Fully Implantable Wireless Brain Computer Interface

Is a Brain Computer Interface Even Possible?

Have you wanted to be able to think like a computer and easily solve complex problems? Maybe the answer is to connect your brain directly to a computer. What could possibly go wrong right? Imagine if one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers was somehow accessible to your thoughts?
What would it be like?

If fact, researchers are seriously working on this.

With a grant of up to $19 million from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Brown University will lead a collaboration to develop a fully implantable wireless brain interface system able to record and stimulate neural activity with unprecedented detail and precision.
The international team of engineers, neuroscientists and physicians involved in the project envisions an approach to neural interfaces that is unlike any available today. They aim to create a “cortical intranet” of tens of thousands of wireless micro-devices where each one is about the size of a grain of table salt that can be safely implanted onto or into the cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain. The implants, dubbed “neurograins,” will operate independently, interfacing with the brain at the level of a single neuron. The activity of the devices will be coordinated wirelessly by a central communications hub in the form of a thin electronic patch worn on the skin or implanted beneath it.The system will be designed to have both “read-out” and “write-in” capabilities. It will be able to record neural activity, helping to deepen scientists’ understanding of how the brain processes stimuli from the outside world. It will also have the capability to stimulate neural activity through tiny electrical pulses, a function researchers hope to eventually use in human clinical research aimed at restoring brain function lost to injury or disease.

Leading Industrial Supplies Provider Fired Employee After He Requested Leave
For Prostate Cancer Recovery, Federal Agency Charged
ATLANTA – Vallen Distribution, Inc. (formerly Hagemeyer North America, Inc.), a national leading provider of indirect industrial supplies, will pay $75,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today.
According to the EEOC’s suit, in August 2015, Vallen fired Wesley Smith, a delivery driver in Vallen’s Augusta, Ga., warehouse, instead of granting his request for unpaid leave for a defined period of time to treat and recover from prostate cancer. Vallen fired Smith the day before his scheduled surgery, the EEOC said.
Such alleged conduct violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits discrimination based on a disability. The EEOC filed suit (EEOC v. Vallen Distribution, Inc. d/b/a Hagemeyer North America, Inc., Civil Action No. 1:18-cv-00146-JRH-BKE) in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Augusta Division, after first attempting to reach a pre-litigation settlement through its conciliation process. In addition to the monetary relief, Vallen agreed to provide employment discrimination training to its employees and to post anti-discrimination notices at its facility. The decree also subjects Vallen to reporting and monitoring requirements.
“Medical leave is a widely recognized accommodation, and in Mr. Smith’s case, could easily have been granted, preventing the firing of a valuable employee. However, instead of accommodating him, Vallen fired him less than 24 hours before his surgery,” said Antonette Sewell, regional attorney for the EEOC’s Atlanta District Office. “The EEOC is pleased that Vallen agreed to resolve this case and to further train its employees on its obligations under the ADA. The discrimination victim in this case has been compensated, and the employer will be better equipped to respond the next time an applicant or employee seeks leave as an accommodation for a disability.”
Darrell Graham, district director of the Atlanta office, said, “The EEOC is committed to ending disability discrimination in Georgia and across the country. An employee should not be forced to risk termination for seeking leave to treat a medical condition, which can be a perfectly reasonable accommodation under federal law.”
The EEOC advances opportunity in the workplace by enforcing federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination. More information is available at Stay connected with the latest EEOC news by subscribing to our email updates.
V2K:  Radio Waves, Light, Sound
Shielding must shield from sound and EMF

The Electromagnetic Spectrum

Radio Waves

Radio waves are EM (Electromagnetic) waves that have wavelengths between 1 millimeter and 100 kilometers (or 300 GHz and 3 kHz in frequency).  Radio transmissions are a combination of two kinds of waves: audio frequency waves that represent the sounds being transmitted and radio frequency waves that "carry" the audio information. In FM (frequency modulation) radio transmissions, the frequency of the combined waves changes to reproduce the audio signal.

