Former Division Leader of Oceanography and Director of the Seawater Analysis Laboratory at the Florida Institute of Technology.
 Principal Partner of Florida Land and Agriculture, Inc. an agricultural environmental consulting firm.
Environmental Administrator and Chief of the Office of Water Quality for Martin County Florida and has qualified and testified as an expert witness since 1999.
Environmental Administrator for S.E. District FDEP including FDEP Project Manager for several (CERP) Project Delivery Teams.
Florida Certified General Contractor, and has over 25 years of experience in the construction of both agricultural stormwater treatment facilities
and urban water quality improvement retrofits.
