Dr. Chris Martenson is a futurist, economic researcher and holds a PhD in toxicology from Duke University. New statistics out by the CDC say the overwhelming majority of people have less than a .5% chance of dying from the CV19 virus. Martenson contends there was an overreaction to CV19, and real treatments have been ignored that could have saved lives.

 | Living wills dictate the type of medical treatment you wish to receive should you be incapacitated and unable to make decisions on your own. Without a living will in place, you leave gut wrenching decisions to your loved ones.
A living will eliminates uncertainty when emotions are naturally high and when family members may have conflicting wishes. While nobody likes to think about the end of their life, preparing now can provide peace of mind for you and your family.
Because laws vary from state to state, it is crucial this document is completed by an experienced attorney to comply with state law, protect and ensure that an individual’s healthcare wishes are carried out, and provide family and friends with clear and unambiguous directions in a medical emergency or end-of-life situation.
A Legal Plan is the Easy, Affordable Solution
Starting at just $24.95 per month, a Legal Plan from LegalShield gets you access to an entire law firm in your state.
It’s the simple, stress-free way to cross this critical item off your task list.
- Advice & Consultation: Have questions? A legal plan lets you speak to an experienced estate planning attorney about an unlimited number of legal issues. If they're not available at the time, your attorney will always call you back in 4 business hours or less.
- Last Will & Testament: Your attorney will collect information from you, draft a Last Will & Testament for you, and provide consultation about the document. Our attorneys are committed to preparing your Will in 5 business days or less.
- Power of Attorney: Your attorney can prepare a Power of Attorney and consult with you to ensure your family's health care wishes are protected.
- Living Will: Your attorney can create an advanced health care directive document for every covered member in your family.
- Annual Updates: Get an attorney to update your Will every year as your life changes, at no additional charge.

 | 1. Target Characteristics. Every target has distinct intrinsic or acquired characteristics that form the basis for target detection, location, identification, and classification for ongoing and future surveillance, analysis, engagement, and assessment. There are five categories of characteristics by which targets may be defined: physical, functional, cognitive, environmental, and temporal. The lists of example characteristics are not intended to be exhaustive, and some characteristics may belong in more than one category.
(1) Physical Characteristics. These are features that describe a target. They are discernable to the five senses or through sensor-derived signatures. Furthermore, they may shape or influence the selection of the type and number of weapons, the weapon systems, and the methods or tactics employed against the target.
(a) Location.
(b) Shape.
(c) Size or area covered.
(d) Appearance (outward form and features, including color).
(e) Number and nature of elements.
(f) Dispersion or concentration of elements that make up the target as a whole.
(g) Reflectivity (to heat, light, sound, radar energy, etc.).
(h) Structural composition.
(i) Degree of hardening.
(j) Electromagnetic (EM) radiation (e.g., radar and radio transmissions).
(k) Target’s mobility characteristics: fixed (unable to move); transportable (operate from fixed locations, but can be broken down and moved); mobile (operates on the move or with very limited setup time).
(2) Functional Characteristics. These are features that describe what the target does and how it does it. They describe the target’s function within a greater system, how the target or target system operates, its level of activity, the status of its functionality, and, in some cases, its importance to the enemy. Functional characteristics are difficult to discern, because they most often cannot be directly observed. Reaching plausible conclusions can often entail careful assessment of known facts. Functional characteristics include:
(a) Target normal or reported activity.
(b) Target status (state or condition at a given point in time [e.g., “operational,” “inoperative”]).
(c) Degree, proportion, or percentage of functionality (e.g., “function 50 percent degraded”).
(d) Materials the target requires to perform its function(s).
(e) Functional redundancy. (Can the target’s function be performed elsewhere or by a similar capability in an alternate target system?)
(f) Ability to reconstitute itself or its function.
(g) Self-defense capability.
(h) Importance within the enemy’s strategic structure (such as its role in the geopolitical system or its cultural importance).
(i) Necessary relationships (see the discussion of the systems perspective of the OE later in this section).
If the target is a person or group, what other people or groups are necessary to enable it to function?
What is the nature of the connectivity between this person or group and others?
(j) Target physical vulnerabilities. (Identification of potential aim points above ground, natural ventilation, exposure of critical infrastructure, dependence on above ground functions/facilities, etc.)

