DONATIONS ALL LEVELS FLOW FOR THEA VINCENTI WITH BRITTANY
|
Sunday, 1/1/2022, at 10 AM
From Thea: Last Saturday, I had a significant fall, broke three lumbar vertebrae, and suffered a concussion. My healing journey will hopefully be less than 12 weeks. The primary issue is that I have no health insurance and cannot earn my living through massage and yoga. So I am asking for my community's support to get me through this recovery time gracefully. This money will help me pay my house bills and hospital costs and get me to my healed place. All help will be greatly appreciated.

|
Sunday, February 5th, at 2 PM
90-minute workshop for yogis to better understand, approach, and release their feelings Emotions are a vital and irreplaceable aspect of our natural intelligence. Yet, they are energy, and energy seeks motion and release. Yoga can be a great antidote to repressed, pent-up and stagnant feelings. This workshop teaches the basic language of emotions. It shows participants how to recognize different types of emotions, some asanas to constructively approach and release them, and overcome thestrong hold that difficult emotions have over us. It will highlight the benefits of yoga poses to different types of emotions. There will be asanas, pranayama, teachings and time for sharing experiences. Rick Tan has completed a 200 RYT certification with Satsang Yoga in 2017. He teaches a month-long course on “Emotional Literacy, Fluency, and Intelligence” at the VA Governor’s School for the Humanities at Radford University.
