|TRACKING SIGNAL AT TOP OF HEAD|
Place your 3 middle fingers, firmly on the crown of your head. You will feel a pulse or pop, about 1 or 2 times each second. This is how you are being tracked. It is the tracking signal, not your heartbeat. To confirm this, place your whole hand over your crown and you will feel multiple pulses, particularly on finger joints, because you are blocking the reflected signal they use for tracking. The tracking frequency is 3600 - 3750 MHz. The FCC Frequency Allocation table confirms this is a satellite-to-ground signal.
This signal can also be measured with a multimeter by placing a 2" strip of aluminum foil across your crown. Typical readings are about 1 millivolt.

Groundbreaking major step for medical research, development

FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas — A groundbreaking ceremony was held May 6 for the new Tri-Service Research Laboratory (TSRL), marking another step forward for Navy Medicine research and development.
The 181,000-square foot facility will house two primary research entities: the directed energy research portion of Naval Medical Research Unit-San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) and the Air Force Research Laboratory Directed Energy research group.
NAMRU-SA, previously the Naval Health Research Center Directed Energy Bioeffects Laboratory, was officially commissioned during an informal ceremony after the groundbreaking. It becomes the latest subordinate command under the Navy Medicine Support Command (NMSC) in Jacksonville, Fla.
NAMRU-SA reports to NMSC via the Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) in Silver Spring, Md.
“Because the Navy, Army and Air Force partners of the Tri-Service Research Laboratory have successfully achieved national and international recognition for their combined efforts, we are certainly looking forward to future successes as they continue to be seen as a respected authority on directed energy bioeffects and safety standards for the military and the civilian sectors,” said Rear Adm. Richard C. Vinci, NMSC commander.
“The staff moves will begin next year, but now we are breaking ground on this new facility with great expectation of things to come.”
NAMRU-SA consolidates the Naval Health Research Center Detachment Directed Energy Bioeffects, the Naval Institute for Dental and Biomedical Research in Great Lakes and the NMRC Combat Casualty Care research function.
The Great Lakes and Silver Spring units will be housed in a different facility - the Joint Center of Excellence for Battlefield Health and Trauma that is currently under construction at Fort Sam Houston. All of these groups are co-locating to Fort Sam Houston as a result of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure construction program for San Antonio.
The TSRL facility consolidates Air Force and Navy research programs that address the health and safety effects of exposure to various stressors into one location. When completed and operational, it will be a Department of Defense facility that allows the Navy and Air Force to simultaneously conduct directed-energy bio-effects research.
Navy Medicine scientists at NAMRU-SA will work to understand and manage the risks associated with human exposure to radio frequency, microwaves, lasers and low-frequency directed energy sources, said Capt. Vincent DeInnocentiis, NAMRU-SA commanding officer.
The research will support programs that protect the health and safety of Navy and Marine Corps personnel in both routine and combat operations. Much of this research is also used to help set international safety standards that, in turn, help protect the health and safety of people around the world.
A $69.9 million contract was awarded to Skanska USA Building, Inc., for construction of the TSRL. Skanska’s local San Antonio office will manage the contract. Additionally, a $367,000 contract was awarded to Blackhawk Ventures, LLC, based in San Antonio, for installation of the ducts and cabling necessary to provide voice and data communications to the TSRL facility.
Construction on the new laboratory is scheduled to begin in July and is expected to be completed by March 2011.

FLAGLER BEACH — Early in March 2017, William Sturridge first experienced a phenomenon so disruptive that it would quickly send him on a relentless search for answers. A year later, despite the extraordinary attempts he’s made, those answers remain maddeningly elusive.
It began with a sensation he later compared to “a rock tumbler under the bed.” It didn’t end there. Soon, it took on a new dimension: pain in his lower extremities that would visit him for long hours each day. Pain he would describe as “torture.”
At first, he suspected the most likely source — a medical device attached to his spine. Injured during military service, Sturridge is paralyzed on the lower right side, though he can get around with a cane for brief periods. He was one of the first people to receive an experimental spinal cord stimulator when it became available in the early 2000s. Its purpose is to block pain while persuading the brain that paralyzed muscles are functioning normally so it won’t shut down other parts of the body.
At Sturridge’s request, technicians reprogrammed the unit and checked the wiring. But the daily agony continued. So Sturridge began to look for answers elsewhere. Soon another symptom appeared: bruises on his legs, some in places that would not normally sustain a bruising impact.
He turned to his doctor, who ran tests and checked his diet. “She says it’s not me,” Sturridge said. An engineer and former U.S. Army explosive ordnance disposal specialist, Sturridge, 60, knows how to address a problem. But even his uncommon tenacity and the purchase of thousands of dollars worth of equipment have failed to resolve this one.

