I hope you and your families are well and have weathered the last two years successfully. It has been quite a ride with COVID and recovering from my leg injury. Online classes are working out well - very small for me, but with students from across the US and sometimes Canada. If you want to get out of the house or do not have adequate Wi-fi, sign up through the Parks and Rec. They will work out a space, bring your computer or phone, use their Wi-fi and I will be on Zoom.
FITT ForEver now is Pilates, standing work, floor work, stretching and yoga - no aerobics. So you do not need a wood floor - any floor will do. We use light hand weigths, small ball, a strap and a mat. If you have questions, please contact me - I would love to see some of you back at class.
Would you like to now reconnect with your body? Be able to get back to walking in the park, exercise class, traveling? The Feldenkrais Method® classes can help you get back into an active vibrant life style. If you have never tried a Feldenkrais Methodt® Awareness through Movementt® class, this is a perfect time. Get on your mat or on your bed, put your camera so that I can see you and join in. A perfect way to de-stress, relax and move.
Be sure and join my colleague, Karen Shavin, got Yoga Nidra on Sunday April 4th at 4pm. Proceeds to benefit Ukraine. Information below.
