other hand the technical requirements as e.g. low power consumption, and reliable set-up and operation have to be met. In the following we describe the requirements on such a set-up procedure.
The set-up procedure for the wireless sensor network has to be as ‘safe as cable’, i.e. it must be as intuitive and easy to use by clinicians as today’s cabled solutions. The system should allow a flexible sequence of actions and avoid unintentional activation/deactivation of medical sensors. The hospital environment demands fast but controlled set-up of the sensor network, i.e. the set-up procedure should be automated as far as possible but must always be under control of a clinician. Avoidance of unauthorized set-up is required here, i.e. only clinicians may initiate and control the set-up of a sensor network. Furthermore, for legal reasons, the medical context requires the logging of which clinician performed which action. The developed set-up procedure must also support flexibility in the sense that dynamically adding/removing sensor nodes to/from a network must be easily possible. There should be no limitation in the number of sensor nodes that can build a network. It is required that adding/removing of a sensor node can be performed by different clinicians, i.e. one clinician added a sensor to sensor a network, which is later extended by a second clinician, removal of one/all of the sensors could be performed by a third clinician.
During the set-up, interference with other nearby sensor networks must be avoided, i.e. a sensor of a new patient may not accidentally be added to sensor network of another patient. The set-up may not interfere with other patient’s sensor networks. Technical requirements that have to be met and have to be considered during the design of the set-up procedure are low power consumption and low storage usage.
|Climate change flaunted its deadly side during the 2003 European heat wave, which killed over 70,000 people across the continent. In London and Paris alone, global warming led to 570 more heat-related deaths than would be expected without human-caused warming, researchers estimate in the July Environmental Research Letters.|
Daniel Mitchell of the University of Oxford and colleagues ran thousands of climate simulations with and without the influence of greenhouse gases emitted by humans. The simulations showed that 70 percent of heat-related deaths in central Paris during the heat wave and 20 percent in Greater London could be attributed to climate change. The study is the first to quantify climate change’s role in the event and will inform policy makers on the risks climate change poses, the researchers say.

- Muscle and nerve function, including the action of your heart muscle

- Regulation of blood sugar and insulin sensitivity which is important for the prevention of type 2 diabetes
For optimal health, magnesium experts recommend a daily allowance (RDA) should be 600 to 900 mg/day. Of course, most TIs would probably require even more magnesium daily. It's also better to divide your dose and take it two or three times a day instead of one large dose. Many magnesium experts recommend magnesium threonate. It seems to be most efficient at penetrating cell membranes, including your mitochondria which can help boost your energy level. It also penetrates your blood-brain barrier and may help improve memory. If you struggle with headaches or migraines, magnesium threonate may be a good alternative for that reason as well. For headaches and migraines, make sure you are getting enough vitamin B12 and Coenzyme Q10, as well.
Magnesium is lost through stress, lack of sleep, alcohol consumption and prescription drug use (especially diuretics, statins, fluoride and fluoride-containing antibiotics.

The new people told their stories as we all learned of more harrowing incredulous stories that these technologies are perpetrating. I kept on taking deep breaths as I hung on to my seat. John Lennon says, "you're just a human, a victim of the insane". This profound wisdom, I often repeat to myself to remember that we're not the "crazy" ones!
