5G wireless is the next step in the evolution of mobile communications with the aim being to provide connectivity for any kind of device and any kind of application. Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) constitute just one component of connected healthcare utilising small intelligent physiological sensors either on or implanted in the human body. This contribution examines the 5G technologies that will make a significant contribution to providing secure healthcare- orientated WBANs with improved energy efficiency, interference mitigation and wireless power transfer capability.

Electronic Slavery is taking over the world. Thousands of people have been selected for elimination in a government fusion center program designed to dominate an individual with electronic harassment and organized stalking. This program includes a system of harassment with microwave technology from various sources including electronic medical implants, handheld directed energy weapons and various installations of transmitters, magnetrons and mobile units which radiate people with microwave from cell towers, vehicles, drones and satellites. The program also includes gangstalking by multiple people every day wherever the individual exists which causes physical harm and psychological harm through terror.
Targeted Individuals are medically implanted with a brain implant which creates a permanent connection of their brains to a central government AI computer where their brain waves are (1) recorded, (2) interpreted and enhanced with sophisticated software and (3) used to remotely control people with artificial thoughts, dreams and emotions. The new healthcare system that allows remote monitoring of an individual's every thought and action is called a Wireless Body Area (Sensor) Network. The goal of government and the healthcare mafia is to have every human being controlled with this system of electronic torture and control.  Survey of WBSNs for Pre-Hospital Assistance: Trends to Maximize the Network Lifetime and Video Transmission Techniques
This Body Sensor Network allows a "handler" employed by the government of the United States of America to see and monitor everything a person does with a  surveillance system in their home and vehicle. Transmitters embedded in the home and vehicle communicate electronically to send every brain wave, every heart beat, blood ph, blood sugar, stress levels, every physical impluse from the senses, even sexual experiences to the government, police, firemen, doctors, hospitals, fusion centers and anyone they give access to. Microwave transmitters are not being used for healing people or making them live longer, they are being used to stimulate implants to heat, vibrate and destroy connective tissue, muscles, nerves and joints. Microwaves are being aimed at people's heads to soften the bones and to decrease mental abilities. TI's are reporting that the circumference of their heads decreases over time. One TI noticed her head is a whole inch smaller in a year's time.  See
RFID implants can be so powerful they can be turned on from long distances so you can be tortured from "neighborhood watch" volunteers walking, riding or driving down the street. This is done by "stalkers" hired by various volunteer programs (paid with gift cards), the COPS program, neighborhood watch programs and Citizens Assisting Police programs. When the Individual goes out for a walk, they are followed by radar, tracking their implants and stalkers pass by or interfere with their walk. Victims are tracked using apps on cell phones.  See:

