Was It All a Staged False Flag Event?
Whether George Floyd died or not is an issue but the bigger issue is if the whole event was planned to antagonize a response. The issue is that the murder was performed in front of people and cameras in order to make people angry enough to take to the streets like the Covid-10 issue has done. The result is the same - the upheaval of society. All planned False Flag Events involve deaths. The fact that another black man was killed, in addition to recent deaths of black people stacks the issue with more fuel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6kNNrPgX3c&feature=youtu.be
From 9/11 to COVID-19, It’s Been a Perpetual State of Emergency
By John W. Whitehead May 26, 2020
“The fundamental political question is why do people obey a government. The answer is that they tend to enslave themselves, to let themselves be governed by tyrants. Freedom from servitude comes not from violent action, but from the refusal to serve. Tyrants fall when the people withdraw their support.”—Étienne De La Boétie, The Politics Of Obedience
Pity them because they have spent their entire lives in a state of emergency.
They were born in the wake of the 9/11 attacks; raised without any expectation of privacy in a technologically-driven, mass surveillance state; educated in schools that teach conformity and compliance; saddled with a debt-ridden economy on the brink of implosion; made vulnerable by the blowback from a military empire constantly waging war against shadowy enemies; policed by government agents armed to the teeth ready and able to lock down the country at a moment’s notice; and forced to march in lockstep with a government that no longer exists to serve the people but which demands they be obedient slaves or suffer the consequences.
According to the latest available data from the Centers for Disease Control and Protection(CDC), 7 states in the United States are currently in the midst of 10 separate measles outbreaks. With 880 total confirmed cases so far this year, 2019 now has the greatest number of reported cases of measles since 1994 and since measles was declared eliminated in the United States in 2000. These cases, the majority of which involves unvaccinated individuals, follows a number of notable measles outbreaks over the past several years, including an outbreak of 383 cases in 2014 among unvaccinated Amish communities in Ohio and another multi-state outbreak of 147 cases in 2015 linked to an amusement park in California. In addition to measles, for about every 5 years since 2006, outbreaks of other vaccine-preventable diseases, such as mumps, have also been reported in the United States. In light of these outbreaks and their association with unvaccinated individuals, this Sidebar provides an overview of the relevant state and federal authority to require vaccination for U.S. residents.

Influenza virus seen as possible bioterrorism weapon Print & PDF
Jul 8, 2003 (CIDRAP News) – An influenza virus—especially one genetically manipulated for increased virulence—would be an attractive weapon for bioterrorists, according to physicians writing in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine.
As a potential biological weapon, influenza has several advantages over smallpox, including ready accessibility, write Mohammad Madjid, MD, and three colleagues. The authors are affiliated with the University of Texas–Houston Health Center and two heart institutes in Houston.
"The possibility for genetic engineering and aerosol transmission suggests an enormous potential for bioterrorism," they assert.
The Spanish flu epidemic of 1918 killed between 20 million and 40 million people. The "usual estimate" of the annual influenza death toll in the United States is 20,000, but recent studies of all-cause mortality suggest it is closer to 90,000, the authors state. They also cite recent evidence that influenza may be a risk factor for sudden cardiac death and stroke.
Since the terrorist attacks of 2001, "We must . . . consider the possibility of malicious genetic engineering to create more virulent strains" of influenza, they continue. "Sequencing of the genome of the 1918 Spanish influenza virus is nearly complete; once it is published, unscrupulous scientists could presumably utilize candidate virulence sequences."
Influenza is usually transmitted by direct contact, but aerosol transmission also occurs and requires "27,000 times fewer virions to induce equivalent disease," the article says.
Influenza virus is far more accessible than smallpox virus, known stocks of which are held only in secure facilities in the United States and Russia, the authors note. They contend that influenza has other advantages over smallpox as a potential weapon:
Since influenza occurs naturally, an epidemic would have more time to spread before triggering a major public health response.
Postexposure immunization is ineffective for influenza because of its short incubation period (1 to 4 days), which is not the case with smallpox.
Influenza is harder to eradicate because it has animal and avian reservoirs.

Brain Images Reveal Possible COVID-19-Related “Cytokine Storm”
MRI images demonstrate T2 FLAIR hyperintensity within the bilateral medial temporal lobes and thalami (A, B, E, F) with evidence of hemorrhage indicated by hypointense signal intensity on susceptibility-weighted images (C, G) and rim enhancement on postcontrast images (D, H). Courtesy: Radiological Society of North America.
So far, healthcare providers have been largely concerned with COVID-19-associated pneumonia and the accompanying symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath, and cough. But, new CT and MRI images show that the virus can also have neurological impacts, causing an “intracranial cytokine storm.”
