Become A Virtual Ambassador - Dine IN For Life!
Dining Out For Life looks a little different this year... Dine IN For Life on Thursday, April 29!
Like last year, WNCAP is not asking our Participating Restaurants for donations in 2021. Instead, in collaboration with Asheville Independent Restaurants (AIR), Dine IN For Life is a chance to promote and celebrate the restaurants that have given back to our community for decades.
WNCAP staff Michael Harney and Myca promote Corner Kitchen, one of 100 Dine IN For Life Participating Restaurants.
Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Dine IN For Life will not feature in-person Ambassadors. But you can still give back to WNCAP and support your favorite Participating Restaurant from the safety and comfort of your own home. How? Volunteer as a Virtual Ambassador!
Being a Virtual Ambassador is an easy and fun way to support your local community during this unprecedented time. Simply encourage your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues to donate to WNCAP and patronize your assigned Participating Restaurant on Thursday, April 29.
Virtual Ambassadors Maggie and Michael (and doggie Ambassador Gibbes) enjoy lifesaving takeout from Pack's Tavern.
Being a Virtual Ambassador is easy as 1, 2, 3!
  1. Use your favorite means of communication - telephone, email, text message, Facebook - to encourage everyone in your network to dine with your assigned Participating Restaurant - and make a contribution to WNCAP - on Thursday, April 29.

  2. Remind everyone in your community that there are many ways to support your restaurant - takeout, dine-in, delivery, and gift cards are all great options!

  3. Encourage your social circles to join the Dine IN For Life Grand Prize Drawing. Anyone who donates at wncap.org will be automatically entered into our Prize Drawing. You can also enter the Drawing by posting a selfie with your lifesaving takeout and tagging @wncap.
We have a sweet tooth for community service... and Baked Pie Company!
Okay, I'm in! What now?

We'll stay in touch with updates, sample posts and graphics, and even a Prize Drawing just for Virtual Ambassadors!
Thank you so much for supporting HIV prevention, care, and harm reduction - and Bon App├ętit!
