Alkaline and Bunji Garlin head to
Los Angeles for BRT Weekend

Los Angeles, CA- The largest Caribbean-party tour festival, Beach Road Trip (BRT) Weekend, sets to touchdown in Cabillo Beach near Los Angeles, California this weekend. The headliners for the weekend includes one of today’s the hottest dancehall artist, Alkaline, and soca’s star Bunji Garlin. Akaline is scheduled to perform on Friday evening at a party entitle Maui “V” Wowi. Bunji Garlin will perform on Saturday afternoon at “Wet-n-Wild”.
This is the 3rd year BRT Weekend host events in California. Organizer, Hans Mullings, is expecting that this weekend’s attendance will surpass previous years. VIP tickets and cabanas are sold out. Sponsors VP Records and Pandora also are excited about what is to come over the weekend. There will be endless giveaways at all parties from BRT Weekend sponsors.
This weekend’s parties and events will launch with a Warm-Up event on Thursday. Friday will include a Welcome Check-In Party and The V Maui Wowi Bonfire with Alkaline performing. On Saturday, the Xtreme Wet N’ Wild Party with a performance by Bunji Garlin and the BRT Glow Eruption will be held. The final day Sunday will close with the Jouvert Breakfast Party and the BRT All White “Grand Finale”. For those who want to keep the fun going well into the morning hours, there will be after parties held every night at various LA venues.
BRT Weekend attracts thousands of partygoers in various destinations with its 4-day excursion. The weekend encompasses themed events and exciting Caribbean entertainment with all-inclusive food and drinks. Since its inception 7 years ago, BRT Weekend has evolved from an annual event in the Florida Keys to multiple locations within the US and islands in the Caribbean—making it the first Caribbean-party as a tour. To date, the tour has showcased entertainers such as Popcaan, Charly Black, Ding Dong Ravers, Ultimate Rejects MX Prime, Konshens and Machel Montano. Locations have included the Florida Keys, West Palm, Dominican Republic, Atlantic City, Los Angles, Palm Springs, and just added, Turk and Caicos.
