Be so busy loving what you do in the moment, that fear of the future and regret from the past get bored with you.

Wild Abandon Sampler Zoom Workshop
|
Dear ,
I want to invite you to a free Zoom experience this Thursday.of creativity especially if you're stuck, unmotivated, and a little bit cranky,
If you're wondering what happens at my in-person Omega Institute, Greece, (almost full) Taos Wild Abandon retreats , well, honestly it's hard to represent in a Zoom workshop the three dimensional, synergistic, spontaneous, somersaulting fun, hijinks, and creative expression, the life-changing poignancy, and the sharing of laughter while eating delicious meals with decadent desserts -- but I can share a little morsel of my unconventional style which might unleash some of your creativity as you sit in the comfort of your recliner with a cup of tea.
It could help you decide that investing in your creativity with a travel retreat is worth it. Or not. I'll also be sharing a bit about the Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching Certification Training coming up in August.
Join me, Thursday, June 16 noon pacific/ 1 mountain/ 2 central/ 3 eastern - it will be recorded and available for a week. Sign-up here
If you've been to my training or retreats, please come, I'd love to see you. Send me questions about blocks, the programs, or whatever.
All levels from intimidated beginner with a nervous twitch to confident pro, sporting a tie-dyed bandana and a nose ring.

A Podcast and Two Prompts
|
This is a replay from last year, called Door to the Castle, but I have to admit I laugh everytime I hear and thought you might need a laugh.
Writing Prompt:
Make up a quote and claim it as your own. You have permission to make it silly, mundane, poetic, profound or strange (or all of the above). Simply go for feeling empowered to quote yourself.
Art Prompt:

Be kind to yourself.
Take Care.