March 12, 2019 https://www.purdue.edu/newsroom/releases/2019/Q1/your-body-has-internet--and-now-it-cant-be-hacked.html
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Someone could hack into your pacemaker or insulin pump and potentially kill you, just by intercepting and analyzing wireless signals. This hasn't happened in real life yet, but researchers have been demonstrating for at least a decade that it's possible.
Before the first crime happens, Purdue University engineers have tightened security on the "internet of body." Now, the network you didn't know you had is only accessible by you and your devices, thanks to technology that keeps communication signals within the body itself.
The work appears in the journal Scientific Reports. Study authors include Shreyas Sen, an assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering at Purdue, and his students, Debayan Das, Shovan Maity and Baibhab Chatterjee.
"The challenge has not only been keeping this communication within the body so that no one can intercept it, but also getting higher bandwidth and less battery consumption," he said."We're connecting more and more devices to the human body network, from smart watches and fitness trackers to head-mounted virtual reality displays," said Sen, who specializes in sensing and communication systems.
Body fluids carry electrical signals very well. So far, so-called "body area networks" have used Bluetooth technology to send signals on and around the body. These electromagnetic waves can be picked up within at least a 10-meter radius of a person.
Sen's team has demonstrated a way for human body communication to occur more securely – not going beyond a centimeter off the skin and using 100 times less energy than traditional Bluetooth communication.
This is possible through a device that couples signals in the electro-quasistatic range, which is much lower on the electromagnetic spectrum. Sen's group is working with government and industry to incorporate this device into a dust-sized integrated circuit.
A YouTube video is available at https://youtu.be/NHqfT1vIe6E.
Through a prototype watch, a person can receive a signal from anywhere on the body, from the ears all the way down to the toes. The thickness of your skin or hair also doesn't really make a difference in how well you carry the signal, Sen says.
The technology has received multiple patents through the Purdue Research Foundation Office of Technology Commercialization.

ABSTRACT
Enabling covert body-area network using electro-quasistatic human body communication
Debayan Das, Shovan Maity, Baibhab Chatterjee, Shreyas Sen
Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA
doi: 10.1038/s41598-018-38303-x
Radiative communication using electro-magnetic (EM) fields amongst the wearable and implantable devices act as the backbone for information exchange around a human body, thereby enabling prime applications in the fields of connected healthcare, electroceuticals, neuroscience, augmented and virtual reality. However, owing to such radiative nature of the traditional wireless communication, eM signals propagate in all directions, inadvertently allowing an eavesdropper to intercept the information. In this context, the human body, primarily due to its high water content, has emerged as a medium for low-loss transmission, termed human body communication (HBC), enabling energy-efficient means for wearable communication. However, conventional HBC implementations suffer from significant radiation which also compromises security. In this article, we present Electro-Quasistatic Human Body Communication (eQs-HBC), a method for localizing signals within the body using low-frequency carrier-less (broadband) transmission, thereby making it extremely difficult for a nearby eavesdropper to intercept critical private data, thus producing a covert communication channel, i.e. the human body. This work, for the first time, demonstrates and analyzes the improvement in private space enabled by EQS-HBC. Detailed experiments, supported by theoretical modeling and analysis, reveal that the quasistatic (QS) leakage due to the on-body EQS-HBC transmitter-human body interface is detectable up to <0.15 m, whereas the human body alone leaks only up to ~0.01 m, compared to >5 m detection range for on-body eM wireless communication, highlighting the underlying advantage of eQs-HBC to enable covert communication.

An attorney has an obligation to the court, the government and to his client. If you are in court and your attorney is doing something you don't like, it doesn't matter. If you hire an attorney, you are a client. If you are a client, you are a ward of the court (a person of unsound mind) so if you hire an attorney you are what?.

Differently luminescent nanocrystals for in vitro cell imaging
|
Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) are among the most promising emerging fluorescent labels for cellular imaging. The stunning colors emitted by semiconductor QDs have attracted researchers to unconventional bioimaging over the conventional organic dyes. Quantum dots are interesting fluorescence probes for all types of labeling studies owing to their reduced tendency to photobleach. The optical properties of semiconductor quantum dots, particularly the wavelength of their fluorescence, depend strongly on their size. In short one can say a spectrum of colors can be emitted from a single material simply by changing the dot size. Fluorescent quantum dots (QDs) can be used for long-term and multicolor imaging of cellular and molecular interactions. For labeling specific cellular proteins, QDs must be conjugated to biomolecules that provide binding specificity without any damage to the properties of the molecules. Bioconjugation approaches vary with the surface properties of the hydrophilic QD used. In addition, NIR-emitting QDs can be used to avoid interference from the autofluorescence, since cell, hemoglobin and water have lower absorption coefficient and scattering effects in the NIR region (650 – 900 nm).
Our research team focuses on synthesis of diverse quantum dots of toxic free origin for deep tissue imaging applications. We have synthesized visible and NIR luminescent probes for application as in vivo diagnostic probes. In addition, multifunctional properties of such materials as drug delivery vehicle or/and as photothermal ablators are elaborately studied. We are also equally interested in bioconjugation/surface functionalization approaches for utilizing these probes for high selective and specific diagnostic behavior. In addition, we are also into synthesizing second NIR-window luminescent QD probes for imaging applications.