Images published on March 31 in Radiology show a rare complication of influenza and other viral infections, known as acute necrotizing encephalopathy (ANE), in a female airline worker in her late 50s who was diagnosed with COVID-19 infection. The patient, who was diagnosed and treated at Henry Ford Health System, presented with a three-day history of fever, cough, and altered mental status – a key feature of neurological disease.
“This is the first reported case of COVID-19-associated necrotizing hemorrhagic encephalopathy,” wrote study team leader Neo Poyiadji, M.D., a radiologist with Henry Ford. “As the number of patients with COVID-19 increases worldwide, clinicians and radiologists should be watching for this presentation among patients presenting with COVID-19 and altered mental status.”
In accordance with CDC recommendations, the patient was diagnosed with a nasopharyngeal swab and the real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay. Additional tests of cerebrospinal fluid showed no bacterial growth, and all tests for herpes simplex virus 1 and 2, varicella zoster virus, and West Nile virus were negative.
Non-contrast head CTs revealed symmetric hypoattenuation within the bilateral medial thalami with a normal CT angiogram and CT venogram. Brain MRI images showed hemorrhagic rim enhancing lesions with the bilateral thalami, medial temporal lobes, and subinsular regions.
The patient received intravenous immunoglobulin. Providers avoided administering high-dose steroids due to a concern over respiratory compromise.
Cytokine storm syndrome occurs when immune cells overproduce to fight off infection, potentially damaging organ or leading to death. ANE has been associated with cytokine storms, and the over-production of immune cells leads to a breakdown in the blood-brain barrier, but without direct viral invasion of parainfectious demyelination.
As more patients are diagnosed with COVID-19, the researchers wrote, it’s likely that more will also be diagnosed with ANE.
“Accumulating evidence suggest that a subgroup of patients with severe COVID-19 might have a cytokine storm syndrome,” they wrote. “The most characteristic imaging feature includes symmetric, multi-focal lesions with invariable thalamic involvement. Other commonly involved locations include the brain stem, cerebral white matter, and cerebellum.”
(CNN)Antibody tests used to determine if people have been infected in the past with Covid-19 might be wrong up to half the time, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in new guidance posted on its website.
Antibody tests, often called serologic tests, look for evidence of an immune response to infection. "Antibodies in some persons can be detected within the first week of illness onset," the CDC says.
"Serologic test results should not be used to make decisions about grouping persons residing in or being admitted to congregate settings, such as schools, dormitories, or correctional facilities," the CDC says.
"Serologic test results should not be used to make decisions about returning persons to the workplace."
Health officials or health care providers who are using antibody tests need to use the most accurate test they can find and might need to test people twice, the CDC said in the new guidance.
"In most of the country, including areas that have been heavily impacted, the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 antibody is expected to be low, ranging from less than 5% to 25%, so that testing at this point might result in relatively more false positive results and fewer false-negative results," the CDC said.
The higher the sensitivity, the fewer false negatives a test will give. The higher the specificity, the fewer false positives. Across populations, tests give more accurate results if the disease being tested for is common in the population. If an infection has only affected a small percentage of people being tested, even a very small margin of error in a test will be magnified.
If just 5% of the population being tested has the virus, a test with more than 90% accuracy can still miss half the cases.
It's a point that's been made frequently in recent weeks by public health experts, but the CDC spells out the problem in the new advice on antibody testing.
False positive, false confidence
A false positive will lead someone to believe they have been infected when in fact they have not been. There's little evidence now about whether having been infected gives people immunity to later infection, but doctors worry that people will behave as if they are immune if they get a positive antibody test.
"It cannot be assumed that individuals with truly positive antibody test results are protected from future infection," the CDC says in the updated guidelines. "Serologic testing should not be used to determine immune status in individuals until the presence, durability, and duration of immunity is established."
California Hospital Records More Suicides Than Coronavirus Deaths During Lockdown Published: May 25, 2020 Paul Joseph Watson “I have never seen so much intentional injury.” Doctors at a hospital in California say they have recorded more deaths from suicide than coronavirus, with a year’s worth of suicides and suicide attempts being recorded in a 4 week period.
“Doctors at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek say they have seen more deaths by suicide during this quarantine period than deaths from the COVID-19 virus,” reports ABC 7.
Dr. Mike deBoisblanc, the head of trauma at the hospital, said that he’d never seen suicide at this rate and that the numbers were “unprecedented.” He now says its time to fully end the lockdown.
“I think, originally, this (the shelter-in-place order) was put in place to flatten the curve and to make sure hospitals have the resources to take care of COVID patients. We have the current resources to do that and our other community health is suffering,” said Dr. deBoisblanc.
A veteran nurse who has been at the hospital for 33 years also sounded the alarm bell.
“What I have seen recently, I have never seen before,” said Kacey Hansen. “I have never seen so much intentional injury.”
However, the hospital itself gave a statement saying that it was still in full support of the Shelter-in-Place order.
The suicides emphasize the potential scale of the untold impact the lockdown has had on mental health as people are further atomized and ostracized from friends and family.