|Ultra Wideband Indoor Positioning Technologies: Analysis and Recent Advances |

Abstract: In recent years, indoor positioning has emerged as a critical function in many end-user applications; including military, civilian, disaster relief and peacekeeping missions. In comparison with outdoor environments, sensing location information in indoor environments requires a higher precision and is a more challenging task in part because various objects reﬂect and disperse signals.
UltraWideBand(UWB) is an emerging technology in the ﬁeld of indoor positioning that has shown better performance compared to others. In order to set the stage for this work, we provide a survey of the state-of-the-art technologies in indoor positioning, followed by a detailed comparative analysis of UWB positioning technologies. We also provide an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to analyze the present state of UWB positioning technologies. While SWOT is not a quantitative approach, it helps in assessing the real status and in revealing the potential of UWB positioning to effectively address the indoor positioning problem. Unlike previous studies, this paper presents new taxonomies, reviews some major recent advances, and argues for further exploration by the research community of this challenging problem space.

Traffic Priority-Aware Adaptive Slot Allocation for Medium Access Control Protocol in Wireless Body Area Network

Biomedical sensors (BMSs) monitor the heterogeneous vital signs of patients. They have diverse Quality of Service (QoS) requirements including reduced collision, delay, loss, and energy consumption in the transmission of data, which are non-constrained, delay-constrained, reliability-constrained, and critical. In this context, this paper proposes a traffic priority-aware adaptive slot allocation-based medium access control (TraySL-MAC) protocol. Firstly, a reduced contention adaptive slot allocation algorithm is presented to minimize contention rounds. Secondly, a low threshold vital signs criticality-based adaptive slot allocation algorithm is developed for high priority data. Thirdly, a high threshold vital signs criticality-based adaptive slot allocation algorithm is designed for low priority data. Simulations are performed to comparatively evaluate the performance of the proposed protocol with state-of-the-art MAC protocols. From the analysis of the results, it is evident that the proposed protocol is beneficial in terms of lower packet delivery delay and energy consumption, and higher throughput in realistic biomedical environments.

Wireless body area networks (WBANs) have attracted researcher communities due to the growing significance of monitoring heterogeneous vital signs in the domain of medical and health-care, sports and entertainments, and rehabilitation systems. The vital signs include temperature, blood pressure, heartbeat rate, respiration, electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG), and glucose level . These vital signs are monitored using biomedical sensors (BMSs), which are deployed on the patient’s body in three methods as shown in Figure 1. The implantation is the first method, which is used to deploy BMSs inside the patient’s body for monitoring internal organs . The second deployment method is wearing BMSs, whereby BMSs are attached to the skin or sewn onto a patient’s shirt. They externally monitor organ conditions, including temperature, blood pressure, and heartbeat . In the third method, BMSs are deployed near the patient’s body to monitor body positions, including sleep duration, arm direction, and handshaking . The monitored sensory data are then transmitted to the body coordinator, and the body coordinator transmits data to the medical doctors for analysis and treatments.
With Wearable [As with Implantable] Tech, the Purpose Determines the Placement
In direct contrast to the previous factor, this one is needed for the sensors (such as accelerometers) to function. If the wearables are placed on a body part that doesn't move much, the sensor won't be able to detect the full scope of movement and motion. Sensors placed on the lower back, arms, legs, hands, and head will prove most effective at detecting movement.
Philips works on indoor positioning using LEDs – privacy concerns arise