  1. CFRTitle 47Chapter ISubchapter DPart 95Subpart E › Section 95.628

47 CFR 95.628 - MedRadio transmitters in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz and 2360-2400 MHz bands

§ 95.628 MedRadio transmitters in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz and 2360-2400 MHz bands.
The following provisions apply to MedRadio transmitters operating in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz bands as part of a Medical Micropower Network (MMN) and in the 2360-2400 MHz band as part of a Medical Body Area Network (MBAN).
(a)Operating frequencies. A MedRadio station authorized under this part must have out-of-band emissions that are attenuated in accordance with § 95.635.
(1) Only MedRadio stations that are part of an MMN may operate in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz frequency bands. Each MedRadio station that is part of an MMN must be capable of operating in each of the following frequency bands: 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz. All MedRadio stations that are part of a single MMN must operate in the same frequency band.
(2) Only MedRadio stations that are part of an MBAN may operate in the 2360-2400 MHz frequency band.
(b)Requirements for a Medical Micropower Network.
(1)Frequency monitoring. MedRadio programmer/control transmitters must incorporate a mechanism for monitoring the authorized bandwidth of the frequency band that the MedRadio transmitters intend to occupy. The monitoring system antenna shall be the antenna used by the programmer/control transmitter for a communications session.
(i) The MedRadio programmer/control transmitter shall be capable of monitoring any occupied frequency band at least once every second and monitoring alternate frequency bands within two seconds prior to executing a change to an alternate frequency band.
(ii) The MedRadio programmer/control transmitter shall move to another frequency band within one second of detecting a persistent (i.e., lasting more than 50 milliseconds in duration) signal level greater than −60 dBm as received by a 0 dBi gain antenna in any 12.5 kHz bandwidth within the authorized bandwidth.
(iii) The MedRadio programmer/control transmitter shall be capable of monitoring the authorized bandwidth of the occupied frequency band to determine whether either direction of the communications link is becoming degraded to the extent that communications is likely to be lost for more than 45 milliseconds. Upon making such a determination the MedRadio programmer/control transmitter shall move to another frequency band.
(2)MedRadio transmitters. MedRadio transmitters shall incorporate a programmable means to implement a system shutdown process in the event of communication failure, on command from the MedRadio programmer/control transmitter, or when no frequency band is available. The shutdown process shall commence within 45 milliseconds after loss of the communication link or receipt of the shutdown command from the MedRadio programmer/control transmitter.
(3)MedRadio programmer/control transmitters. MedRadio programmer/control transmitters shall have the ability to operate in the presence of other primary and secondary users in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz bands.
(4)Authorized bandwidth. The 20 dB authorized bandwidth of the emission from a MedRadio station operating in the 413-419 MHz, 426-432 MHz, 438-444 MHz, and 451-457 MHz bands shall not exceed 6 MHz.
(c)Requirements for Medical Body Area Networks. A MedRadio programmer/control transmitter and its associated medical body-worn transmitters shall not commence operating in, and shall automatically cease operating in, the 2360-2390 MHz band if the programmer/control transmitter does not receive, in accordance with the protocols specified by the manufacturer, a control message permitting such operation. Medical body-worn transmitters shall cease operating in 2360-2390 MHz if they lose communication with their associated programmer/control transmitter. Additionally, a MedRadio programmer/control transmitter and its associated medical body-worn transmitters operating in the 2360-2390 MHz band shall comply with a control message that notifies the devices to limit transmissions to segments of the 2360-2390 MHz band or to cease operation in the band.
(d)Frequency stability. Each transmitter in the MedRadio service must maintain a frequency stability of ±100 ppm of the operating frequency over the range:
(1) 25 °C to 45 °C in the case of medical implant transmitters; and
(2) 0 °C to 55 °C in the case of MedRadio programmer/control transmitters and Medical body-worn transmitters.
(e)Shared access. The provisions of this section shall not be used to extend the range of spectrum occupied over space or time for the purpose of denying fair access to spectrum for other MedRadio systems.
(f)Measurement procedures.
(1) MedRadio transmitters shall be tested for frequency stability, radiated emissions and EIRP limit compliance in accordance with paragraphs (f)(2) and (3) of this section.
(2) Frequency stability testing shall be performed over the temperature range set forth in (d) of this section.
(3) Radiated emissions and EIRP limit measurements may be determined by measuring the radiated field from the equipment under test at 3 meters and calculating the EIRP. The equivalent radiated field strength at 3 meters for 1 milliwatt, 25 microwatts, 250 nanowatts, and 100 nanowatts EIRP is 115.1, 18.2, 1.8, or 1.2 mV/meter, respectively, when measured on an open area test site; or 57.55, 9.1, 0.9, or 0.6 mV/meter, respectively, when measured on a test site equivalent to free space such as a fully anechoic test chamber. Compliance with the maximum transmitter power requirements set forth in § 95.639(f) shall be based on measurements using a peak detector function and measured over an interval of time when transmission is continuous and at its maximum power level. In lieu of using a peak detector function, measurement procedures that have been found to be acceptable to the Commission in accordance with § 2.947 of this chapter may be used to demonstrate compliance. For a transmitter intended to be implanted in a human body, radiated emissions and EIRP measurements for transmissions by stations authorized under this section may be made in accordance with a Commission-approved human body simulator and test technique. A formula for a suitable tissue substitute material is defined in OET Bulletin 65 Supplement C (01-01).

