 Midland Real Estate Trends 
July 2020
As the Midland market begins to trend toward normal levels, our housing market continues to show promise of stability. The average home sales price for July was up 7.6% at $340,788, compared to last month's $316,710. A year to date average sales price of $335,719 is only off 2.9% from the same period last year ($345,829). Average time on the market remains an extremely healthy 45 days. The number of homes currently available for sale increased from June's 810 to 837 this month with a nice selection of homes available in the $250,000 - $300,000 price point, which has been historically under supplied for the past several years. Record low interest rates as well as a healthy inventory of homes for sale makes it an especially attractive market for both buyers and sellers.