Key Terms

  • AM radio waves: Waves used to carry commercial radio signals between 540 and 1600 kHz. Information is carried by amplitude variation, while the frequency remains constant.
  • FM radio waves: Waves used to carry commercial radio signals between 88 and 108 MHz. Information is carried by frequency modulation, while the signal amplitude remains constant.
  • radio waves: Designates a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum having frequencies ranging from 300 GHz to 3 kHz, or equivalently, wavelengths from 1 millimeter to 100 kilometers.
Cellular phones use digital modulation

Actually, songs, voice are acoustic vibrations, radio waves are electromagnetic vibrations and they don't carry voice.
Voice transmission is done indirectly.
First, acoustic vibrations are converted into electrical signal using a microphone. The acoustic range of frequencies is from 0.02 Hz to about 20 kHz, rather low on the electromagnetic spectrum.
The electrical signal from microphone signal is amplified and send to a modulator which modulate a high frequency wave according to the electrical signal from the microphone.
Traditionally, two types of modulations have and are still used in radio. One is Amplitude Modulation (utilized by all the radio station in the AM band, now you know what AM stands for). Amplitude modulation is simply the amplitude of the high frequency wave is proportional to the modulating signal from the microphone. That signal is amplified, sent to an antenna which broadcast it over the air.
The second method is Frequency Modulation, that is utilized by all the radio station in the FM band. If you look at your FM station list, you might see station called, say 99.5 FM. That means, that the average high frequency of the radio waves emitted by that station is 99.5 MHz but the actual frequency is changing proportionally to the electrical signal coming from the microphone.
At the receiver end, either modulated signal is detected and demodulated, i.e. converted back to the amplified signal coming from the microphone.
These to are the types of modulations methods used for several decades. Now, more and more, digital modulation is used. In this case, the microphone signal is digitized, i.e. converted into bits that is a streams of 1's and 0's. Then, the high frequency signal is modulated according to the sequence of bytes. There are a few commonly used schemes of digital modulation, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. One advantage of digital modulation is data compression ability. Another is ability to add error detection and recovery.
In fact cellular phones nowadays use digital modulation exclusively.
DM stands for Digital Modulation and is a generic name for modulation techniques that uses discrete signals to modulate a carrier wave. In comparison, FM and AM are analog techniques. The three main types of digital modulation are Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), Phase Shift Keying (PSK) and Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK).

Communication by Ultrasound Using Radio Modulation Techniques

There are many methods to send electronic signals, including by wire, radio, light, infra-red light, and audible sound waves. Ultrasound consists of sound waves that are of frequencies above the human audible range. Certain animal species, such as bats and dolphins, use ultrasound for navigation and localization by echolocation. In recent years, ultrasound has become prevalent in medicine and industry. However, little prior work has been done on communication via ultrasound. Ultrasound offers many benefits. For example, it does not use electromagnetic radio waves and therefore avoids issues with radio interference, crowding, and privacy. Yet, it shares the same ability as radio to communicate around obstacles, which infrared light cannot. Sources of ultrasound noise are less common than those of audio noise in the natural environment and the signal-to-noise ratio can potentially be very good.

Connecting communication using acoustic waves from smartphones

Controlling of communication connection range using acoustic waves emitted from smartphones

The development of smartphones and other portable devices has expanded new ways of communication and collaboration both in private and business settings where there are used e.g. for sharing files and other information. However, this communication is not always secure and can be intercepted by a third party in the vicinity. This paper proposes an intelligent communication control mechanism where the shared information is accessible only within a physically limited space. Normally, existing communication methods based on radio waves (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) are accessible to anyone within a specific range; thus, they are susceptible to breach and communication eavesdrop beyond walls. Our proposed method is based on an association scheme whereby the sending smartphone can restrict the communication range by controlling an acoustic wave’s magnitude and frequency. Thus, unlike radio waves, it is possible to send the signal to devices located in a specific range, where the client devices exist, after recognizing the distance and angle between devices. Our experiments by sharing signals among smartphones indicate that it is possible to unidirectionally control the sharing range while sharply reducing any possibility to eavesdrop on the communication.
Acoustic and Electromagnetic Millimeter Waves

