Judge Napolitano: The FBI is abusing your Constitutional rights
Oct. 10, 2019 - 2:29 - Judge Napolitano's Chambers: The surveillance the government is performing on U.S. citizens has now been officially revealed – and it's unconstitutional.
"If the government wants to invade your privacy, it has to show probable cause of crime in the area the government wants to invade.
The FISA law says that federal agents can examine your paperwork, read your emails and listen to your phone calls and invade your privacy on a standard lesser than probable cause but only if they do so for intelligence purposes.
The FBI has been using the FISA Court lower easier standard as to people to whom it is conducting criminal investigations. That is a violation of the Fourth Amendment."
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court has ruled that an FBI program intended to target foreign suspects violated Americans’ constitutional right to privacy by collecting the personal information of American citizens along with the foreign targets of the surveillance. According to the ruling, tens of thousands of searches the FBI made of raw intelligence databases from 2017 to 2018 were illegal, the Wall Street Journal first reported. The searches involved personal data including emails and telephone numbers of private citizens. “The court…finds that the FBI’s querying procedures and minimization procedures are not consistent with the requirements of the Fourth Amendment,” wrote U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in the ruling, which was released Tuesday in partially redacted form. Boasberg said the Trump administration failed to persuade the court that adjusting the program to more efficiently protect American citizens’ privacy would impede the FBI’s ability to counter threats. Federal law limits searches on such databases to to those that are explicitly related to the collection of evidence of a crime or foreign intelligence. In one case revealed in the ruling, an FBI official used a database to search for information on himself, his relatives and other FBI personnel. The Foreign Intelligence Service Act has come under scrutiny in recent years after the FBI obtained a FISA warrant to conduct an investigation into former Trump-campaign adviser Carter Page. The FBI maintains it suspected Page may have been working with Russian officials to interfere with the 2016 presidential election campaign, while President Trump has said the FBI “illegally spied” on his campaign.
A Declassified Court Ruling Shows How the FBI Abused NSA Mass Surveillance Data
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court found that the FBI may have violated the rights of potentially millions of Americans — including its own agents and informants — by improperly searching through information obtained by the National Security Agency’s mass surveillance program.
U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg, who serves in the District of Columbia and the FISA court, made his sweeping and condemnatory assessment in October 2018 ina 138-page ruling, which was declassified by the U.S. government this week.
“These opinions reveal devastating problems with the FBI’s backdoor searches, which often resembled fishing expeditions through Americans’ personal emails and online messages.”
To longtime critics of the government’s mass surveillance program, the FBI’s abuses are confirmation that federal law enforcement agents are combing through the communications of Americans without warrants, in violation of Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.
“These opinions reveal devastating problems with the FBI’s backdoor searches, which often resembled fishing expeditions through Americans’ personal emails and online messages,” said Patrick Toomey, a staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Security Project. “But the court did not go nearly far enough to fix those abuses. The Constitution requires FBI agents to get a warrant before they go combing through our sensitive communications.”
The ruling concerns the FBI’s ability to access communications obtained through the NSA’s mass surveillance program, the existence of which was revealed in documents provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden. Critics of Snowden’s decision to leak classified NSA documents noted at the time that safeguards existed to prevent Americans’ communications from being searched improperly. The declassified FISA court ruling, however, shows that few safeguards existed at all.
The NSA’s mass surveillance program operates as a series of technologies and authorities that allow the government to intercept communications while in transit over the internet, as well as obtain communications directly from at least eight large technology companies without the need for warrants. These authorities, created in 2008 andrenewed in 2018 with some minor reforms, are the result of the expansion of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The law created the secret FISA court to oversees its application.
The "War on Terrror" is still terrorizing the citizens of the world. It has removed many civil rights, the most egregious being the right to privacy. We have lost the privacy of our own minds, as the government has very well demonstrated they have technology which enables mind reading and V2K.
We have lost the right to move about freely. Many TI's are artificially put in a prison of their own home, because the stalking and the harassment when they go out is so overwhelming.
Thankfully, there are people who are still willing to fight for the truth of the massacre that happened on 9-11 and the truth of it is out there. We know it.
We know the government and people they worked with killed all these innocent people who were consumed in the fires and smoke or jumped out windows, or were crushed to death in the falling debris. This is the way they chose to start this century. Lets hope it doesn't take the rest of the century to bring the truth out in the open and have it recognized by those who have the authority to create justice for all the victims, including all the ones who have been violated in the aftermath of this bloody act.
