New York, NY- Ahead of her new single "Heaven" (Ready fi Di Feeling) out November 30th on VP Records, Reggae songstress Jah9 will be launching her first ever UK tour. Beginning in Bedford on November 18th, the 6-date tour will also include stops in Manchester, Norwich, London, Leeds and concluding in Brighton on November 27th. This follows her extensive US tour which included a unique combination of her music performance along with her signature Yoga on Dub class.

The ‘Rise & Reggae (Like Never Before) Tour’ is being held on nine dates, with the inclusion of a highlight event called Plug N’ Play, an event known for showcasing developing artists alongside more experienced ones. Buju Banton to Experience Short Immigration Detention Following Release from Prison

Buju Banton, Jamaican Grammy-award-winning reggae artist, is scheduled to be released from a federal prison in the United States after completing his ten-year sentence on drug-related charges on December 8, 2018. Plans are already being made for Banton to make a series of appearances in what is being called his “Long Walk to Freedom” tour.

Tarrus Riley Releases New Single and Video for "Guess Who"

New York, NY- Reggae crooner, Tarrus Riley, also known as “Singy Singy” is back with his new single “Guess Who” featuring Mykal Rose of the Reggae group Black Uhuru. They originally released their hit “Guess Who's Coming to Dinner” in 1979 titled after the famous 1967 movie with Sidney Pottier. The re-imagined version by Tarrus Riley brings a fresh modern twist to the classic song, “Roots with a little pepper,” Tarrus says about the single. The video has premiered today on Tarrus Riley’s YouTube channel. The single will be available for streaming and download on November 30th and is the first from his upcoming album slated for release on VP Records in 2019.

1987: Ray "Pablo" Falconer [UB40; sound engineer/producer] is killed in a car crash in Birmingham, when his brother Earl [UB40; bass] drives his Volvo turbo into a wall after going out of control. The discovery of twice the legal limit of alcohol in Earl's blood leads to charges of drunken driving.
