In this workshop, Dmitri shares dozens of secrets, strategies, tips and tricks for not only surviving––but thriving––in the contemporary music business. Topics covered include: cultivating a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, booking successful tours, effective use of social media, publicity, acquiring fans and selling music online, creating a record label and publishing company, licensing compositions for use in films, video games and beyond, contract negotiation and much more.
This course will be conducted live via video conferencing. A computer or other device with a webcam and microphone and a reliable internet connection is required. Log-in information will be sent before the workshop. See you there!