Philips is working on a system which allows store owners to guide their customers to the right store shelf using LED lights. The indoor positioning system only works with LED lights manufactured by Philips and the signal coming from the lights can be captured by a smartphone.
The technology is based on Visual Light Communication and works by adding an unique identification code in each lamp during manufacturing. The lights transmit this code continuously on a set frequency invisible to the human eye. Regular LED lights are provided with a constant current, he new Philips lights vary the amount of current based on the unique code.
Smartphones should be able to ‘read’ the changing frequencies of the lights with their camera and match the frequency with a database of the identification codes and the position of the lights. Using the data it’s possible for the smartphone to determine it’s exact location in the store which opens up all kinds of applications to store owners.
Examples are customers providing a recipe to an app and the indoor navigation based on the Philips lights can direct the customer to the right shelves. Another possibility is to provide people with an offer when they are in front of a product.
Philips is currently showcasing the technology during a retail fair in Germany. Retailers are already testing the system and the Dutch electronics manufacturer expects the technology will be widely available by 2015. Whether already retailers who use the system is unknown.
Currently Google also provides in store maps in several supermarkets, but as it’s less precise it is only suitable to find departments in the supermarket and not individual products. Philips is not the only LED manufacturer working on indoor positioning using LED lights. The technology has been in development for more than five years and there are plans to make 5G work using Visual Light Communication.
It’s unclear if the system is based on one way communication. The LED lights only transmit their signal, but the smartphone has to look up the exact the position by matching the unique code with the position in a database. When this lookup also provides information to the system, it could be an ideal and precise way of tracking customers. Whether Philips is actually doing this, is unclear.
An Improved Indoor Positioning System Using RGB-D Cameras and Wireless Networks for Use in Complex Environments
This work presents an Indoor Positioning System to estimate the location of people navigating in complex indoor environments. The developed technique combines WiFi Positioning Systems and depth maps, delivering promising results in complex inhabited environments, consisting of various connected rooms, where people are freely moving. This is a non-intrusive system in which personal information about subjects is not needed and, although RGB-D cameras are installed in the sensing area, users are only required to carry their smart-phones. In this article, the methods developed to combine the above-mentioned technologies and the experiments performed to test the system are detailed. The obtained results show a significant improvement in terms of accuracy and performance with respect to previous WiFi-based solutions as well as an extension in the range of operation.

Indoor Positioning Systems (IPSs) are techniques employed to calculate the position of people or objects inside buildings. Among active localization techniques, and due to the extended use of WiFi devices (i.e., cellphones) as well as infrastructure (i.e., routers), WiFi-based positioning systems (WPSs) are a suitable opportunity to track the movements of people in indoor environments. However, these techniques do not deliver very precise results as stated in . Aiming to solve this issue, other positioning techniques can be additionally used to provide more reliable results. A possible solution, based on computer vision, is the use of RGB-D cameras. This passive technique has been rapidly developed in the last few years, delivering promising outcomes for people identification , positioning [3,4,5] and gesture recognition .
The combination of the above-mentioned techniques, WPSs and RGB-D devices, has already been presented in a previous work . In that approach, the WPS delivers the position of users in a range of meters and RGB-D cameras refine this value to a precision of centimeters. Within this paper, a more robust and extended infrastructure is presented, applying the mentioned idea to real environments, such as housing facilities.