Radio waves are one option for individual electronic animal identification (radio frequency identification, RFID). In addition to the standard low-frequency band (LF, 120–135 kHz) used, high-frequency (HF, 13.56 MHz) and ultra-high-frequency (UHF, 868 MHz, 915 MHz) bands have become more popular and have been tested increasingly in research (Hessel and Van den Weghe, 2013; Hogewerf et al., 2013; Maselyne et al., 2014; Reiners et al., 2009; Stekeler et al., 2011a; Umstatter et al., 2014). Low-frequency RFID systems cannot identify several animals simultaneously and a separation of the animals is unavoidable (Barge et al., 2013; Ribó et al., 2001; Stekeler et al., 2011b). Even when an anti-collision technique is used, the reading rates are not sufficient (Burose, 2010). Additionally, LF and HF systems have a reading range of 1.0 respectively 1.5 m, which requires a small distance between reader and animal (Bauer et al., 2011; Caja et al., 2005; Thurner and Wendl, 2007). However, UHF-RFID benefits from a greater read range, the possibility of quasi-simultaneous reading by using anti-collision systems and a higher data transfer rate (Chawla and Ha, 2007). Ultra-high-frequency systems achieve a read range above 3.0 m with passive transponders (Baadsgaard, 2012; Clasen, 2007; Finkenzeller, 2012; Ruiz-Garcia and Lunadei, 2011; Umstatter et al., 2012). This results in a good suitability of UHF systems for animal husbandry by allowing simultaneous detection of larger groups of animal and the possible greater distance between reader and animal. Ultra-high-frequency systems should also be in a position to assume the application areas of LF and HF systems with shorter read ranges by reducing the reader output power. Ultra-high-frequency systems were previously considered as unsuitable for animal identification because of the high absorption potential of water in the UHF band, however, there have been further developments in terms of performance and robustness over time which partly bypass this problem (Adrion et al., 2015; Catarinucci et al., 2012; Finkenzeller, 2012; Stekeler et al., 2011b).

ARTICLE:  It take strength of character to say "I'm sorry."

The 4 dangers of never saying you’re sorry

Stuck moment: I am sorry that I hurt her, and I do miss her a lot — but it’s her fault if she decides to sacrifice our relationship over such a stupid thing. I’m not going to take all the blame here. It’s up to her to decide if she wants me in her life.
In the best of times, it’s hard to admit you’re wrong. There’s nothing like digging into a piece of humble pie to remind you that — even if you’re a hot-shot, a genuine smarty-pants, or the nicest of nice guys — you still make mistakes. And, in a society that insists we all have to be the best and the brightest, apologizing can feel like an unbearable admission of weakness. So, instead of admitting our fault, we deny, counterattack, make excuses, or simply pretend it never happened. But at what cost?
Think back to a time when you could have apologized but held back. The apology stuck in your throat for whatever reason, and — because the hurtful or offensive act was never corrected — the grievance persisted, tainting your own quality of life and/or the other person’s. When left ignored, a small scratch can even become a deep wound. And, what’s worse, by stubbornly clinging to our own righteousness (even in the face of another’s pain), we fray the bonds of safety and trust that make our world livable.
For example:
• We signal that we don’t value the relationship — or the other person — leading to loss of trust, love, and respect.
• We make the injured person wonder if it’s their fault, or if their suffering is even worthy of notice. This can stunt a person’s sense of self — and possibly cause the hurt to be paid forward, like this girl who was bullied and then became a bully in turn.
• We sacrifice our own integrity, breeding a guilty conscience and hacking away at our own self-esteem.
• And, if the act of wrongdoing violates a social code of conduct — backbiting in the office, for example — we might slowly find ourselves marginalized and wonder why (think L.A. Clippers’ owner Donald Sterling, whose non-apology after the leak of his racist comments only made the situation worse).
Fear-based thinking leads us to believe that apologies are a sign of weakness: We’re scared to face the world without our armor. But, by letting our pride stop us from making amends, we narrow our universe and (unwittingly) disempower ourselves.
A sincere apology releases you from the burden of being infallible, and the chain reaction that results can be truly inspirational. You demonstrate that your relationship is more important than being right. You release the injured party from pain. Your apology can reverse the tide of hurt and anger, smoothing the path for forgiveness and healing in a relationship, according to a 2014 study by the National Academy of Science. Instead of closing yourself off with negative thoughts, your apology reopens the door to human connection.
It takes courage and a secure sense of self to be able to check your ego at the door — and that’s something of which to be truly proud. This exercise can help ease the way:
• Separate the objective details of what you did from why you did it. Create an unbiased statement of your actions that isn’t colored by your emotions or the actions of the other person.
• Consider your action statement from the standpoint of your values and the person you want to be in the world. Where is the gap between you at your most authentic and you at the moment of the hurtful act?
• Think about your actions in terms of how the offended person saw and felt them. How would you feel?
• If you find yourself justifying your actions with phrases like “But I need to…” or “But she did…,” start this process over until you can remove the reasons and see your actions solely for what they were.
Then, with love instead of anger in our hearts, here’s how all of us, including Donald Sterling, can make a genuine apology.
According to the psychologist Dr. Aaron Lazare, author of On Apology, an effective apology contains four parts:
  1. Admit you were wrong. A vague sorry won’t go far. You have to name exactly what you did, without skirting the gory details, even if they’re embarrassing. Describe what you did in plain language, and show that you understand why it was wrong. This might include recognizing, in words, the other person’s pain or humiliation.
  2. Explain your actions. Your explanation has to show that, though you committed a fault, your action isn’t the same as who you are. Give context. Tell the story of how X (a horrible day at work) led to Y (a short fuse that caused you to snap at your best friend).
  3. Show real remorse. A real apology shows your humanity. It goes beyond your own self-interest to reveal that you genuinely feel bad about hurting others and/or violating a shared moral or social code.
  4. Make good. Sometimes it’s tangible: You took someone’s stuff without asking, so you complete your apology by replacing it. But, most times, it’s a person’s dignity and self-worth that are at stake. Ask “what can I do to make this better?” Listening, caring, and honoring the other person’s emotions go a long way toward healing.
TI HEALTH:  Are you drinking to cope with the pain and torture?
Here's How Alcohol Can Increase Your Risk for Alzheimer's
June 21, 2018
Dr. Mercola
Researchers from the University of Illinois at Chicago revealed alcohol may increase your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease by disrupting the way amyloid beta is cleared.