9 11 Bombshell CNBC Anchor Says Building 7 a Controlled Implosion
Yvaine Sydney wrote "We're gonna have to pull it!" I guess everyone was involved in this, huh? The firefighters, the police, the military, the Trump and his friend who owned the buildings, the prez, um, just about everyone in traffic control, the Bin Laden family, but wait, none of us 'useless eaters'. If they are doing this and they did, what else are they doing? Seriously think about it. I am working to finish reading a book called, 'Snatched from the Flames' by Nathan Reynolds. If you can read this book, you will see the bigger picture beyond even their 911 perpetration on us. But be sure to put your 'grown-up' hat on and pray to Jesus for help in dealing with the knowledge this man shares because it will wipe you out.
To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 — specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.
A bloated and unfair watchlist system does not make us secure, and the ACLU has long called for fundamental reform. If the government is to use watchlists, it must institute narrow, specific criteria for placing individuals on them; apply rigorous procedures for reviewing, updating, and removing erroneous entries; and limit the use of such lists such that they do not amount to punishment without charge.
Individuals must be provided with a meaningful, participatory process by which they can challenge their inclusion on a watchlist before a neutral decision-maker. Ultimately, Congress and the Obama administration must rein in what the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has called “a vast, multi-agency, counterterrorism bureaucracy that tracks hundreds of thousands of individuals”—a bureaucracy that remains secret and unaccountable to the public or the individuals that it targets for blacklisting.
Enabling Technologies for the Internet of Health Things

This paper presents a review of techniques based on IoT for healthcare and ambient-assisted living, defined as the Internet of Health Things (IoHT), based on the most recent publications and products available in the market from industry for this segment. Also, this paper identifies the technological advances made so far, analyzing the challenges to be overcome and provides an approach of future trends. Through selected works, it is possible to notice that further studies are important to improve current techniques and that novel concept and technologies of IoHT are needed to overcome the identified challenges. The presented results aim to serve as a source of information for healthcare providers, researchers, technology specialists, and the general population to improve the IoHT.
NOTE: The Airflow Sensor, they know every breath you take!
Internet of Things Manufacturing Examples: Digital Twins and Autonomous Self-Healing Systems In its essence, the application of IoT in manufacturing enables the people working in the sphere to get the accurate data for analytics, enjoy the benefits of machine learning, and improve the quality of the products released. In this context, the possibilities of digital twins and autonomous self-healing systems.
Do they have a DIGITAL TWIN of you, showing all your implants? A remote operator could sit at a console and touch buttons or the screen to repeatedly stimulate the implants, burn you, numb you, vibrate you. The implants can be numerous. This is the torture technology. America the beautiful. By the dawn's early lights and every other moment of the day - Rockets red glare are in your joints prove your implants are still there - over the land of the disgraced FBI, fusion centers, homeland security - ALL CRIMINALS.
Reliability of Wireless Body Area Networks used for Ambulatory Monitoring and Health Care
WBAN used in connection with satellite communications to provide remote health care monitoring and advice adopted from Li et al. (2008). Performance of the data fusion in such applications may also be studied. For example, Similä et al. (2006) evaluated the performance of a wireless acceleration sensor network such as shown in Fig 5 in balance estimation. The test has been carried out in eight patients and seven healthy controls. The patients group had larger values in lateral amplitudes of the sensor displacement and smaller values in vertical displacement amplitudes of the sensor. The step time variations for the patients were larger than those for the controls. They used fuzzy logic and clustering classifiers and obtained promising results suggesting that a person with balance deficits can be recognized with this system.
The Telecommunications Industry promises fast, ubiquitous and unlimited mobile internet access with the next generation of 5G technologies by 2020, along withremovalof cheap, secure and safer landlines. This 5G network is designed to provide faster downloads, streaming movies, wireless virtual reality, in addition to being the platform for the Internet of Things, whereby all our household devices are connected to this system wirelessly for remote control. While there may be limited medical applications, 5G will mainly be used for more immersive entertainment and surveillance with much greater public exposure, especially in “Smart Cities”. Military uses have also been discussed. This 5th generation (5G) system uses high frequency electromagnetic radiation with Gigahertz (GHz) wavelengths in the millimeter range. These high frequency tiny wavelengths penetrate only the outer layer of the skin, unlike 2G, 3G and 4G technology which passes through the body. Major health concerns with exposure to 5G are to skin, eye and adverse systemic metabolic signaling through skin sensors, as well as heat effects. Some in Congress have seriously questioned the lack of independent researchon 5G safety.
