Grades 4–6 • June 12–13
Children will learn and perform field laboratory techniques used by
scientists studying the Upper Mississippi River.

Grades 6–8 • June 23–24
These overnight camps provide:
• Feature presentation:
Jill Walter, Ph.D., ecosystem scientist
• Hands-on experiments
• Choose from 9 workshops
• Learn from UWL faculty and stff
• Stay overnight in a residence hall
• Campus meals
• Social activities

Following a barbeque theme, participants with learn the basics of
grilling, roasting, sauteing, smoking and various barbeque applications.

Following a barbeque theme, participants with learn the basics of grilling, roasting, sauteing, smoking and various barbeque applications.

Grades 6–10 • July 23–24
Following a barbeque theme, participants with learn advanced skills in grilling, roasting, sauteing, smoking and various barbeque applications. They will also participate in customized orders, butler service and action stations.
