Super Supreme Neighborhood Watch Stalker

•This is the kind of stalker Targeted Individuals often see "following" them.
These stills are from a video taken late in the afternoon from across the street about 50 ft away. He's wearing a backpack and there is a transmitter in the box behind the rider. He is wearing some type of goggles, and there is a device projecting out behind him, maybe a rear-looking camera(?). This kind of gear is used to track people using implants, connecting the implants with the cellular communication system from a distance when they are outside their home or even in their home.
 •Left is a biker with the box on the back of his bike holding a phone
in an obvious position from previous trip to the same shopping center. Perhaps a second individual is not needed to connect a person when they have this gear.
•TI's are implanted and tracked like animals - illegal law enforcement
upon people who have not been accused of any crime. This is harassment or pre-crime.
•Implants/RFID chips can be queried and transmit data from as far as 300 ft.
The stalker on the bike was only one of 20 encountered within the hour
of a bike trip to go to the grocery store and back.
•The next unexpected individual seen on my side of the street at the same time, was sort of "hiding" behind a utility installation, sitting on his skate board, holding a phone towards me. He was only about 10 years old. He looked posed as if the event was planned.
•At the store, I found myself between these two characters (right) just standing around not shopping while I was in the vegetable section for about 10 minutes. Both took the time to stare at me.
 •I came around a corner and found this woman (left) standing perfectly still holding a phone out towards me. She acted as though she was in another world. Whether a stalker or not, a TI is going to hold a person standing like a statue in question.
•Then on the way out, coming around a corner, I was surprised to see no one else around except this old fxcker (right) sitting perfectly still, not shopping, just concentrating on his phone. Then I looked at him and he put his phone in his pocket and gave me a dirty look.
•On the way back, a police car stopped beside me and turned around to face me while another man on a bike with a backpack came towards me. There is rarely a time a TI goes out that they are not met with some emergency vehicle - ambulance, fire truck or cop car. Your reactions, heart rate are recorded and studied since you are connected to doctors, universities and law enforcement via the internet.
There is a psychological component to placing so many people obviously geared up to surveil, track, connect and cause pain while a person is innocently going about their own business.
It appears to be an effort to cause stress, anxiety, worry, depression about being pursued.
After many encounters like this every time a TI goes out,

In implant-to-implant communication, signals are transmitted from the implanted device to receiver electrodes also implanted inside the body. The implanted receiver can then be connected to equipment outside the body using a short wire or with wireless RF telemetry.
Wireless communication with implanted medical devices using the conductive properties of the body
John E Ferguson1 and A David RedishIn this article, several methods of intrabody communication are described and compared. In addition to reducing the complications that occur with current implantable medical devices, intrabody communication can enable novel types of miniature devices for research and clinical applications.
Implantable devices for physiological monitoring are used widely by clinicians and researchers to monitor health and to study normal and abnormal body functions. These devices can relay important signals (e.g., electrocardiogram, glucose level and blood pressure) from implanted sensors to external equipment to be analyzed or to guide treatment. Implantable devices can also be used to record neural signals in brain–machine interfaces to control prostheses [1] or paralyzed limbs [2].
Communication with implanted devices is usually accomplished with a wired connection or with wireless radiofrequency (RF) telemetry. However, wires can break, become infected or introduce noise in the recording through movement artifacts or by antenna effects. Complications with wires are frequently reported with deep brain stimulation devices [ 3] and with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators [ 4].
Wireless RF telemetry has been used in several implantable medical devices to avoid the complications of wired implants [ 5, 6]. However, wireless RF telemetry requires significant power and suffers from poor transmission through biological tissue. RF telemetry also needs a relatively large antenna, which limits how small the implantable devices can be and prevents implantation in organs such as the brain, heart and spinal cord without causing significant damage. Other methods of wireless communication have been investigated to communicate with implants, including optical [ 7] and ultrasound [ 8]. However, these methods also have low-efficiency transmission through the body and would be difficult to miniaturize.
Intrabody communication is a recently developed alternative method of wireless communication, which uses the conductive properties of the body to transmit signals. This article will explain the major developments and the theory of intrabody communication, describe challenges to putting the technology into practice, and discuss how intrabody communication can be used as the basis for a novel class of wireless implantable medical devices.

Preston Nichols, was born in Long Island, New York, in 1946. He received degrees in Parapsychology, Psychology, and Electrical Engineering.
After graduating, he went into Defense Electronics and wound up working at Brookhaven and AIL.
In 1968, Preston's involvement with Montauk began. He got involved with the tail end of stealth research at AIL. Preston was told that the research started right after the Philadelphia Experiment.
He actually read the final report of Project Rainbow - which we know as the Philadelphia Experiment. The report named the Cameron brothers as being the Navy liaison in the experiment.

Next, he got pulled into the mind sciences project at Montauk. They were working on interfacing a person's mind to the computer.
Preston worked with Al Bielek on the psychic aspects of the Montauk Chair and the Montauk Boys program. Preston trained the Montauk Boys to be "PSI Warriors".
The Montauk Chair used subtle quantum fields to read a person's thoughts. A psychic would lay in the chair, go into a trance, and a group of coils pick the emanations. A bank of radio receivers designed by Tesla would pick up and digitize the thought. Turning thought into computer code. The radar tower was used to turn thought into reality.
This chair was used for many purposes. One was to open up a vortex for time travel. Many Montauk boys were lost during the initial testing of the time vortex.

Abstract
This Invention contemplates a system and method to manufacture an active RFID integrated circuit as a system on a chip which is powered by enzymes located in mammalian bodies. According to this Invention the active integrated circuit system on a chip is manufactured of a glass capsule containing a porous membrane which allows the free flow of bodily fluids into and out of the capsule. The enzymes in the bodily fluids of mammals produce sufficient electrical charge to power an active RFID transponder. This electrical charge is harnessed through the auspices of a standard chemical process utilizing a nano anode and cathode manufactured as an integral part of the system on a chip integrated chip capsule. The capsule or casing is coated with bio friendly enzymes which promote the surrounding tissue to grow up to the glass casing or capsule and bond with it. This is for the purpose of securing the capsule in one position in the body. The result is an active RFID transponder mammalian implant which can be interrogated from distances greater than those available with passive transponders. The negative fluidic and tissue influence of the mammalian body on electro magnetic signals is obviated by low frequency interrogation. The antenna of the system on a chip bodily implant is tuned to a specific frequency so that specific bodily fluids or tissue at the position of the body where the implant is positioned will not cause detuning of the antenna.

Quantum Teleportation Was Just Achieved With 90% Accuracy Over a 44km Distance
Scientists are edging closer to making a super-secure, super-fast quantum internet possible: they've now been able to 'teleport' high-fidelity quantum information over a total distance of 44 kilometres (27 miles).
Quantum entanglement and data teleportation is a complex science, and not even the experts fully understand how it might ultimately be used in a quantum network. Each proof of concept like this that we get puts us a little closer to making such a network happen though.
As well as promising huge boosts in speed and computational power, a quantum internet would be ultra-secure – any hacking attempt would be as good as destroying the lock being picked. For now at least, scientists think quantum internet networks will act as specialist extensions to the classical internet, rather than a complete replacement.