The First Report of 5G Injury is in Switzerland
The first reported injury of 5G in a news report comes from Switzerland, where 5G has been launched in102 locations. The weekly French-language Swiss magazine L’Illustré interviewed people living in Geneva after the 5G rollout with alarming details of illness. In their article,With 5G, We Feel Like Guinea Pigs, posted July 18, 2019, they report neighbors met to discuss their many common symptoms and many unanswered questions. What is the Difference Between 5G and 4G Wireless Technology?
Many confuse 5G or Fifth Generation Technology with the 5Gigahertz (GHz) frequencies used in wireless devices. Some devices state they are 5G, but at this point in time it is meant to be 5GHz frequency of transmission. 5G technology has been said to use much higher frequencies (10-300 GHZ) but is still in development stages (other than pilot projects reported in several cities where it has been turned on). See alsoWhat’s the Difference Between 5G and 5GHz Wi-Fi?.
Does Anybody Really Know What 5G is? For years telecom companies have said 5G would use novel tiny millimeter wave technology that does not penetrate the skin, however, new reports state that companies such as Verizon, T Mobile and AT&T will use lower band sub-6GHz frequencies for their nationwide rollout, i.e. similar section of the current spectrum we use now in 4G but different frequencies (not typical 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2.5GHz or 5 GHz wavelengths used before and tested in the literature). See chart below. Each company haspurchaseddifferent portions of “The Spectrum” throughauctionsfrom the FCC and it appears they will use their own specific frequencies that are longer wavelengths, that penetrate not only buildings and trees, but us as well. According to an article dated May 28, 2019, In Nationwide 5G, It Will Be AT&T’s 700MHz vs. T-Mobile’s 600MHz, discussing 5G industry strategies, T Mobile will use 600MHz to 700MHz and AT&T will use 700MHz. Sprint says it will use their own 2.5GHz for the 5G rollout. Verizon has not said what it will use, but acknowledges that it cannot use millimeter technology for broad coverage. As “Small Cells” begin to populate every city street, where does that leave scientists who would like to see studies of all these wavelengths (and their mixes) before further deployment of 5G or 4G? The graph below explains different frequencies and proposed “G” uses.
5G technology is different than prior 2G, 3G or 4G technology in the following ways:
Frequencies:4G uses several different frequencies from 750MHz to about 2,400-5,000 MHz(2.4 GHz to 5 GHz- typical Wi Fi and cell phone) – 5G (proposed 5th generation) uses10GHz to 300GHz, but lower frequencies will also be used and the frequencies and speed will vary with each carrier i.e. 600 MHz will be used by T Mobile.Sprint will use 2.5GHz, called mid-band, which will penetrate walls. PC Magazine on April 16, 2019 notes, “The actual 5G radio system, known as 5G-NR, isn’t compatible with 4G. But all 5G devices in the US, to start, will need 4G because they’ll lean on it to make initial connections before trading up to 5G where it’s available. That’s technically known as a “non standalone,” or NSA, network. https://www.pcmag.com/article/345387/what-is-5g
Wavelengths: 4G electromagnetic wavelengths are inches to feet long – 5G frequencies are in centimeters to millimeters, but again lower frequencies will also be used, creating a mix of frequencies and therefore wavelengths.
Depth of Skin and Body Absorption: 4G microwave radiation (2.4GHz and 5 GHz) passes through bodies and the energy is absorbed by anything that contains water (can’t cook dry rice in a microwave oven), while 5G (5th Generation) penetrates only the outer layers of the skin in humans. Again the mix of frequencies in cell towers and cell phones will have a mix of skin and body penetration
Distance Radiation Travels:4G can travel dozens of miles in a line of sight and if poles are placed high. In experiments5G can travel a few miles but is easily blocked by objects, trees and plants thus poles are planned for every 300 feet in cities
Mechanisms of Harm:4G and low band 5G (600MHz) emissions can cause oxidation of tissues(93 of 100 studies), 5G millimeter wavelengths can have their effect through heat(tissue destruction), through a resonance effect of increased vibration in an object the size of the wavelengths, and at low power levels through signaling of skin structures that can affect metabolism, the nervous system, the endocrine system, the reproductive system (Declassified Military studies)
Amount of Testing Done:4G technology has been tested by the military and by international scientists with an abundance of studies showing broad harm to animals, humans, plants, insects and bacteria. 5G technology has been studied by some in the military showing broad harm and some newer studies are showing damage to insects, tissue burns and overheating with streaming of data, but there has been no independent safety testing of 5G before it is rolled out.
