After experiencing a number of electronic harassment events and other scary stuff through my iPhone, I fled to Wyoming and hid out in my parents basement. After a while I decided to go visit my aunt four hours away. On the way, near Riverton, Wyoming (which I now suspect has/is a Fusion Center) I was experiencing unusually intense tailgating, brighting, street theatre episodes and first responder activities but I needed gas. And a beer. (Don’t judge me.)
When I pulled up to the completely empty line of gas pumps, vehicles pulled in on either side of me and the drivers simply sat in their cars playing with their phones. Nobody pumped gas; Nobody went inside. They just sat there.
I drove half a block to a liquor store and texted my Aunt, letting her know that if something happened to me it was definitely NOT an accident.
As I hit the send button, a completely foreign (to me) and hidden application / interface that had been running in the background of my device was suddenly revealed to me. It was some sort of messaging application. It was visible for just long enough to see somebody ask somebody else “where u at?” And then “OICU, lol” before the phone glitched back into normal mode, never to be glimpsed again.
So YES, “they” have a secret app they use and that app was secretly connected to my device as well as theirs.
On two different occasions, while I was working - locating utilities on side streets in Topeka, KS. - similar interactions with gangstalking cowards took place. Each time, a vehicle with two stalkers pulled into an abandoned parking lot very close by, close enough that they were literally in my way. I was able to quickly sneak up on the occupants while they were intensely engrossed in their mobile devices. I startled them (they all jumped) when I asked curtly if I could help them - as if I owned the abandoned lot. They quickly obscured their devices and looking guilty, as the drivers explained that they were just playing “Pokémon Go”.
In an abandoned lot? Yeah right.
TI TESTIMONY 2:
I went to a concert on the beach last week. I got bored and went for a walk in the shops and restaurants. There were hundreds of people there and everyone seemed happy. I sat down on the bench you see in the middle of the picture. After a while, suddenly I was flanked by two out-of-place men, standing, one leaning against a pillar and the other against a tree, oriented in the same direction, the one just in front of me in the red shirt, wearing a prominent device on his hip pointed at me. I got up and walked a little bit away, got my camera turned on and walked back towards them to take their pictures. I stood in front of the one on the right in the picture, giving him a chance to acknowledge my presence and he stared into space as if I did not exist. This is outdoors in a public venue and everyone was talking to everyone else in a very friendly manner because they had the music in common and were there to enjoy themselves. I walked completely around the man on the left in the red shirt and he changed his position from both feet on the ground, and also changed from staring in the same direction as the other guy, to the left foot being on the tree and he bent his head downward as if he didn't want his face seen, but he's in public and visible.
Both these fellows looked out of place because most of the people at the concert were enjoying the music and were accompanied by family or friends. Most people were carrying their own chairs, coolers and drinks as well. These men were not enjoying themselves, they took up their similar stances at the same time, stood like statues, oriented in the same direction, both wearing absolutely blank stares in soulless faces. When you are alone in the night, you should have a camera on you, you never know what these two had going on, it looked like they were working together. This is the way you can be GPS'd for a microwave strike - two devices, one on each side of you. Implants in my feet came on subsequent to this event. I have at least 10 implants in each foot and when they turn on, I feel crawling, cramping, and energy moving around the feet. I went back out to the beach and enjoyed the rest of the evening.
Later that night, I was woken up with extreme cramping in muscles in the inner thigh in the right leg, then the front of the lower right leg, then the top of the right foot, so that all the toes cramped upwards and could not be moved. This was so severe that I screamed in pain and woke the other people in the house up. I jumped out of bed, had a drink, tried to go back to sleep, but the cramping began in a similar manner in the left foot, then the lower left leg and the inner left thigh, in a very organized manner, deliberately to cause enormous discomfort and pain. You cannot think about anything except this pain while it is occurring and you cannot move or walk. This is the way they torture Targeted Individuals with implants. - Anonymous TI
TI TESTIMONY 3:
This last week, I went to the police station in Collierville, Tennessee to make a police report on the numerous thefts of items from my home. I went to the window and tried to make a report, but they refused to take it. I gave the clerks at the desk some fliers. A police officer took the fliers and handed them back to me as if to take the option of accepting them away from the clerks.