Amyloid beta is a protein implicated in Alzheimer’s disease that can clump together in the brain, building up into groups of clumps or a sticky plaque that may disrupt cell-to-cell signaling.
The study focused on rat microglial cells, which are immune system cells in the brain and spinal cord that actively work to clear amyloid beta in a process known as phagocytosis. Microglial phagocytosis was affected by alcohol, decreasing by about 15 percent after one hour of exposure.
The study reveals that binge drinking or heavy alcohol consumption may make it more likely that the brain will accumulate these damaging proteins, contributing to the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
The Neuroscience of Pain

The Neuroscience of Pain

Brain imaging is illuminating the neural patterns behind pain’s infinite variety.

Tracey’s latest research has investigated a key neural mechanism of chronic pain. It is situated in the brain stem, a hard-to-reach, tube-shaped mass of gray matter at the top of the spinal cord, which functions as the conduit for communication between the brain and the body. Experiments on animals had identified two mechanisms within the brain stem that, respectively, muffle and boost pain signals before they reach the rest of the brain. Since Tracey’s lab first succeeded in imaging the region, more than a decade ago, she has been able to show how these two mechanisms operate. “It can completely block the signals coming in,” she said of one, explaining that it is responsible for situations in which you don’t feel pain even though you should—for instance, when your brain is distracted by the euphoria of crossing the finish line of a marathon.
Unfortunately, in some people the mechanism that exacerbates pain is dominant. Scanning the brains of patients with diabetic nerve pain, Tracey and Segerdahl found enhanced communication from the brain stem, via the spine, to the parts of the brain known to contribute to the sensation of pain.
Although the results of this work won’t be known for many years, her brain-stem research is already on its way to a clinical application. A few years ago, in collaboration with the rheumatologist Anushka Soni, Tracey began imaging the brains of osteoarthritis patients before and after knee-replacement surgery. Roughly a fifth of patients who have knee replacements find that the operation doesn’t meaningfully reduce their pain, and, again, no one knows why. But when Tracey analyzed the scans she found that the unlucky patients had increased activity in the mechanism of the brain stem known to amplify pain signals. Their brains revealed that they had “gone chronic”; they were not just ordinary people whose knees hurt.
Although it’s not feasible to give every prospective patient a brain scan, results from fMRI experiments correlate strongly with responses to a questionnaire called painDETECT, which was developed to diagnose nerve malfunction. Such a questionnaire could predict the likely outcome of surgery, so that patients could make an informed decision about whether the procedure was worth it. Tracey is also testing, on a group of twenty-four volunteers, a compound that she hopes could dampen activity in the problematic brain-stem region. In time, patients who seem predisposed to less successful surgical outcomes may be given a drug that makes relief likelier by adjusting their brain-stem biochemistry.

