Inspire students to meditate as you deepen your personal practice

This course balances student-teacher contact hours with online training and personal practice
  • Four training days; meet once per month
  • Weekly homework assignments will be sent to you via email. These are to be completed on your own and returned at the end of each week
  • Daily practice
  • Practice teaching