Leaves crunch underfoot as Spot marches through the park, back straight as a tabletop, stride brisk as a soldier’s.
A grassy field encircled by trees beckons. But Spot is focused on the asphalt path ahead, where a few joggers and bicyclists are out for some socially distanced sunshine.
A cyclist in a brimmed hat rides past. Spot pipes up, not with a bark, but with a recorded message.
“Let’s keep Singapore healthy,” comes a woman’s voice, polite but firm. “For your own safety, and for those around you, please stand at least one meter apart. Thank you.”
Spot, clearly, is no ordinary squirrel-chasing canine. It’s an agile, four-legged, arrestingly doglike robot that Singapore has deployed to help enforce distancing measures during the second month of a partial coronavirus lockdown.
The semiautonomous Spot, which can walk up to 3 mph over uneven terrain, detect obstacles with 360-degree vision and get up after it falls, captures the promise and terror of a mechanized future in which robots assist in human tasks — or replace them altogether. Its whirring joints and eerily precise prowl inspired an episode of the dystopian British TV series “Black Mirror,” which envisioned a breed of human-hunting robot dogs.
States that did not issue lockdown or stay-at-home orders in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, 2020
Seven states—Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming—did not issue orders directing residents to stay at home except for essential activities in March and April 2020 in response to the coronavirus pandemic. This is in contrast to the 43 other states, which issued orders at the state level directing residents to stay at home except for essential activities and closing businesses that each state deemed nonessential. Read more about those stay-at-home orders here.
Only one of the seven states that did not issue a stay-at-home order did not require any businesses to close: South Dakota. All seven states also closed schools to in-person instruction. President Donald Trump on Sunday hailed recent disclosures of information regarding government surveillance of the Trump campaign, saying that it has afforded him a chance to “break” the so-called “deep state.”
In an interview with journalist Sharyl Attkisson, Trump suggested that additional information is going to come out about the surveillance efforts.
“Other things are going to come out, too. And a lot of other things are going to come out, but you don’t even need other things,” he said.
“I would like to see it move much faster,” Trump added.
Trump went on to accuse the “deep state” of trying to derail his presidency through the investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government. (RELATED: After Denying Its Existence, Liberals Celebrate The Deep State)
“If it keeps going the way it’s going, I have a chance to break the deep state,” Trump said.
The new research is based on a phenomenon called magnetic resonance tuning that occurs between two nanoscale magnetic elements. One acts to enhance the signal, and the other quenches it. Previous studies have shown that quenching depends on the distance between the magnetic elements. This opens new possibilities for noninvasive and sensitive investigation of a variety of biological processes by MRI.
The UC Davis team created a probe that generates two magnetic resonance signals that suppress each other until they reach the target, at which point they both increase contrast between the tumor and surrounding tissue. They call this two-way magnetic resonance tuning, or TMRET.
Combined with specially developed imaging analysis software, the double signal enabled researchers to pick out brain tumors in a mouse model with greatly increased sensitivity.
“It’s a significant advance,” said senior author Yuanpei Li, associate professor of biochemistry and molecular medicine at the UC Davis School of Medicine and Comprehensive Cancer Center. “This could help detect very small early-stage tumors.”
Two magnetic components
The probe developed by the UC Davis team contains two components: nanoparticles of superparamagnetic iron oxide, or SPIO, and pheophorbide a–paramagnetic manganese, or P-Mn, packaged together in a lipid envelope. SPIO and P-Mn both give strong, separate signals on MRI, but as long as they are physically close together those signals tend to cancel each other out, or quench. When the particles enter tumor tissue, the fatty envelope breaks down, SPIO and P-Mn separate, and both signals appear.
Li’s laboratory focuses on the chemistry of MRI probes and developed a method to process the data and reconstruct images, which they call double-contrast enhanced subtraction imaging, or DESI. But for expertise in the physical mechanisms, they reached out to professors Kai Liu and Nicholas Curro at the UC Davis Department of Physics (Liu is now at Georgetown University). The physicists helped elucidate the mechanism of the TMRET method and refine the technique.
That’s right. Congress could reauthorize the draconian surveillance powers embedded in the Patriot Act for the Trump administration. Worse still, some Democrats have joined Republicans in this effort. They want to give invasive spying powers that endanger vulnerable communities — like people of color, trans folks, activists and journalists — to a president they just impeached for abuse of power.
“I’m a constituent, and I’m calling to say that reauthorizing the Patriot Act, and the invasive spying powers within it, is unacceptable. I need my elected officials to stand up for my privacy rights. Congress should not give President Trump even more power to spy on people like me.”
Treasonous policies have been put in place by the DOJ, FBI, law enforcement, Fusion Centers to legally permit covert use of radiation weapons and neuroweapons in Vendetta, Surveillance, non-consensual experimentation, electronic warfare field weapons testing on citizens.
