| As a participant of previous La Limpia program you have learnt how to cleanse the energy field of person and remove negative or stagnant energies that are lingering around the client. But sometimes that is not enough. Sometimes the negative energy is bigger, stronger and has a consciousness of its own. It literally “possesses” the client. The confrontation of such an evil spirit requires some further add on work to the regular La Limpia Protocol.  | Preserving Ancestral Wisdom starts with Us as a Community.
Don Basilio Payaguaje, his family and community, myself, and close friends who have journeyed to their territory on the Aguarico River in the Ecuadorian Amazon for many years are now working together to raise the funds to build a new traditional Sieko’pai Yajé house. This sacred space will be used for traditional plant medicine and other ceremonies and will help preserve them, as well as the knowledge and wisdom embodied in these unique gathering place structures.
Our goal is to raise $11K. This will allow us to:
- Preserve ancient architectural knowledge and sacred techniques.
- Provide a traditional gathering place for the community.
- Support a newly created sustainable economy rooted in traditional wisdom.
- Support all those involved in this critical work.

 | Good News: Arley is the winner of the Explorer's Club 50 Class Award for 2025!
It is a tremendous honor to be selected from hundreds of world-changer applicants worldwide who tirelessly work to make the world a better place for all its inhabitants.
Arley Payaguaje is only 24. So far, he has researched, seeded, planted, cultivated, and distributed over 10,000 Amazonian fruit-bearing trees to his Siekopai community around the Aguarico River territory. All grown on the fertile land surrounding his family's modest stilts wooden house. Encouraged, he plans on seeding and planting 15,000 more while researching ways to improve harvest production and even bring back native trees and heirloom seeds from other communities and Peru, their ancestral land.
