|Yoga and Essential Oils go together almost seamlessly and each is bringing our bodies back to a place of balance and peace. Come learn about the oils and how to use the oils in Yoga to bring greater peace and balance. Also how to use the oils at home for you and the entire family. |
Sat., 10/1, 1:30 - 3:30 at In Balance Yoga, $10
Kathi Mineer with Divine Healing Center loves Essential Oils and uses them as a natural and holistic means in her practice of Trauma and Emotional Healing as well as in her home with her children and grandchildren.
She has seen "the magic" they offer of supporting our bodies that allows them to heal themselves not only medicinally but also emotionally. She believes that given the aid of the oils our bodies will naturally drink it in and go back to a state of balance and enlightenment. Essential have been years for centuries and now are making a huge come back as people are looking for a more organic and an alternative to Western Medicine.