Millimeter waves (MMWs) possess wavelengths from 1 mm to 10 mm. They can be acoustic or electromagnetic in nature. Acoustic waves occur as the propagated mechanical vibration of particles in a medium. They cannot travel in a vacuum. Electromagnetic waves consist of an alternating electric and magnetic field that propagates throughout space, including a vacuum. Both acoustic and electromagnetic MMWs are used in medicine. While acoustic MMWs are used in both diagnosis and therapy, electromagnetic MMWs currently are used solely in therapy.
The spectrum of acoustic frequencies is divided into three regions, depending on whether the frequency can be sensed by the human ear. They are, in order of increasing frequency: infrasonic, audible, and ultrasonic. The audible spectrum ranges from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Acoustic MMWs lie entirely in the ultrasonic range, and from this point on will be referred to as ultrasound waves to more easily distinguish them from electromagnetic MMWs, which will be referred to as simply MMWs. Most of the medical use of ultrasound involves frequencies in the low megahertz range. The wavelength of a 1 MHz acoustic wave in average soft tissue is 1.5 mm. Most diagnostic applications utilize frequencies between 1 and 10 MHz.
Terahertz-Ray converts light to sound - converted to weapon?

New ‘T-ray’ tech converts light to sound for weapons detection, medical imaging

ANN ARBOR—A device that essentially listens for light waves could help open up the last frontier of the electromagnetic spectrum—the terahertz range.
So-called T-rays, which are light waves too long for human eyes to see, could help airport security guards find chemical and other weapons. They might let doctors image body tissues with less damage to healthy areas. And they could give astronomers new tools to study planets in other solar systems. Those are just a few possible applications.
But because terahertz frequencies fall between the capabilities of the specialized tools presently used to detect light, engineers have yet to efficiently harness them. The U-M researchers demonstrated a unique terahertz detector and imaging system that could bridge this terahertz gap.
“We convert the T-ray light into sound,” said Jay Guo, U-M professor of electrical engineering and computer science, mechanical engineering, and macromolecular science and engineering. “Our detector is sensitive, compact and works at room temperature, and we’ve made it using an unconventional approach.”
The sound the detector makes is too high for human ears to hear.
The terahertz gap is a sliver between the microwave and infrared bands of the electromagnetic spectrum—the range of light’s wavelengths and frequencies. That spectrum spans from the longest, low-energy radio waves that can carry songs to our receivers to the shortest, high-energy gamma rays that are released when nuclear bombs explode and radioactive atoms decay.
In between are the microwave frequencies that can cook food or transport cell phone signals, the infrared that enables heat vision technologies, the visible wavelengths that light and color our world, and X-rays that give doctors a window under our skin.
We transformed a difficult problem into a problem that’s already been solved. Jay Guo
The terahertz band is “scientifically rich,” according to Guo and colleagues. But today’s detectors either are bulky, need to be kept cold to work or can’t operate in real time. That limits their usefulness for applications like weapons and chemical detection and medical imaging and diagnosis, Guo says.
Guo and colleagues invented a special transducer that makes the light-to-sound conversion possible. A transducer turns one form of energy into another. In this case it turns terahertz light into ultrasound waves and then transmits them.
The transducer is made of a mixture of a spongy plastic called polydimethylsiloxane, or PDMS, and carbon nanotubes. Here’s how it works:
When the terahertz light hits the transducer, the nanotubes absorb it, turning it into heat. They pass that heat on to the PDMS. The heated PDMS expands, creating an outgoing pressure wave. That’s the ultrasound wave. It’s more than 1,000 times too high for human ears to pick up.
“There are many ways to detect ultrasound,” Guo said. “We transformed a difficult problem into a problem that’s already been solved.”
Though ultrasound detectors exist—including those used in medical imaging—the researchers made their own sensitive one in the form of a microscopic plastic ring known as a microring resonator. The structure measures only a few millimeters in size.
They connected their system to a computer and demonstrated that they could use it to scan and produce an image of an aluminum cross.
The response speed of the new detector is a fraction of a millionth of a second, which Guo says can enable real-time terahertz imaging in many areas.
The system is different from other heat-based terahertz detection systems because it responds to the energy of individual terahertz light pulses, rather than a continuous stream of T-rays. Because of this, it isn’t sensitive to variations in the outside temperature, Guo says.
The study, “Efficient real-time detection of terahertz pulse radiation based on photoacoustic conversion by carbon nanotube nanocomposite,” is published online in Nature Photonics. The research is funded by the National Science Foundation and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

