"Due to their unique physicochemical properties, graphene-family nanomaterials (GFNs) are widely used in many fields, especially in biomedical applications. Currently, many studies have investigated the biocompatibility and toxicity of GFNs in vivo and in intro. Generally, GFNs may exert different degrees of toxicity in animals or cell models by following with different administration routes and penetrating through physiological barriers, subsequently being distributed in tissues or located in cells, eventually being excreted out of the bodies."
GFNs can induce acute and chronic injuries in tissues by penetrating through the blood-air barrier, blood-testis barrier, blood-brain barrier, and blood-placenta barrier etc. and accumulating in the lung, liver, and spleen etc. For example, some graphene nanomaterials aerosols can be inhaled and substantial deposition in the respiratory tract, and they can easily penetrate through the tracheobronchial airways and then transit down to the lower lung airways, resulting in the subsequent formation of granulomas, lung fibrosis and adverse health effects to exposed persons [2, 29].

Uptake and location of GFNs in cells
The uptake and location of GFNs have also been observed to exert different effects in different cell lines. Graphene is taken up into cells via various routes [82, 83]. Basically, the physicochemical parameters such as the size, shape, coating, charge, hydrodynamic diameter, isoelectric point, and pH gradient are important to allow GO to pass through the cell membrane [84]. As stated previously, nanoparticles with diameters <100 nm can enter cells, and those with diameters <40 nm can enter the nucleus [85]. For example, GQDs possibly penetrate cell membranes directly, rather than through energy-dependent pathways [86, 87]. Larger protein-coated graphene oxide nanoparticles (PCGO) (~1 μm) enter cells mainly through phagocytosis, and smaller PCGO nanoparticles (~500 nm) enter cells primarily through clathrin-mediated endocytosis [88]. GO sheets could adhere and wrap around the cell membrane, insert in the lipid bilayer or be internalized into the cell as a consequence of interactions with cells [89].
Graphene and graphene oxide as nanomaterials for medicine and biology application
Graphene and graphene derivatives (e.g., graphene oxide (GO)) have been incorporated into hydrogels to improve the properties (e.g., mechanical strength) of conventional hydrogels and/or develop new functions (e.g., electrical conductivity and drug loading/delivery). Unique molecular interactions between graphene derivatives and various small or macromolecules enable the fabrication of various functional hydrogels appropriate for different biomedical applications. In this mini-review, we highlight the recent progress in GO-incorporated hydrogels for biomedical applications while focusing on their specific uses as mechanically strong materials, electrically conductive scaffolds/electrodes, and high-performance drug delivery vehicles.
Electrical Property of Graphene and Its Application to Electrochemical Biosensing
Particularly, owing to the high surface area, excellent electrical conductivity, and capability to adsorb a variety of biomolecules, graphene has been considered as an ideal transducing materialfor constructing electrochemical biosensors [6,7]. It is well defined that the efficient electrochemical reaction takes place at the close distance between the electrode surface and the electroactive (reduction/oxidation, redox) site of a molecule. In detail, the electron transfer rate is inversely proportional to the exponential distance between the electrode surface and the electroactive redox site of the molecule [8,9]. Since the electron transfer between graphene and redox active molecule typically take place at either edge of the graphene layer or defects in the basal plane, the high surface area of 2D structure helps graphene to work as an excellent conducting material for electrical chargeand heterogeneous electron transfer [10,11].

A neuron or nerve cell is an electrically excitable cell that communicates with other cells via specialized connections called synapses. It is the main component of nervous tissue in all animals except sponges and placozoa.
The scientific community has witnessed an exponential increase in the applications of graphene and graphene-based materials in a wide range of fields, from engineering to electronics to biotechnologies and biomedical applications. For what concerns neuroscience, the interest raised by these materials is two-fold. On one side, nanosheets made of graphene or graphene derivatives (graphene oxide, or its reduced form) can be used as carriers for drug delivery. Here, an important aspect is to evaluate their toxicity, which strongly depends on flake composition, chemical functionalization and dimensions.
On the other side, graphene can be exploited as a substrate for tissue engineering. In this case, conductivity is probably the most relevant amongst the various properties of the different graphene materials, as it may allow to instruct and interrogate neural networks, as well as to drive neural growth and differentiation, which holds a great potential in regenerative medicine.
In this review, we try to give a comprehensive view of the accomplishments and new challenges of the field, as well as which in our view are the most exciting directions to take in the immediate future. These include the need to engineer multifunctional nanoparticles (NPs) able to cross the blood-brain-barrier to reach neural cells, and to achieve on-demand delivery of specific drugs. We describe the state-of-the-art in the use of graphene materials to engineer three-dimensional scaffolds to drive neuronal growth and regeneration in vivo, and the possibility of using graphene as a component of hybrid composites/multi-layer organic electronics devices.
Last but not least, we address the need of an accurate theoretical modeling of the interface between graphene and biological material, by modeling the interaction of graphene with proteins and cell membranes at the nanoscale, and describing the physical mechanism(s) of charge transfer by which the various graphene materials can influence the excitability and physiology of neural cells.

Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law.
First, federal law prohibits any mandate of the Covid-19 vaccines as unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization-only vaccines. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that everyone give employees the “option to accept or refuse administration” of the Covid-19 vaccine. This right to refuse emergency, experimental vaccines, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/). As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must “be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision” for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is. The Nuremberg Code prohibited even the military from requiring such experimental vaccines. (Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (D.D.C. 2003).
Secondly, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).)
Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery.

I am still bothered at times by voice-to-skull. I have found however that after putting up the window film from safelivingtechnologies.com that when i am hearing the voice-to-skull and i pick up a 400 pound magnet that suddenly there is great silence. the voice to skull is still slight but the background (it seems) which is almost like white noise) goes suddenly dead. i have also found the 5G products form Rayguard, based in Switzerland, help suppress the voice-to-skull when it gets active. And when that won't stop, adding the magnet while in a room with the film helps a lot. It is as though the magnetic field of the magnet has a direct impact on the voice-to-skull.
I have found the magnets also help suppress the images that I get sometimes when preparing to go to sleep. Those have become more short versions, like quick images. I can actually feel almost pain when the directed energy is shot at me with an image to the eyes. Even just covering my eyes with my arm can stop the images. Also, a strobe light.

Hi All,
As of today I am at a shelter in Buena Park, Orange County. The shelter is a year old and they allow dogs. So I have mine next to my bed. FYI to anyone searching for a shelter in Orange County, there are only two that allow pets: Fullerton and Buena Park. Both are new, approximately one year old.
There are cameras everywhere, though, and I do feel heavy EMF at times around my head. Many of the other residents are gaslighting me. 🙄
I want to share something wonderful that happened though. While completing paperwork for admission to the shelter, I disclosed to the intake officer that I am a victim of gangsalking, harassment, and other related crimes. She said she is aware of these crimes. She recorded me as a victim of HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
I didn't mention this term. She checked this box on the intake form. She understood what these crimes involve. She happens to be about about 30 years old.
This is the first time an agency has recognized me as victim of human trafficking.
