PHASE 2 BEGINNING FOR IBY JUNE 8 - MONDAY
|PHASE 2 PLAN CURRENTLY...|
|We started outdoor classes last week with one Paddleboard and then at the studio this week outside in the grassy area between IBY and Kibbles. Because of the heat - early mornings and evenings will definitely be preferable moving forward.|
Beginning Monday, June 8th, we will REOPEN our doors for classes in studio operating at 30% capacity with social distancing spacing between our mats.
Members/Students will have 4 options to practice yoga with us beginning Monday, June 8th based on their own comfort level.
In studio with the above requirements while also being recorded on ZOOM
Outdoor classes either am or late evening while also being recorded on ZOOM
Online Only Schedule through ZOOM
Option 4 for Members Only:
Members - On Demand with 170+ Recorded Classes
Masks required in the lobby and at front desk.
We will have hand sanitizer and disposable towels or towels used only once.
Contactless payment - must pay via credit card beforehand and pre-register through Mindbody.

Showers will reopen in the future, but not during Phase 2
We have been creating our schedule weekly to evolve and adjust with the environment. Next week's schedule will be announced soon with in studio, outdoor and online options available.

PRACTICE SERVICE WITH TRAIL WORK ON BRUSH MOUNTAIN
Eastern Trail Co. & volunteers from Poverty Creek Trails Coalition began construction on phase 1 of the trails on Brush Mountain Property 1.
How can you help:
1. Be respectful of the trail construction crews and avoid being on site
while construction happens.
2. Volunteer work days will be announced and on our event calendars soon. The work days will follow CDC and Virginia’s COVID-19 guidelines. Thanks for all the support on this project so far & we will see you on the trails soon!

I think I still have 8 In Balance class passes that I never had the chance to use or give away. I was wondering if there's anyway we could convert my remaining classes into credit towards a month of membership? And of course I am willing to pay the difference.
With my job and the time difference on the West Coast, it's a bit difficult for me to attend the live sessions ... so I wanted to get a membership to access the on demand classes. I totally understand if logistically it's too difficult to do this, just thought I would ask! Thanks so much!
I can't wait to follow along with some of my favorite classes, I
compare every studio I go to in California with In Balance and I miss
your studio so much. In Balance will always hold a special place in my
heart, I truly mean it when I say coming to your classes helped me
fall in love with yoga and really helped me get through some tough