Transmitting Energy With Laser - Free Space Power Beaming System
Researchers transmit energy with laser in ‘historic’ power-beaming demonstration
By Emanuel Cavallaro, Corporate Communications, U.S. Naval Research Laboratory | October 22, 2019
It was the second day of a three-day-long tech demonstration at the David Taylor Model Basin at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, Maryland, where attendees had gathered to stand around in the dark to look at something they mostly couldn’t see.
It was a long-range, free-space power beaming system - the first of its kind. Attendees that day, May 23, could see the system itself—the two 13-foot-high towers, one a 2-kilowatt laser transmitter, the other a receiver of specially designed photovoltaics. But the important part, the laser that was beaming 400 watts of power across 325 meters, from the transmitter to the receiver, was invisible to the naked eye.
Captured by a special camera, a laser beam invisible to the naked eye shoots across the dark expanse of the David Taylor Model Basin at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
On one end of the of the testing facility — one of the largest test facilities for model ships in the world — the receiver was converting the laser energy to DC power, which an inverter was turning into AC power to run lights, several laptops, and a coffeemaker that the organizers were using to make coffee for the attendees, or “laser lattes.”
As more than one person there had noted, it wasn’t exactly an exciting scene. But when you’re transmitting hundreds of watts of power with a laser beam “exciting” is not what you’re aiming for. You want it quiet, boring and, most importantly, safe. And so it was.
“Power beaming, the concept, has been around for decades and there’ve been laboratory demonstrations, but this is really a first and a new technology that's getting fielded,” explained Tom Nugent, chief technology officer of PowerLight Technologies, the hardware provider for the Power Transmitted Over Laser (PTROL) project.
The culmination of the PTROL project’s second phase, the demonstration was two years in the making for PowerLight and Paul Jaffe, an electronics engineer with the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. During a briefing that preceded the demo, Jaffe had described that day’s demonstration as historic.
U.S. Naval Research Laboratory electronics engineer Paul Jaffe stands beside a monitor displaying a live feed from a highly specialized camera that capturing an the invisible laser beam as a purple light. (Photo by Leonard Pieton)
Early power beaming demonstrations took place in 1975, the first in Waltham, Massachusetts in the laboratories of Raytheon, and the second at the Goldstone Station of the Nasa Deep Space Network in California. Those were the two most important such demonstrations in history, Jaffe told his audience.
“The third one you're going to see in a few minutes,” he said.
At NRL, Jaffe has been conducting space-based solar energy research for more than a decade, focusing in part on transmitting solar energy from space to Earth. One of the biggest challenges he and others working on the problem have faced is the enormous sizes required for the transmitter and the receiver.
“Radio waves have a fairly long wavelength and in order to steer them effectively ... you need a really big antenna,” he explained. “But as the wavelength gets shorter, as it does for infrared light, which is what we're using here today, the transmitter and receiver can be much, much smaller.”
The photovoltaics of the receiver are similar to those of a typical solar panel, Jaffe said, though they are designed to be sensitive to the single color of light of the laser, rather than the broad spectrum of sunlight. They convert that particular wavelength with much greater efficiency than would a regular solar photovoltaic.
Standing beside a monitor showing a live feed from an expensive, highly specialized camera that captured the invisible laser beam as a purple light shooting across the dark expanse of the basin, Jaffe called the power beaming system a remarkable new capability. He said it could unlock all kinds of amazing possibilities for the Department of Defense and the private sector.
[It will be used as a weapon.]
Behavioral Effects of Microwave
Neurobehav Toxicol. 1980 Spring;2(1):49-58.

Microwaves can produce sensations of warmth and sound in humans. In other species, they also can serve as cues, they may be avoided, and they can disrupt ongoing behavior. These actions appear to be due to heat produced by energy absorption. The rate of absorption depends on the microwave parameters and the electrical and geometric properties of the subject. We, therefore, cannot predict the human response to microwaves based on data from other animals without appropriate scaling considerations. At low levels of exposure, microwaves can produce changes in behavior without large, or even measureable, changes in body temperature. Thermoregulatory behavior may respond to those low levels of heat, and thereby affect other behavior occurring concurrently. There are no data that demonstrate that behavioral effects of microwaves depend on any mechanism other than reactions to heat. Our interpretation of whether a reported behavioral effect indicates that microwaves may be hazardous depends on our having a complete description of the experiment and on our criteria of behavioral toxicity.