The human skin as a sub-THz receiver - Does 5G pose a danger to it or not?
In the interaction of microwave radiation and human beings, the skin is traditionally considered as just an absorbing sponge stratum filled with water. In previous works, we showed that this view is flawed when we demonstrated that the coiled portion of the sweat duct in upper skin layer is regarded as a helical antenna in the sub-THz band. Experimentally we showed that the reflectance of the human skin in the sub-THz region depends on the intensity of perspiration, i.e. sweat duct's conductivity, and correlates with levels of human stress (physical, mental and emotional). Later on, we detected circular dichroism in the reflectance from the skin, a signature of the axial mode of a helical antenna. The full ramifications of what these findings represent in the human condition are still unclear. We also revealed correlation of electrocardiography (ECG) parameters to the sub-THz reflection coefficient of human skin. In a recent work, we developed a unique simulation tool of human skin, taking into account the skin multi-layer structure together with the helical segment of the sweat duct embedded in it. The presence of the sweat duct led to a high specific absorption rate (SAR) of the skin in extremely high frequency band. In this paper, we summarize the physical evidence for this phenomenon and consider its implication for the future exploitation of the electromagnetic spectrum by wireless communication. Starting from July 2016 the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted new rules for wireless broadband operations above 24 GHz (5 G). This trend of exploitation is predicted to expand to higher frequencies in the sub-THz region. One must consider the implications of human immersion in the electromagnetic noise, caused by devices working at the very same frequencies as those, to which the sweat duct (as a helical antenna) is most attuned. We are raising a warning flag against the unrestricted use of sub-THz technologies for communication, before the possible consequences for public health are explored.

Chinese Citizens Will Be Required to Scan Their Faces to Use the Internet
The Chinese government continues its Orwellian practices with the announcement that citizens will have to use facial recognition technology to access the internet (which is already highly fire-walled.)
This is all a part of China’s social credit system that will take effect on Dec. 1st. After the law is in effect, Chinese citizens who want to have the internet installed at their houses or on their smartphones will be required to undergo a facial recognition process by Chinese authority to prove their identities, according to the new regulation.
This is significant because now the Chinese government will use the internet to rate citizens based on their daily behavior online.
Just before Thanksgiving, House Republicans amended the list of documents they’d like President Trump to declassify in the Russia investigation. With little fanfare or explanation, the lawmakers, led by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), added a string of emails between the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to their wish list. Sources tell me the targeted documents may provide the most damning evidence to date of potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), evidence that has been kept from the majority of members of Congress for more than two years. The email exchanges included then-FBI Director James Comey, key FBI investigators in the Russia probe and lawyers in the DOJ’s national security division, and they occurred in early to mid-October, before the FBI successfully secured a FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. The email exchanges show the FBI was aware — before it secured the now-infamous warrant — that there were intelligence community concerns about the reliability of the main evidence used to support it: the Christopher Steele dossier. The exchanges also indicate FBI officials were aware that Steele, the former MI6 British intelligence operative then working as a confidential human source for the bureau, had contacts with news media reporters before the FISA warrant was secured. The FBI fired Steele on Nov. 1, 2016 — two weeks after securing the warrant — on the grounds that he had unauthorized contacts with the news media. But the FBI withheld from the American public and Congress, until months later, that Steele had been paid to find his dirt on Trump by a firm doing political opposition research for the Democratic Party and for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and that Steele himself harbored hatred for Trump. If the FBI knew of his media contacts and the concerns about the reliability of his dossier before seeking the warrant, it would constitute a serious breach of FISA regulations and the trust that the FISA court places in the FBI. That’s because the FBI has an obligation to certify to the court before it approves FISA warrants that its evidence is verified, and to alert the judges to any flaws in its evidence or information that suggest the target might be innocent. We now know the FBI used an article from Yahoo News as independent corroboration for the Steele dossier when, in fact, Steele had talked to the news outlet. If the FBI knew Steele had that media contact before it submitted the article, it likely would be guilty of circular intelligence reporting, a forbidden tactic in which two pieces of evidence are portrayed as independent corroboration when, in fact, they originated from the same source. These issues are why the FBI email chain, kept from most members of Congress for the past two years, suddenly landed on the declassification list.
Transferrable tattoos—or decal transfers—are a familiar part of childhood and industrial design. The technology is straightforward. Transfers consist of a thin film of ethyl cellulose polymer stuck to a sheet of paper by a sacrificial layer of water-soluble starch or dextrin.
