I created the guide to assist in making the transition from learning how to improve your health, fitness, and performance to actually doing the things necessary to accomplish your goals. I read the following quote a few years ago and it has stuck with me every since,

I truly believe the more education we seek in regards to the goals we would like to accomplish the more likely our success in achieving them. However, we must ACT on what we learn. If we do not get off our backsides and take action then all that education was for nothing.