One police officer asked me if I had a gun and I had to say yes, my husband and I own a gun. They asked if I was under care for a mental condition. It was said that I was threatening to shoot up the police station and was a threat, so one officer got behind me and took my hands and put me in handcuffs. The names of the officers who handcuffed me were Officer Hubbard and Officer Dunley, both liars. They took my first amendment right away from me to peacefully hand out fliers and carried out the "program" they are trained in - removing civil rights from TI's and accusing them of having a mental problem.
I was taken to Lakeside Behavioral Health Center. I was put in the least functioning unit. I put on my "list" of contacts, that "Everyone" could contact me, but the several persons that contacted the facility and asked to leave messages were not allowed to contact me because they didn't know what unit I was in. That was just an excuse to keep me isolated. I should have listed particular names. I did not have a psychiatric living will in place or with me.
I am still incarcerated at the facility and am scheduled to have a court hearing on Monday. This is a cruel, intimidating and horrible thing to do to a person. Citizens Against Harmful Technology wrote a letter on my behalf and things began to change. They offered to put me on "voluntary" instead of "involuntary." If I sign to be a voluntary patient, I will be released upon the signature of two doctors, and that may take three more days in here. Millicant Black is also writing a letter on my behalf.
I have been in this facility before on a voluntary basis because I did not know anything about TI's, or the abuse that is given them. I was severely depressed and I am a psychiatric nurse. I did not know what was wrong with me, but know more now. I was probably being depressed with frequencies. I trusted the medical community at that time, but I do not trust them any more.
While in this facility voluntarily, I was drugged with valium and implanted in my arm. I woke up with a bandaid on my arm and someone asked me what happened to my arm and I did not know. I had MRI's and found that an implant was threaded through my deltoid. A device is in my shoulder, and I have several other implants as shown on the X-rays. This is what they do to Targeted Individuals - they use them for research against their will and make it look like the TI is the one misbehaving.
The police officers at the Collierville Police Station lied and misrepresented my intentions for being at the police stations in the first place, assaulted me, illegally detained me and did not meet the requirements of the State of Tennessee for placing someone in involuntary medical evaluation.
While in the hospital at Lakeside Dr. Virk coerced me into taking a dose of trazadone. It made me very sick and I refused to take any more. He tried to make me take some other medication but I refused. He attempted to blackmaril me by saying that I would be staying in the hospital longer because I was not being COMPLIANT. The purpose of an involuntary arrest is a Psychiatric Evaluation and that has not been done. This shows that Dr. Virk was willing to blackmail his patient into taking medication against their will and was willing to risk the health of his patient with medication which causes brain damage. He had no proof there was any need for such medication.
The police and the medical facility, individual police officers and Dr. Virk are criminals and need to pay for their crimes.

Is someone peeing in your house? TI's, especially those who rescue animals have their belongings, including their beds peed on. The person who lives here may be a Targeted Individual. Its great he was caught on camera.
Is the post office doing things to your mail? All Targeted Individuals have their mail tampered with. We as TI's cannot trust the post office. It used to be that the mail was sacred. Now they have no problem opening our packages and letters. They throw them around and damage the box and contents.
What else can they do? NOT DELIVER MAIL AT ALL, STEAL THE MAIL, OR they hold it a couple of weeks before they deliver it, OR they return it to sender for no reason.
GOV CONNECTS TI’s BRAINS TO INTERNET TO MONITOR THEIR EEG
Below is an article which makes it sound like EEG’s being monitored on the internet is new technology. In fact, the military has been using it for some time now on the people they have selected to eliminate, torture and kill. They have taken over the privacy within their very brain, homes, vehicles. In some cases where they can see what the Target sees, if they are looking through a man’s eyes while he makes love to his wife, they see the wife and all her private parts! They can hear what they say to each other in the privacy of their own bedrooms. And, they can see from his EEG when he has an orgasm. This is the depth of invasion of the US government into people’s lives. If you’re brain isn’t on the internet yet, it will be. This became possible under Agenda 21 by redefining what the word “terrorist” means. It can mean anybody they judge to be eliminated and by that I mean murdered.