Here are 10 ways to spot a false flag mass shooting:
1. Media covers the event:
The national media doesn’t care about people getting killed with guns unless they can frame it within a gun control agenda. When all of the establishment media is amplifying a particular shooting, you can be certain that nefarious things are afoot.
2. No survivors:
How are drugged-out losers performing with Rambo-like prowess and accuracy? Adam Lanza allegedly killed all those kids and teachers with no first-hand survivors. No injuries? Do you know how rare that is in combat? The human body is very resilient, and even trained soldiers miss their target in the heat of battle. This is a major red flag seen in almost every shooting event.
3. Family appears on TV within 24 hours, showing little emotion:
When the victim’s family is immediately interviewed by CNN with dry eyes saying things like, “I’ve got nothing but love in my heart for the shooter” less than 24-hours after their brutal murder, you can be sure it’s a false flag event.
4. Family or witnesses in the event have acting backgrounds:
Most of the characters in these hoaxes are failed actors. They seem to have finally gotten their big break to act like a grieving victim. Search YouTube for “Crisis Actors Shooting.” If even 1% of that content is true, your whole reality will be turned upside down.
5. Participants in the hoax immediately blame the gun, demand more gun control:
No victim’s family ever says, “Gun laws aren’t to blame. It was just the wrong place at the wrong time,” in these hoaxes.
6. Shooters always have new social media accounts:
Why do all of these shooters seem to only have a month or two of social media activity? That’s highly unusual for a real person these days.
7. Shooter commits suicide:
It’s much more convenient when the shooter is killed off in the story. That way they don’t have to worry that their patsy will spill secrets. It’s not always the case because access to alleged Aurora shooter James Holmes and the alleged Boston Bomber is easily restricted.
8. Shooter leaves manifesto:
If the media releases the shooter’s manifesto or social media statements that reinforces the government’s agenda to expand the War on Terror domestically, it’s probably a staged hoax.
9. Victim’s families don’t sue anyone for negligence, but receive millions in unsolicited federal payouts:
This was one of the biggest tells for me that Sandy Hook was a fraud. The federal government doesn’t just hand out money. And parents with a major gripe about schools usually file lawsuits. The opposite is true for these shady events.
10. Solution wouldn’t have prevented the events:
Finally, a powerful way to tell these events are false flags is that the proposed solution of more gun control wouldn’t have prevented any these “attacks” in the first place. It’s all a ruse.
Even if these were genuine tragic shootings, they can’t be prevented by banning certain types of guns, the number of bullets, type of magazine or even who is legally allowed to buy them.
Besides, violent crime statistics have been plummeting the last few decades. We are living in the most peaceful times in human history. Yet, gun grabbers would have us believe the opposite.
Don’t you see, they need to make us feel frightened. They want us to give up our right to self-defense and buy into their protection racket. They want us to beg them to spy on us, restrict our freedom of speech, and ban guns for our own safety. And I suspect they’ll continue these ridiculous hoaxes until they get what they’re after.
|Smart Meters Use Nerve Disrupting Frequencies|
Nerve Disrupting Frequencies Radiating from “Smart” Meters – Information and Perspective

Everyone knows that wireless “smart” meters communicate via microwaves. What was unknown until now is that additional frequencies are transmitted in the 2 to 50 kilohertz range. Numerous studies have shown repeatedly that those very same frequencies disrupt the human nervous system. Indeed, “nerve block” is the phrase used in the studies to describe what occurs.
The studies are not controversial. In others words, there are no studies that show otherwise. Nerve block induced by frequencies in the 2 to 50 kilohertz range is an established fact. The studies that show this nerve block are all from reputable sources including the epitome of “establishment” science when it comes to electricity, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
So the demonstration you will see in the video is groundbreaking, or more accurately, “smart” meter breaking.
Unless they cease, desist, and bring down the wireless “smart” grid at once, “smart” meter manufacturers and the utilities that use them are going to be facing massive liability and personal injury lawsuits because, unlike the microwave radiation that anti-“smart” meter advocates have been calling attention to for years, there is no scientific dispute regarding the biological effects of 2 to 50 kilohertz frequencies.
Additionally, state utility regulators and public health departments will need to actually do their jobs which always used to include protecting the public and promoting public health and safety.
Lastly, the U.S. Department of Energy will have to bring an immediate halt to the promotion and subsidization of the wireless “smart” grid.
Every day of delay will bring greater liability for the aforementioned corporations and agencies and the individuals involved. It’s one thing to act in ignorance, quite another not to act once knowledge is received.

