|We Love Pets, Just Like You..|
Happy November Everyone! This is the time for reflection and giving thanks, and boy do I have many things to be thankful for this year.
I am thankful for all of you! Our wonderful family of clients who allow us the pleasure of serving you and your pets each and every day.
I am thankful for our kind, caring and professional family of pet sitters who tirelessly care for all the wonderful furbabies we get to love on, walk and pamper each day. It truly is a passion of each and every one of us to care for these sweet pets.
I am thankful for all of our supporters, referral partners, friends and family who share the name of Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care with others
so that we may serve them as well.
Without all of you Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care wouldn't be possible!
I'm thankful for Cole our dog, the Original "Good Dog" who without, this company would never have been.
I am thankful to all of you who lift me up with support and prayers in times of need, and who have done so throughout this past year and years before.
I am thankful that my son Marshall is courageous and steadfast in his fight to kick cancer's butt and hopefully with your continued prayers he will live a long and happy life.
I am thankful for my son Michael, my daughter Aidan and my husband Billy as well. They are my happiness, love and my world. I'm thankful for my brothers, sister and mom as well as all of my extended family for all the support and love they share.
I am thankful for all the referrals and recommendations we have been receiving from all of you! This is a good thing but it comes with challenges as well. So we continue to be in need of quality people to add to our team. WE ARE HIRING! So if you or someone you know would love to earn income doing something you love (while getting loved back, and probably some snuggles and wet kisses), please visit our CAREER OPPORTUNITIES PAGE and fill out the online form to start the process.
What are you thankful for? Post on our FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM pages to share your thoughts, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

GOOD DOG! SPOTLIGHT- PET OF THE MONTH
Meet Lola & Cooper!
These two retrievers have stolen our hearts! Lola, a Chocolate Lab mix, and Cooper, a Golden Retriever, are relatively new to the Good Dog! family. Cooper, at only 6 months old, is still a baby but Lola is showing him the ropes!
Here they're focused and ready to chase the ball!
The Golden Retriever is a large-sized breed of dog bred as gun dogs to retrieve shot waterfowl, such as ducks and upland game birds, during hunting and shooting parties, and were named 'retriever' because of their ability to retrieve shot game undamaged (soft mouth).

The Secret to a Well Trained Dog. Talk Less, Do More
We all want a well trained dog, and we all talk to our dogs, don’t we? I know I do! However, when giving my dog a command, I typically only use one word (the command). I may also call her name first to get her attention if she is not looking at me, but I pause in between her name and the command until she is looking at me.
When just beginning the training process with clients I notice that READ MORE...

Burnished Potato Nuggets
by Bon Appetit
Behold, your new standard for roasted potatoes: puck-size oven fries with creamy insides and unimaginably crunchy exteriors that will make you swoon. The natural starches of the russets help turn the surfaces of the partially cooked potato orbs floury, and that scuffed-up exterior transforms into a crackling crust when it hits the hot fat. Seat yourself close to the serving bowl—these are going to go fast. Bonus: The fluffy insides are perfect for sopping up gravy.
Why Hire a Professional Pet Sitter vs a Neighbor or Friend?
|HERE COME THE HOLIDAYS! You've made plans to travel but who will care for your loved ones? I mean, the furry loved ones???|
Here is a true story about a family who left their dog in a care of a close family friend during the holidays. Like many other individuals out there, they’ve had friends care for their house and pets before without problems. Their dog would be allowed to stay in the comfort of his own home and even though they didn’t have to pay for it they made sure to give their friend a nice gift for being there and for helping out.