Do you have ringing in your left ear? Is it sometimes louder than at other times? Have you tried to get away from it by going far underground or even to another country? Why can’t you disconnect from this frequency?
It is because your EEG, or electroencephalogram is linked to the internet! It can be connected by a cell tower just like connecting a phone number. The IBM Supercomputer is storing everyone’s EEG.
You can subtly brighten someone’s mood by giving them a piece of good news, turn more lights on or to give them some chocolate (chocolate releases hormones associated with euphoria and love). If you’re playing the seduction game, it’s well known that you can set the mood with the correct music and lighting.
Alternatively, you may be trying to stress someone out. Heat and annoying noises can help to push them over the edge. This is some serious emotional blackmail! Crowding and noise have been shown in many studies to have an effect on a person’s mood too. Try to have your immediate environment be conducive to the results you’re after. If you want them to agree to something turn up the temperature to get them lethargic and docile. Crank it up more if you want to get them angry. Cool the temperature if you want their full attention.
Intimidating someone is a pretty standard way of getting what you want, although in this day and age you can’t just threaten to clobber someone. Successful intimidation in the modern age is subtle, almost operating on a subconscious level.
Many thugs have got it down to a fine art and will manage to intimidate you without using any overt threats. In fact they may act overly friendly and give you no reason to suspect foul play. Meanwhile they’ll be invading your personal space and making you feel uncomfortable. Perhaps touching you and using a lot of eye contact. This is how they’ll get you to move along or to “lend” them some money. “Have you got some money, mate?” Doesn’t seem threatening on its own, but if they’re invading your space and keep repeating it, it suddenly becomes uncomfortable. You will be trying to justify their behavior as is human nature. Meanwhile though, you suspect that you might regret not giving them the answer they want.
A similar tactic can be used when you ask for things, obviously without the implication that you’re going to hit them. If you’re asking to leave work early, stepping in a bit closer than usual and invading his personal space, will put extra pressure on your employer.
What do you do though to combat this kind of emotional blackmail? Use the step-back-hands-up technique: In the case of the thug you want to widen the gap between the two of you without showing fear and without giving them the opportunity to follow. To do this, step back on one foot – the foot that’s still forward will prevent them from closing in. If you’re really worried about them, raise both hands to about shoulder height in a natural way. At the same time have open palms facing them. This may go some way to showing honesty and calming them down, if it doesn’t however your hands are up and ready to block an attack or throw a punch. It’s basically an open handed guard.
If a normal digital camera sensor such as one for a mobile phone or an SLR camera is pointed at an object without a lens, it results in an image that looks like a pixelated blob. But within that blob is still enough digital information to detect the object if a computer program is properly trained to identify it. You simply create an algorithm to decode the image.
Through a series of experiments, Menon and his team of researchers took a picture of the university’s “U” logo as well as video of an animated stick figure, both displayed on an LED light board. An inexpensive, off-the-shelf camera sensor was connected to the side of a plexiglass window, but pointed into the window while the light board was positioned in front of the pane at a 90-degree angle from the front of the sensor. The resulting image from the camera sensor, with help from a computer processor running the algorithm, is a low-resolution picture, but definitely recognizable. The method also can produce full-motion video as well as color images, Menon says.
The process involves wrapping reflective tape around the edge of the window. Most of the light coming from the object in the picture passes through the glass, but just enough — about 1 percent — scatters through the window and into the camera sensor, allowing the computer algorithm to decode the image.
Applications for a lensless camera can be almost unlimited. Security cameras could be built into a home during construction by using the windows as lenses. It could be used in augmented-reality goggles to reduce their bulk. With current AR glasses, cameras have to be pointed at the user’s eyes in order to track their positions, but with this technology they could be positioned on the sides of the lens to reduce size. A car windshield could have multiple cameras along the edges to capture more information. And the technology also could be used in retina or other biometric scanners, which typically have cameras pointed at the eye.
Biotelemetry Using Implanted Unit To Monitor Preterm Labor
Pressure changes are telemetered to the outside and analyzed to detect intrauterine contractions.