Momentum of the Mind
It is useful to conceptualize momentum as the speed at which a person propels themselves toward their goals. Those who achieve much during their lifetimes are also the people who constantly move toward making their dreams a reality. While the first part of a goal may be to visualize attaining that goal, it is far from the only action that must be taken. Those who have big dreams, but stop the process at the visualization stage, are an object at rest.
Psychological momentum borrows much from the concept of physical momentum, but with a few metaphysical properties mixed in. Researchers have defined it as:
“… a perceptual phenomenon that changes human behavior and performance. It is ‘experienced as a psychological force in which several factors or qualities converge in a synergistic way to enable one to perform at a level not ordinarily possible”
Once someone has enabled their own psychological momentum, they become more likely to string together successes and achieve multiple goals in a short duration of time.
Psychological momentum is every bit as important as physical momentum, and the two become intertwined when striving toward physical goals. However, there are several impediments that can interfere with your psychological momentum.
The most common and most powerful impediment to momentum is fear. While dreaming of significant success is necessary for achievement, those goals often require a large amount of time, commitment, and energy. These requirements tend to intensify the chances of failing at the goal in question. This risk of failure is often perceived as scary, as nobody wants to perceive themselves as a failure, or worse, have others perceive them as a failure. This fear stifles psychological momentum, which then stifles physical momentum, stopping a person from achieving their dreams.
Another impediment to psychological momentum is poverty of the mind. Questions like, “What if I am not good enough?” or “What if I try as hard as I can, but fail anyway?” indicate poverty of the mind, and it is a large part of why so many people fail to realize their achievements and accomplish goals. These obstacles are all mental, which means the only way to overcome them is to persevere, equip a positive attitude, and most importantly, never stop moving toward the ultimate goal, regardless of what it is or what it entails.
Fear and poverty of the mind are akin to the time of slavery and oppression. Slaves were given a sense of fear and poverty which made them stationary. Because of this, they were obedient and conformed to everything the slave master demanded.
Consider the relationships in your life. Who is injecting the virus of fear and poverty into you? Maybe it’s your work, gym, or school environment. Perhaps it’s the people on your social media networks. Regardless of the source, if you feel enslaved, it is because you are afraid and have been made to feel poor.
While in Naval Special Warfare training, I suffered a career-altering injury to both of my knees. I immediately felt fear. I was afraid to take the necessary steps to regain my momentum, because I feared the probability of never achieving my vision of success. I fell into a dark place, gained a lot of weight, self-medicated with alcohol, and isolated myself from co-workers, friends and family. I viewed myself as a failure, and had very low self-worth. In short, I became an object at rest.
In order to climb out of the void I was in and free myself from the grips of all that stifled my momentum, I needed to change my environment and set aside limiting beliefs of myself. I surrounded myself with people who gave me courage and made me feel rich inside.
Believe that you are resilient. Find strength in past accomplishments, and see the value in failure. Past performance is not a predictor of future results.

The purpose of TI-Day is twofold. TI-Day is an opportunity to honor those who are being victimized by contracted stalking, electromagnetic assaults, and brain influencing technology but are rising above the pain and suffering to unify in strength and solidarity. More importantly, T-Day is about individuals or small community groups of victim-activists simultaneously carrying out their own initiatives to inform the public about these threats to safety and rights. These initiatives are meant to all happen on the same day and to be combined into a massive global effort. The coordinated efforts of groups of TIs all over the world will raise a powerful voice to help bring our targeted sisters and brothers out from the isolation of their pain and suffering.
Ella Free, the host of the “Triumph Over Targeting” Podcast and the Coordinator of the TI support and activism group, Freedom For Targeted Individuals, has joined with me to help email people and inform them about this new initiative. There are several ways to learn more about Targeted Individual Day and plan how you can contribute to this momentous event. For starters, visit https://targetedindividualday.weebly.com/. To help people plan local activities on TI-Day and coordinate them with activities elsewhere in the world, we will also be having conference calls (with international dial-in numbers) on FreeConferenceCall.com (https://Freeconferencecall.com/wall/ti-usa). You can also email me directly at TargetedIndividualday@gmail.com, and I will be happy to give you more information and help you link up with others.
Connect with Ella or me and start planning your own local initiatives as part of this global effort. We want to make the first annual TI-Day as successful as possible. If you already know other TIs in your area, mobilize them, plan your own activities for T-Day, and share those plans with TIs elsewhere in the world. If you don’t know any TIs in your local community, connect with us anyway, and we’ll try to put you in touch with other empowered activists in your area. We need to start planning now to make this initiative as successful as possible. Thinking globally and acting locally on TI-Day can be as simple as wearing a “Targeted Individual” t-shirt or putting a magnetic bumper sticker on your car. You could also mail letters to your elected representatives, or just make a resolution to speak candidly to friends or family members who have never heard about the criminal persecution experienced by targeted individuals. You might get a group of empowered victim-activists together to hand out flyers or hold a small rally with signs about the widespread prevalence of organized stalking, electronic harassment, and mind-influencing technology. More involved efforts could include getting a group of people together to give a presentation at your local library or church, to speak at a meeting of your City Council, or to visit your local police station and educate police officers about these crimes. Use your imagination, and design a local initiative that’s right for you and your situation.
Let’s take our fight to the next level! There are dozens of different activities that are possible, each of which can contribute in its own way to the worldwide effort of Targeted Individual Day on August 29th. Join in this global day of protest, and help expose the truly destructive crimes involved in targeting. Help bring awareness to these issues and take this day to honor victims worldwide. We’re going to make this day happen every year. We’re going to make it grow and grow until the plight of targeted individuals is known and society finally comes together to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice.
