There is no gap. There is a wide-open non-accountable expanse. Consider everything that happens to a TI. This program is a professional, perfectly planned buzzing cosmos of paid criminals who have been given the authority to act above the law, to secretly poison, torture, maim and kill without interference or remonstrance by the authority of world governments. In fact, the criminals are given Mason-like ceremonies where they are elevated and extolled for their good citizenship. They are given plaques for their walls certifying their distinguished membership. They receive parties, money and gifts. This is government at the city, county and state level. The authorities are the program. Police, firemen and medics operate directed energy weapons and stalk their TI victims, so how can a disenfranchised single tortured targeted individual hold all of that accountable?

We are developing nano-devices using meta-materials that can non-invasively and remotely monitor and modulate our biological system. The requirements of the system are: 1) they should be as small as possible such that the volume displacement of tissue due to the placement of the device is minimal, and 2) they should be untethered/wireless such that they can be remotely controlled. Such a device will sense the biological environment and send the information to a system outside the body in real time. Legislators in Maine could vote as early as next week on the first bill in the country seeking to shut down a fusion center: the intelligence-sharing partnerships between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as private sector groups, that proliferated following the post-9/11 establishment of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The draft legislation aims to pull funding for the Maine Information and Analysis Center, known as MIAC, which has an $800,000 annual budget. The bill is one of several seeking to reduce the scope of policing in Maine and comes amid nationwide efforts to reduce funding for law enforcement, mostly at the local level.
The proposal also follows a whistleblower lawsuit by a veteran Maine state trooper who accused the MIAC of illegally surveilling racial justice protesters, environmental activists, and counselors at an Israel-Palestine peacebuilding camp, as well as maintaining an unlawful database of gun owners. Mainers’ interest in the fusion center further grew last summer, after the transparency collective Distributed Denial of Secrets published a huge trove of documents hacked from 251 police websites, including the MIAC’s. The documents, known as BlueLeaks, offered an unprecedented look into the work of fusion centers, which have remained largely shielded from public scrutiny despite costing taxpayers more than $336 million in 2018 alone, even after a series of reports denounced their wastefulness and abuses over the years.

The Biden administration may soon recruit an army of private snoops to conduct surveillance that would be illegal if done by federal agents. As part of its war on extremism, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) may exploit a “legal work-around” to spy on and potentially entrap Americans who are “perpetuating the ‘narratives’ of concern,” CNN reported last week. But federal informant programs routinely degenerate into “dollars for collars” schemes that reward scoundrels for fabricating crimes that destroy the lives of innocent Americans. The DHS plan would “allow the department to circumvent [constitutional and legal] limits” on surveillance of private citizens and groups. Federal agencies are prohibited from targeting individuals solely for First Amendment-protected speech and activities. But federal hirelings would be under no such restraint. Private informants could create false identities that would be problematic if done by federal agents. DHS will be ramping up a war against an enemy which the feds have never clearly or competently defined. According to a March report by Biden’s office of the Director of National Intelligence, “domestic violent extremists” include individuals who “take overt steps to violently resist or facilitate the overthrow of the U.S. government in support of their belief that the U.S. government is purposely exceeding its Constitutional authority.” Perhaps like setting up a private informant scheme to evade constitutional restrictions on warrantless surveillance?
DHS officials have apparently decided that certain groups of people are guilty regardless of what they say (“couching their language”). The targets are likely to be simply people with a bad attitude towards Washington. That will include gun owners who distrust politicians who vow to seize guns.
Knowing what an organization can or cannot do with respect to Covid-19 vaccines can help them keep their employees, students, and members safe and also save the them from costly and time-consuming litigation.
Much remains unknown about the safety and efficacy of the vaccine
Even though the FDA granted emergency use authorizations for the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines in December 2020, the clinical trials the FDA will rely upon to ultimately decide whether to license these vaccines are still underway and are designed to last for approximately twoyears to collect adequate data to establish if these vaccines are safe and effective enough for the FDA to license. The abbreviated timelines for the emergency use applications and authorizations means there is much the FDAdoesnotknow about these products even as it authorizes them for emergency use, including their effectiveness against asymptomatic infection, death, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the disease. Given the uncertainty about the two vaccines, their EUAs are explicit that each is “an investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication” and require that all “promotional material relating to the Covid-19 Vaccine clearly and conspicuously … state that this product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA” (emphasis added).
EUAs are clear: Getting these vaccines is voluntary
The same section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that authorizes the FDA to grant emergency use authorization also requires the secretary of Health and Human Services to “ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed … of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” Likewise, the FDA’s guidance on emergency use authorization of medical products requires the FDA to “ensure that recipients are informed to the extent practicable given the applicable circumstances … That they have the option to accept or refuse the EUA product …” In the same vein, when Dr. Amanda Cohn, the executive secretary of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, was asked if Covid-19 vaccination can be required, she responded that under an ETA, “vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory. So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandatory.” Cohn later affirmed that this prohibition on requiring the vaccines applies to organizations, including hospitals. The EUAs for both the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines require facts sheets to be given to vaccination providers and recipients. These fact sheets make clear that getting the vaccine is optional. For example, the one for recipients states that, “It is your choice to receive or not receive the Covid-19 Vaccine,” and if “you decide to not receive it, it will not change your standard of medical care.”
What this means in practice
This means that an organization will likely be at odds with federal law if it requires its employees, students or other members to get a Covid-19 vaccine that is being distributed under emergency use authorization. State law often prohibits retaliating against an employee for refusing to participate in a violation of federal law. Organizations that require Covid-19 vaccination in violation of federal law may face lawsuits under these state laws not only to block the policy but also for damages and attorneys’ fees. Such potentially costly lawsuits can be avoided by refraining from adopting policies that require vaccination or penalize members for choosing not to be vaccinated.