Most of the series information comes directly from the book Programmed To Kill: The Politics of Serial Murder
(David McGowan 25 March 1960 - 23 November 2015)
“From our comfortable seat in life...we never could have imagined that thousands of well-off adults, integrated and even cultured, find pleasure in seeing children tortured and killed.”
—From a front-page editorial in Italy’s Corriere della Sera (reprinted in The Irish Times, September 29, 2000)
The specter of the marauding serial killer has become a relatively common feature on the American landscape. Reactions to these modern-day monsters range from revulsion to morbid fascination-fascination that is either fed by, or a product of, the saturation coverage provided by print and broadcast media, along with a dizzying array of books, documentary films, websites, and "Movies of the Week". The prevalence in Western culture of images of serial killers (and mass murderers) has created in the public mind a consensus view of what a serial killer is. Most people are aware, to some degree, of the classic serial killer 'profile.' But what if there is a much different 'profile'-one that has not received much media attention? In Programmed to Kill, acclaimed and always controversial author David McGowan takes a fresh look at the lives of many of America's most notorious accused murderers, focusing on the largely hidden patterns that suggest that there may be more to the average serial killer story than meets the eye. Think you know everything there is to know about serial killers? Or is it possible that sometimes what everyone 'knows' to be true isn't really true at all? [Are some of these serial killers acting as Manchurian Candidates or mind control victims?]

Book:  Plot Against the President
"The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History" – October 29, 2019

"Investigative journalist Lee Smith's The Plot Against the President tells the story of how Congressman Devin Nunes uncovered the operation to bring down the commander-in-chief. While popular opinion holds that Russia subverted democratic processes during the 2016 elections, the real damage was done not by Moscow or any other foreign actor. Rather, this was a slow-moving coup engineered by a coterie of the American elite, the "deep state," targeting not only the president, but also the rest of the country.
A country where operatives use the intelligence and security services to protect their privileges by spying on Americans, coordinating with the press, and using extra-constitutional means to undermine an election then undo a presidency is more like the third world than the republic envisioned by the founding fathers.

This story is affecting the entire country, and it desperately needs to be known.  All Americans need to be very aware of what is going on behind the scenes, especially regarding the deep state's specific criminal actions of abusive surveillance and electronic assaults against illegally targeted innocent civilians.  These crimes are being secretly committed in violation of the victims' First Amendment Rights, in violation of the protections of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, in violation of the McCain-Feinstein National Defense Authorization Act which bans torture against civilians, and in direct violation of the civil and human rights of many hundred of thousands -- rather several millions -- of Americans who are not guilty of any wrongdoing, and have never been accused of any wrongdoing.  These victims are just being systematically harassed, tortured, and used non-consensually to experiment upon for pseudo-military torture experiments (committed by corrupt elements within the intelligence agencies) in a number of illegal and criminal "mind control" and "behavior modification experiments," by utilizing so-called "non-lethal weapons" (a misnomer) since all these military electronic weapons have been classified, both internationally and nationally, as "Weapons of Mass Destruction" (WMDs).  All this criminal horror committed by the corrupt deep state intelligence agencies against innocent American civilians needs to urgently come out in the open.
SHIELDING:  Bismuth wafers?
There is an engineering product that was referred to in a blog entitled:  "How to defeat mind control signals"
The product to which the blogger refers is called "bismuth wafers" and it advises to place them behind the ears:
"...  how can we really protect ourselves?  However, there is one thing you can do to protect yourself. It is not exactly what people want to be seen wearing, but it can be hidden inside a hat. It is a Bismuth Wafer. You can make these yourself as well. Bismuth was tested during the Eavesdropper Project when they were in fact testing telepathic abilities. ...
So anyway, the Bismuth wafer fits over the lobe behind the ear, and this protects you from those signals. Not all of the signals are for the lobe, but the ones that are you can protect yourself from. Sounds nutty, but we live in a sci-fi reality world now. How many even can't fathom a telepathic hearing of what they say before they even say it?
Bismuth wafers can be made from Bismuth wafers. They can be tucked into the side rim of a hat and fits nicely and comfortably over the lobe behind the ear. They can also be put on the end of sunglasses as the back part just reaches that lobe area. Most probably won't bother making these because they don't to look silly or paranoid. So it’s up to each what they do with this knowledge. The thing is, this technology exists and it is being used. It is now proven to have been used through radio and TV signals so you are not affected by what is said. ..."
American Elements produces Bismuth Wafers with the highest possible density. Our standard wafer size is nominally 25.4 mm (1 inch) to 300 mm (11.8 inches). Materials are produced using crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes such as sublimation. This process forms a cylindrical ingot which is then sliced and polished to form wafers. American Elements specializes in producing custom compositions for commercial and research applications and for new proprietary technologies. American Elements also casts any of the rare earth metals and most other advanced materials into rod, bar or plate form, as well as other machined shapes and through other processes such as nanoparticles and in the form of solutions and organometallics. We also produce Bismuth as disc, granules, ingot, pellets, pieces, powder, and rod . Other shapes are available by request.
Opinion on Mass Murderers

