Did you know that when you heal yourself, you are also healing your family line?
The work that we do in healing ourselves has deep ripple effects, way beyond our awareness and the present day. Any healing work we do for ourselves, our Ancestors are present in one way or another. For whatever we may be dealing with, they have too and they are very invested in our success as we are their legacies and the ones they hoped and prayed for. When we can invite them in and work with them consciously, as well as the inherited beliefs and pain that need resolution and release, the healing effect is beyond measure.
In this special circle, we will focus on the links between ourselves and our lineage, and how that is affecting our daily lives as well as our coping mechanisms—how we care for and support ourselves and our relationships to love, money, and security and more. You do not need to know your genealogy or even have an active relationship with your family to do this work. When we make the space, our guides will come. And it is often easier to hear and feel them in an energetic container such as this one.
We will call in and connect with our Ancestors to assist us in this work with a sacred drum journey. We will then use the ancient Pranayama Breath technique to shake up stagnant energy and release it up and out of the body to free ourselves and our Ancestors. This process not only creates space to magnetize our desires, it facilitates the healing and release of old traumas, old stories, anxieties, fears, and lower vibrational energies. This is a life-changing practice that will transform energetic patterns that are not in your highest good, or are preventing you from carrying out your soul's mission and life's purpose.

 Jordan Deer Heart Ix Mazatl Ol-Si is the healer and medicine maker of Deer Heart Apothecary, based on Lenape land in Brooklyn, NY. As an initiated medicine woman, Jordan creates plant and stone medicine to heal on multidimensional levels. Her work draws upon her Yaqui, Toltec and Puerto Rican heritage and connection with the natural world. She is also a Reiki Master, a 13th Octave LaHoChi Master, and also practices Pranayama Breathwork, Shamanic journeywork and limpiezas, and Tarot as tools for soul transformation. Jordan is also a founding member of the MINKA Mystery School and has taught courses and facilitated healing work for humans all over the world for nearly a decade.