A new brain-computer interface (BCI) can turn 'mental handwriting' – the act of imagining yourself writing on a piece of paper – into text on a screen in real time.
The breakthrough system, developed by US researchers, uses a computer to decode attempted handwriting movements from signals in the brain.
The signals are detected by tiny square electrode arrays roughly the size of a baby aspirin pill, which have been inserted into the brain.
Researchers say the system could allow people with paralysis who don't have use of their hands or fingers to rapidly type messages.
In a clinical trial, a paralysed man used the BCI to write text on a computer screen just by thinking about the movements involved in handwriting.
The man was able to copy sentences and answer questions at a rate similar to that of someone his age typing on a smartphone.

FBI Conducted Warrantless Surveillance on American Citizens, Report Shows

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has continued to conduct warrantless surveillance under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and commit “widespread violations of the querying standard,” such as searching for private information on American citizens, according to a recently declassified report. In November 2020, the 67-page ruling was issued by James Boasberg, the presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, but was not authorized for public release until recently by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
Despite highlighting numerous shortcomings and areas of concern, Boasberg authorized the program for another year. Originally created in the early 2000s, the program allowed American tech companies to assist the National Security Agency (NSA) in intercepting communications of foreign targets, which sometimes involved U.S. citizens.
In a review of “40 queries that had been conducted in support of predicated criminal investigations relating to healthcare fraud, transnational organized crime, violent gangs, domestic terrorism involving racially motivated violent extremists, as well as investigations relating to public corruption and bribery [redacted],” Boasberg said that “none of these queries was related to national security.”
Some of the FBI’s data searches involved the personal information of people who wanted to participate in an FBI-run citizens academy, repairmen who needed to enter the FBI field office, and people who entered the field office to report a crime. The agency also made queries on citizens for crimes completely unrelated to foreign intelligence and without permission from the courts.

When you think of "mind control," what do you think of?
Conspiracy theorists in tinfoil hats trying to keep the aliens from beaming messages into their heads? Evil scientists using spinning pinwheels and special potions to brainwash their hapless victims into doing their bidding? Sci-fi stories about remote-controlled people?
Yes, the idea of mind control has effectively been usurped by the social engineers so it is largely seen as the stuff of fantasy. Whether that fantasy takes the form of a fun, silly, science fiction story or it becomes the deranged rantings of a marginalized conspiracy loony makes little difference; as long as the general population understands it's a "kooky" subject, most people will instinctively know to avoid it.
But guess what? Mind control is not the stuff of fantasy. It is a mundane reality that is increasingly finding its way into science journals, declassified documents and even the daily newspaper.
Case in point:
This will not be surprising at all to those who remember my previous reporting on the coming brain chip, where I discussed the DARPA-led “BRAIN Initiative” and pointed out exactly how this creepy mind control technology was going to be sold to the public; namely, by highlighting the potential benefits of such devices for quadriplegics and other disabled individuals.
From neural dust and neural lace to mind-reading devices and brainchips, the next wave of devices for controlling the public at the neurological level is already being developed. What's more, the propaganda campaign to sell this high-tech horror to the public is already being rolled out. In fact, within the next five years we are going to see the introduction of increasingly invasive "hearable" and "wearable" technology as a way of preparing the public to accept the brain chip.

Help The Hudson Family Relocate For Their Medical Needs
Teresa Hudson’s family of three needs immediate and urgent financial help to get back home to Tennessee after dedicating three years of their lives to taking care of her parents and elderly aunt in California. Teresa’s husband, Mark (most commonly known as Doug), is disabled and his health has taken a turn for the worst while living in California, due to horrible medical coverage and the effects of living in a tiny travel trailer. This has greatly compounded the financial and physical stressors in their lives. Teresa’s parents initially offered the trailer as temporary housing while Teresa took care of them until an apartment or home surfaced. In the three years they have been living in the tiny travel trailer, there have been no apartments or homes available for the Hudson family and the resources available to them are slowly being drained as they struggle to find a way back home now that they aren’t needed in California anymore. The Hudson Family is struggling to make ends meet as they are living solely on Mark’s disability check as Teresa is his full-time caretaker. She is, therefore, unable to seek employment to contribute to their financial needs since she learned from the Social Security Administration they deduct one dollar from his disability check for every three dollars she makes. Using the Social Security Administration’s income formula, they only calculated twenty-something dollars ahead each month, which would not really help financially and put more stress on the family as a whole. At this point, Mark is not eligible to withdraw from his retirement to improve their daily comfort without being penalized, so Teresa cannot return to the workforce until that time comes.