Placing the transfer in water dissolves the sacrificial layer, allowing the ethyl cellulose sheet to be “transferred” to human skin or numerous other objects. A key property of ethyl cellulose polymer film is that it can carry an image or text created using conventional inkjet printing.
That sparked the imagination of a team headed by Giorgio Bonacchini at the Instituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) in Genoa, Italy. These guys have printed organic electronic components onto transfer paper and then tested the properties of the resulting circuits. They’ve even transferred the circuits onto edible objects such as pharmaceutical pills and pieces of fruit. Electronic devices that operate inside the digestive tract are by no means new. For many years, medical professionals have had access to pills containing electronic devices such as cameras and batteries.
But these devices are made exclusively from silicon-based components that are expensive and inflexible. By contrast, materials scientists have made much recent progress in developing conducting polymers that can be inkjet-printed into powerful electronic devices such as plastic displays. Bonacchini and company use the same inkjet-printing technique to create electronic circuits on transfer paper.
Of course, an important question is the biocompatibility of the resulting devices. Bonacchini and his colleagues point out that ethyl cellulose film has long been used as an edible coating on things like pharmaceutical pills. But the circuits have other components; for example, the transistors contain metallic materials. Bulk silver is thought to be bioinert and has a recommended dietary allowance of 350 micrograms per day for someone weighing about 155 pounds. A single transistor requires just four micrograms of silver, so simple circuits should contain well below the daily limit. However, the silver is printed in nanoparticle form and then sintered to create a continuous layer. Bonacchini and company assume this will be biocompatible, based on other research with silver nanoparticles, but that will presumably need confirmation at some point in the future. The team also uses four different semiconducting polymers, including poly(3-hexylthiophene), or P3HT, and polystyrene, which are known to be biocompatible. The other two polymers, 29-DPP-TVT and P(NDI2OD-T2), have only recently been developed and have not yet been tested for biocompatibility. Although these are used in picogram quantities, they still raise obvious questions regarding biocompatibility. Bonacchini and his colleagues are well aware of this and are taking on the task of assessing how the polymers interact with the human body. The results have been positive so far, but more research is needed.
Activism: Resolution Against the Use of Radiating Type Weapons for People
In September, October, November and December 2019, a number of events are planned at the United Nations in the Human Rights Committee and the Committee Against Torture.
The Moscow Committee for Housing Ecology sent to the UN a resolution of the International Conference (December 1-2, 2018) “Against the Use of Radiating Type Weapons for People”. The resolution contains a requirement for the UN - “to develop and adopt a Convention on the prohibition of weapons of a radiating type (non-lethal, psychotronic), as WMD”.
The draft Convention “On the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Radiating Type Weapons on Their Destruction” is attached to the resolution.
The UN sent the committee an invitation to the Conference on Events for Sustainable Development and Peace, held in December 2019.
We are asking you to: send a requirement to the UN: to adopt the Convention "On the Prohibition of Radiating Type Weapons".
This will be the most important UN event "to achieve sustainable development and peace on the planet."
Please forward our appeal to other human rights organizations.

$65 with shipping. Protect your head! Cap with 4 layers of metal and one layer of blackout fabric, use with magnets and grounding strap and rubber mouse pad (comes with hat)
The new cap has a tab connected to the metal fabric. You can put a grounding clip on this and the other end on a magnet or a piece of carbon and it is grounded. You can use it without a grounding strap. You can put more magnets on it and move them around to where your implants are or over your ears. If you are being struck with heating energy, you can put an ice pack inside. It comes with a large round rubber mouse pad you can take out if you want. The shielding works best if it blocks EMF and sound, so you need metal and rubber.
Also, the hat may be worn for consecutive hours to see any change. Wear it to sleep to effect blocking the dreams, it will help block direct stimulation of implants in the head and a field of attack. Remember that your face is open, your eyes, nose and mouth provide an opening for EMF. So unless you are in a Faraday cage, there will not be a total blockage, but you can protect your head with this hat shielding method.
The hat is $57 + $8 shipping and handling in the US and made upon order. We expect feedback as to how it helped you with your particular problem. Many people are saying that the hat helps, especially where the moods are being affected, subliminal thoughts, or dreams are being implanted, which may be frequencies targeting you with a field of frequencies. You can let out the tie cord and let it drape down over your neck to cover more area. This is the best version to date.
This is not guaranteed to stop V2K. If you hear voices, you may have a radio connection, a real radio connected to your brain and it is always connected. A hat will probably not stop that, but if you used it in a certain way, it may affect it, or reduce the feedback they get.
