Property Sales Last Month
Sales in the Greater Pensacola and beach areas of condos and homes remain in record territory as seen in the monthly listing sales from the Pensacola MLS on the chart above. There were 770 residential sales in April 2020. This is down from the previous month and year-over-year sales. Last year there were 884 sales in April. Inventory of homes and condos remain low, and the average residential price this month is at $248,645 ...
Gov. DeSantis announced that Phase 2 of the state’s 3-step reopening plan goes into effect on June 5th. It doesn’t change real estate services that were already deemed essential, but it could give hope to some buyers and sellers who want to follow thru with their real estate plans during the pandemic.
