Sequencing 3: Considerations and Structure in Sequencing

Creating a sequence is like writing a story; each has a beginning, middle, and an end. There is a logical crescendo toward the climax of the storyline, followed by a thoughtful cooling down and a resolution or ending. In this workshop we will look at the theory behind structuring a class and factors that need to be considered in sequencing.
Sequencing 4: Advanced Asana

In this final workshop of the series, we will work through some real-life applications of sequencing. We will create sequences around advanced asana and explore the considerations inherent in teaching these to open level classes.

Healthy Fudge Pops
1, 14oz can full fat coconut milk
3 TBL cocoa powder (good quality)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 TBL maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 medium-large ripe banana
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth. This will yield about 2.5 cups of liquid.
2. Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least four hours. Find more easy and healthy recipes at Simply Clean Meals!
