On one of those stepping machines, looked up at the TV to see that the worst mass shooting in recent US history had just happened, at a concert in Las Vegas.   And I didn’t want to know anything....Click to read more.   Teachers of College Students Wanted for Research on Use of Incentives in Research Do you teach one or more college courses in psychology, social work, counseling, or related, in the USA?   We hope you’ll assist us in a study to determine the correct value of incentives used as inducements for college students to participate in various types of research. The findings will provide guidance to researchers as to how much incentive (in dollars or grade points) is sufficient inducement to participation, while not offering so much inducement as to be coercive.   Your assistance would consist of inviting your students to participate in the study, an anonymous online five-minute survey.
