Aerial Yoga Launches on Sunday, 9/10 with our IBY Team's Aerial Yoga Teacher visiting from Charlottesville - Eliza Whiteman - Sign up today to reserve your hammock. 13 spots per class. We will have 3 Aerial Classes on 9/10 to Kick Off Aerial Yoga at In Balance during our Fall Open House Weekend.
HOT FLOW - SET is the new name of our old Hot Yoga class. SET means a SET sequence every class - the same sequence.

First thirty minutes of each session Jimmy will lead us through a posture clinic and then a 90 minute HOT practice to follow.

Over 50 years ago, a book called The Power of Positive Thinking became an immediate best-seller. The author Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, offered a variety of psychological practices to support the individual in developing a daily optimistic mindset for viewing life's challenges as opportunities.
