Behavior Technicians - St. Gerard House is seeking entry level, positive and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide direct teaching and behavioral support to individuals with unique learning needs. The Behavior Technician will work 1:1 with a child with special needs under the close supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a clinical setting (center-based). SGH will pay for and provide the training for the Registered Behavior Technician Certification. SGH provides supervision for employees working towards their BCBA. Connect is a program that SGH developed for kids ages 6 - 19 who need a little boost with their social interactions. This summer camp and drama club teaches participants skills to add to their social toolboxes, helping equip them to express themselves, relate their needs, and make connections and friendships more easily.
