Blues News You Can Use!
"Sunshine always gets me high...."
Though he died almost 20 years ago I am sure John Denver would approve of his lyrics being associated with the wonderful weather we have been having lately.  Cool mornings and warm sunny days are in my opinion just the best!  I am looking for my big break to get out and enjoy and hopefully you are too! Beyond the usual Friday evening Happy Hour at George's where you can catch the amazing Cate Brothers Band, there is ZZ Top at the Walmart Amp and any number of local favorites appearing at venues all over NWA. And I know you have heard me mention it before but next weekend is the awesome Eureka Springs Blues Weekend. Why not treat dad to this great family fun event held at and benefiting  Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.

Have fun!  And as always you can drop me a note and let me know what you want to see in this Newsletter. So, hit me up!

You have to open your mind. I like the ability to express myself in a deep way. It's the closest music to our humanity - it's like a folk music that rises up out of a culture.