Making the case that many Democrats are no longer human, but rather biological vessels of “Demonic Obsession”

Friday, November 08, 2019 by: Mike Adams

Part of being a human being is recognizing the humanity in others

What makes us human?
One of the prerequisites of being considered a human being is, of course, the capacity to recognize the humanity of others. Democrats fail this test when they look at a living, breathing human infant and declare it’s okay to murder that child. As stated above, this position is embraced, almost without exception, by nearly every Democrat in America today.
Mass murderers are often called “inhuman” when the horrors of their crimes are finally revealed. What kind of a person would murder innocent people or condone such murder on a grand scale?
Democrats, of course. That’s who they are. This is what they not merely tolerate but celebrate.

Condoning the mass murder of innocent human beings disqualifies you from being considered “human” yourself

Systematically violating the core humanity of other human beings — regardless of their age — disqualifies you from being a true human being yourself. If you believe it is your right to selectively revoke the recognition of humanity in others and carry out acts of violence against them in order to make your own life more comfortable, you are not a human being.

Activism:  Resolution Against the Use of Radiating Type Weapons for People
Dear Colleagues!
In September, October, November and December 2019, a number of events are planned at the United Nations in the Human Rights Committee and the Committee Against Torture.
The Moscow Committee for Housing Ecology sent to the UN a resolution of the International Conference (December 1-2, 2018) “Against the Use of Radiating Type Weapons for People”. The resolution contains a requirement for the UN - “to develop and adopt a Convention on the prohibition of weapons of a radiating type (non-lethal, psychotronic), as WMD”.
The draft Convention “On the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Radiating Type Weapons on Their Destruction” is attached to the resolution.
The UN sent the committee an invitation to the Conference on Events for Sustainable Development and Peace, held in December 2019.
We are asking you to: send a requirement to the UN: to adopt the Convention "On the Prohibition of Radiating Type Weapons".
This will be the most important UN event "to achieve sustainable development and peace on the planet."
Please forward our appeal to other human rights organizations.

Get a free booklet and Press Release with a hat.

$65 with shipping. Protect your head! Cap with 4 layers of metal and one layer of blackout fabric, use with magnets and grounding strap and rubber mouse pad (comes with hat)

The new cap has a tab connected to the metal fabric. You can put a grounding clip on this and the other end on a magnet or a piece of carbon and it is grounded. You can use it without a grounding strap. You can put more magnets on it and move them around to where your implants are or over your ears. If you are being struck with heating energy, you can put an ice pack inside. It comes with a large round rubber mouse pad you can take out if you want. The shielding works best if it blocks EMF and sound, so you need metal and rubber.
Also, the hat may be worn for consecutive hours to see any change. Wear it to sleep to effect blocking the dreams, it will help block direct stimulation of implants in the head and a field of attack. Remember that your face is open, your eyes, nose and mouth provide an opening for EMF. So unless you are in a Faraday cage, there will not be a total blockage, but you can protect your head with this shielding method.
The hat is $57 + $8 shipping and handling in the US and made upon order. We expect feedback as to how it helped you with your particular problem. Many people are saying that the hat helps, especially where the moods are being affected, subliminal thoughts, or dreams are being implanted, which may be frequencies targeting you with a field of frequencies. You can let out the tie cord and let it drape down over your neck to cover more area. This is the best version to date.

This is not guaranteed to stop V2K. If you hear voices, you may have a radio connection, a real radio connected to your brain and it is always connected. A hat will probably not stop that, but it may reduce the feedback they get.
Email:  CitizensAHT@protonmail to order if overseas because extra shipping is incurred for tracking overseas and going through customs. Overseaes tracked and insured through customs is about $35-54. Uninsured is $24-27.