A biotelemetric system for monitoring key physiological parameters of a fetus and its uterine environment is undergoing development. The main purpose of the monitoring is to detect preterm labor in order to enable timely treatment. At the present stage of development, the system monitors pressure changes and temperature. The pressure changes serve as direct indications of intrauterine contractions that could be associated with the onset of preterm labor. Future versions of the system are expected to monitor additional parameters, including pH and the heart rate of the fetus.
The system (see Figure 1) includes a transmitting unit that contains a thermistor (the temperature sensor) and a piezoresistive transducer (the pressure sensor), a receiver, data-acquisition subsystem, and a digital signal-processing subsystem. The fully developed transmitting unit is projected to be small enough that it could be introduced into the uterine cavity through a 10-mm trocar during endoscopic fetal surgery; the surgical procedure for implanting this transmitter would be less invasive than are the hysterotomies performed to implant the transmitting units of telemetric systems developed previously for the same purpose.
The transmitter generates a pulsed signal at a carrier frequency between 174 and 214 MHz. The temperature and pressure information are conveyed by pulse-interval modulation (PIM): Pulses are transmitted in pairs at a pulse-pair-repetition frequency of about 1 to 2 Hz. The interval between the two pulses in each pair is proportional to the sensed pressure, while the interval between pairs is proportional to the departure of the sensed temperature from a predetermined nominal value. The low data rate is sufficient for monitoring intrauterine contractions, which typically occur over several minutes. The transmission range is 3 to 10 ft (1 to 3 m), depending on the position of the transmitter in the body. Transmitter power is supplied by two silver oxide batteries; at an average power consumption <40 µW, the operational lifetime ranges from 4 to 6 months. The fully developed transmitting unit would be electronically identical to a larger prototype that has already been constructed (see Figure 2), but would be miniaturized by following the chip-on-board approach, in which unpackaged integrated-circuit chips are flip-chip bonded directly onto a printed-circuit board along with other components. The transmitter is encapsulated in biocompatible silicone rubber.
The receiver converts the PIM radio-frequency signal into a digital pulse stream, which is then decoded to obtain voltages proportional to the temperature and pressure readings. These voltages are digitized in the data-acquisition subsystem, which is a Personal Computer Memory Card Association (PCMIA) circuit card in a laptop computer. The digital data are then processed in the digital signal-processing system, which is the remainder of the laptop computer.
Ohio State University, Partners Develop 'Smart Paint' to Help the Visually Impaired Navigate Cities
The latest installment of MetroLab's Innovation of the Month series highlights how a team at Ohio State University, along with the city of Columbus and private companies, is using smart, connected tech to help the blind and visually impaired.
In this installment of the Innovation of the Month series (read last month’s story here), we explore the use of smart technologies to help blind and visually impaired people better navigate the world around them. A team at Ohio State University has been working on a “smart paint” application to do just that. Levine: How will the tools developed in this project impact planning and the built environment?
Ball-Swartwout: One of the great things about smart paint is that it can be added to the built environment easily at little extra cost. We expect that once smart paint is widely adopted, most sighted users will not notice much difference as smart paint is not visually different from regular road paint. Some intersections might need to have more paint features that enable smart white cane-guided entry from the sidewalk into the crosswalk. Paint that tells users that they have reached their destination may become visible as horizontal stripes along modern sidewalks. These paints could be either gray or black or even invisible to sighted pedestrians, but would still be detectable by "smart" white canes to tell users that they have arrived at their destination.
Initial ETSI work has concentrated on defining the need for radio spectrum for medical devices, in order to help radio regulators find harmonized frequencies within the European Community.
ETSI has also developed Harmonised Standards for some device types, enabling them to be placed on the European market.
Radio Spectrum - System Reference Documents for several medical applications are developed within the Radio Matters working group of ETSI technical committee Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Spectrum Matters (ERM), and communicated to the CEPT as the basis of European radio frequency harmonization measures.
eHealth standards are studies which take into consideration ETSI standards having an influence on eHealth and future needs for the ICT health sector.