TI HEALTH:  How to Detox From Heavy Metals

How To Detox From Heavy Metals

These five foods constitute your best offensive action against heavy metals, and as you can see, they each have their strengths, performing slightly different roles in the detoxification process. You don’t need to eat all the foods in one sitting, but this is why it is important to consume these foods within 24 hours of each other for optimal effect. If you can’t fit them all in, try to eat at least two or three of the foods every day.
Spirulina (preferably from Hawaii): This edible blue-green algae draws out heavy metals from your brain, central nervous system, and liver, and soaks up heavy metals extracted by barley grass juice extract powder. Take 2 teaspoons mixed in water, coconut water, or juice.
Barley grass juice extract powder: This nutritive grass has the ability to draw heavy metals out of your spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, thyroid, and reproductive system. Barley grass juice extract prepares the mercury for complete absorption by the spirulina. Drink 1-2 teaspoons mixed into coconut water or juice.
Cilantro: Goes deep into hard-to-reach places, extracting metals from yesteryear (so it’s great for that mercury inheritance you’re carrying around!). Blend one cup in a smoothie or juice, or add to salad or guacamole.
Wild blueberries (only from Maine): Draw heavy metals out of your brain tissue, healing and repairing any gaps created by oxidation when the heavy metals are removed. It is important to use wild blueberries, as they possess unique phytonutrients with special detoxifying capabilities. The potent antioxidants in wild blueberries help reverse any oxidative damage left behind by the heavy metal removal. This is especially important for your brain tissue—in fact, wild blueberries are the most powerful food for halting or in some cases reversing Alzheimer’s and dementia. Eat at least one cup daily. Note: while cultivated blueberries are nutritious, they lack the metal-drawing ability of the wild blueberries.
Atlantic dulse: In addition to mercury, this edible seaweed binds to lead, aluminum, copper, cadmium, and nickel. Unlike other seaweeds, Atlantic dulse is a powerful force for removing mercury on its own. Atlantic dulse goes into deep, hidden places of the digestive tract and gut, seeking out mercury, binding to it, and never releasing it until it leaves the body. Eat two tablespoons of flakes daily, or an equal amount of strips if it’s in whole-leaf form. Note: As it comes from the ocean, if you are concerned about the dulse itself having mercury, be aware that Atlantic sea dulse will not release any mercury it might possess into the body. It holds on to the mercury as it works its way through, and even grabs onto other metals along the way and drives them out as well. Atlantic dulse is a critical part of the team because it can hang out near the finish line (i.e., our colon), waiting for the other foods that have been grabbing on to heavy metals along the way. It serves as emergency backup, helping ensure that all the heavy metals that made it as far as the colon actually leave the body.

Advice for Victims

Thinking on a “non-worded”, multi-functional level and keeping busy seem to help as they reduce the effectiveness of the relevant computer equipment. In other words, don’t think too intently on any one topic or on spelling etc because the computer’s vocabulary is extensive and the equipment feeds off specifics. Remember, it is “thought-activated”.
Victims should endeavour to allow for the fact that fellow victims nearby are probably in different programs; so as to prevent networking and comraderie amongst targets. This also hinders investigators (e.g. AFP) as they cannot identify common patterns. Personal egos and self interest should be put aside as these too can lead to isolation for victims.
It is also worth noting that mind reading technologies allow for stolen memories (good or bad) to be used to torment you. They facilitate illegal research, duplication, fraud and other crimes.

US leaves US Human Rights Council over bias against Israel
WASHINGTON — Ambassador Nikki Haley says the United States is withdrawing from the UN Human Rights Council, calling it “an organization that is not worthy of its name.”
Haley is President Donald Trump’s envoy to the United Nations. She says a year ago she made clear the US would stay in the council only if “essential reforms were achieved.” She says it’s clear those calls for change were not heeded.
Haley is decrying the membership of countries like China, Cuba and Venezuela that are themselves accused of rights violations. She says the council also has a “chronic bias against Israel.”
But Haley says that if the council does reform, the United States “would be happy to rejoin.” Haley is announcing the withdrawal at the State Department alongside Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

Building an Infrasound Detector
I inadvertently started to detect infra-sound at my home in Tucson, Arizona, USA, during one of my experiments. This video shows the infra-sound detector that I built and it works really well! It appears to originate from the sonic booms at the military firing range out in the desert. You can hear these sonic booms at the Kitt Peak Observatory. By the time they get to my home in Tucson, they have no audible sound, but the infra-sound wave is still present. Infra-sound is well known for its ability to make people sick and this is concerning!
This research was published in April in the journal Circulation. Here's the research, the findings, the specific habits--and just how precious that extra decade-plus could be.

