In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day, Southern Tier Health Care System in partnership with DecideWNY Coalition are holding two community presentations about the importance of advance care planning. We hope to encourage people to plan for their future and communicate their health preferences with loved ones while you are able. We have several sessions set up throughout the day, Thursday, April 18, 2019 and we are starting here at STHCS at 10:00 a.m. with "Conversations Over Coffee" and will end the day at Brookside Community at 2:00 p.m. These sessions are open to the public and it is our hope that many are in attendance.
