Two Big Pottery Shipments!
We're busy unpacking two huge pottery orders - including some beauties from Pottery Market! Our pottery shed is filling up with new indoor pottery, and the pallets outside are full of showy pots in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors.
Great pots set everything off beautifully - in your entryway, on your deck, sprinkled throughout your indoor plants, or as a special focal point in your garden. That pop of color and style kicks everything up a notch.

Pottery Market's line of outdoor pots are frost resistant, and staff reports that their pots at home have held up wonderfully!
Don't forget your pot feet. They increase air flow, water drainage, and help protect the pot and the deck floor.
Plus, we still have lots of pallets of pottery to unpack!
Culinary Herbs
Grow your own culinary herbs! Instead of running to the grocery store while you are cooking dinner - step out into your yard to harvest your own homegrown herbs. Did you know that along with being delicious, herbs are packed with anti-oxidants? Herbs can take your meals from a so-so 5 to a scrumptious 10 on the yumminess scale.
Shop for rosemary, lavender, spearmint, peppermint, English thyme, parsley, and Italian oregano - and more on the way!

In Weaverville, we're expecting lows around 20 degrees on Friday with wind gusts up to 35 mph in the afternoon. On Saturday, a low of 27 degrees is predicted. It will be slightly warmer in Asheville, but still in the 20's.
If you have plants with tender new growth, you will want to protect them - whether that is vegetables or ornamentals. We've already seen some forsythia flowering and it is a great idea to give your Bigleaf hydrangeas (Hydrangea macrophylla) a little extra bud protection too. We have floating row cover in stock. You can also use sheets or light blankets, but don't use plastic coverings as they can burn the plant.
