My lovely friend, Portia La Touche, has opened her beautiful Tuscan Villa home in the Rancho Santa Fe region of San Diego for a Wild Abandon workshop. Please join me.
Let’s get into that playful state that makes art possible. Using fleeting multimedia projections, poetry, music, the silly and absurd, you will be tricked into effortlessly colliding with your true creative voice without overthinking or scaring it away. Any perfectionistic tendencies, comparison to others, hesitancy, and/or immobilizing self-judgment will be terribly confused and ask to be excused.
This workshop will also focus on mindfulness techniques to make creativity easier. For intimidated beginners to seasoned pros wanting to explore a fun and freeing approach.
Deets of the Day:
10- 12:30 We will make art in a beautiful setting
12:30 -1:30 Have a delicious lunch of salad, soup, biscuits, and dessert
1:30 - 4 Make more art
4 - 5 Optional wine (or sparkling water) and cheese reception

 Jill Badonsky is a creative mindfulness teacher who has recently taught at Omega Institute of Holistic Sciences, The Athenaeum, and Sketchkon. She is the author of three books on creativity, a prolific artist, performance poet, and creator/teacher of the Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching Certification program. She is a certified yoga teacher with 30 years experience teaching yoga.