1. Don't smoke.

If you smoke, quit. If you haven't started smoking, keep it that way. Other studies have shown that on average, if you smoke, you'll die seven years earlier than you otherwise would.

2. Maintain a low body mass index.

We've seen this one many times too. For example, if your waist measures more than 40 inches (men) or 35 inches (women), you need to lose belly fat fast in order to add years to your life.

3. Work out for 30 minutes per day.

Again: We've seen it before. A short period of jogging each day, for example, can make your body seem nine years younger, according to another study.

4. Drink alcohol moderately.

Obviously, don't drink to excess. But other studies have found that drinking moderately improves health and longevity outcomes over not drinking at all. ("I have no explanation for it, but I do firmly believe that modest drinking improves longevity," is how the author of one recent study put it.)

5. Maintain a healthy diet.

It's a bit difficult to define a healthy diet by Harvard's standards in this summary, but they describe it as having "a high diet quality score (upper 40 percent)." Of course, you probably already know what a healthy diet looks like. Start with foods that are high in antioxidants
It's worth noting that the study used age 50 as a benchmark, meaning that they looked at how long people could expect to live beyond that age, depending on whether they did or did not adhere to healthy habits.
It's not clear that this means that you can adopt the habits later in life and still get a similar health outcome. But it does suggest that no matter when you start focusing on your health, you'll likely have a measurable impact on the total length of your life.

McCain’s Staff Urged IRS To Engage In “Financially Ruinous” Targeting

By: ADI News Services June 22, 2018
In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, “Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous.”
On Thursday, Judicial Watch released newly obtained internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen. John McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to “audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous.”
Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel.
The explosive exchange was contained in notes taken by IRS employees at an April 30, 2013, meeting between Kerner, Lerner, and other high-ranking IRS officials. Just ten days following the meeting, former IRS director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner admitted that the IRS had a policy of improperly and deliberately delaying applications for tax-exempt status from conservative non-profit groups.
Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee in a “marathon” meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy groups in response to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision.  Senator McCain had been the chief sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United decision, which overturned portions of the Act, one of the “worst decisions I have ever seen.”
“The Obama IRS scandal is bipartisan – McCain and Democrats who wanted to regulate political speech lost at the Supreme Court, so they sought to use the IRS to harass innocent Americans,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama IRS scandal is not over – as Judicial Watch continues to uncover smoking gun documents that raise questions about how the Obama administration weaponized the IRS, the FEC, FBI, and DOJ to target the First Amendment rights of Americans.”
Spiritual Encouragement
2 PETER 1:5-8 (NIV)

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control,
perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.

For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
COMMENT: As we learn more about Jesus, we develop more of His character. As we develop more of His character, we become doers of what Jesus taught and not just hearers only.

PAUL RAND: Indefinite Detention
Today, a test vote was held to see if this issue should be blocked — and 67 Senators stood with me and said we should consider it as part of the Defense Bill.
So now we are at a standstill…I won’t let them move on other amendments or the bill until they follow the will of the American people, the will of 68 US Senators and put this important due process amendment in the Senate bill.
Your Senators need to know where you stand.
This amendment to stop indefinite detention is important. We should be standing up for our rights – and we shouldn’t let Lindsey Graham get away with trying to take them away.
I hope you’ll stand with me and stand for the Bill of Rights today

ACTIVISM: August 29, 2018 is TI Day! Do Something!
Hello All,
I just wanted to share information about an important event we're planning, Targeted Individual Day on August 29, 2018. I hope EVERYONE can participate on some level and share with others. Please take the time to read the following letter from Lewis Rowe.

My name is Lewis Rowe. I am a targeted individual who has decided to rise above being just a victim, like many others. I have taken it upon myself to work with others to start a new initiative. I want to help bring awareness to the suffering of so many people under the intense persecution of these 21st Century crimes. With your help, we will launch an annual Targeted Individual Day (or TI-Day) on August 29th, 2018.
Ella Free, the host of the “Triumph Over Targeting” Podcast and the Coordinator of the TI support and activism group, Freedom For Targeted Individuals, has joined with me to help email people and inform them about this new initiative. There are several ways to learn more about Targeted Individual Day and plan how you can contribute to this momentous event. For starters, visit To help people plan local activities on TI-Day and coordinate them with activities elsewhere in the world, we will also be having conference calls (with international dial-in numbers) on ( You can also email me directly at, and I will be happy to give you more information and help you link up with others.
