Since 2021, KidCycle Club (KCC) has served Western North Carolina as a premier instructional program for families with young children who are excited to learn the basics of riding a bike. At the Adventure Center of Asheville, we share that passion to get parents and youth outdoors and to enjoy sports such as cycling.
If you are or are not yet familiar with Kolo Bike Park, at our main Adventure Center location just 5 miles from downtown Asheville, we offer a mountain bike “sampler” park with trails, pump tracks, skills areas, and a dirt jump zone. Currently being renovated is “Littleville” which was created for ages 3-7. Kolo is a “build your skills” park. Part of our mission has always been to teach and coach riders. We currently offer 2025 Kolo Summer Day Camps for ages 6-15 who can already ride but want to develop their skills. We are the only bike camps in the area accredited by The American Camp Association.
This year, we are very excited to integrate the KidCycle Club program into our Kolo Bike Park youth programs to offer all rider levels teaching programs. We are humbled that the KCC team and its creator have welcomed our planned path forward and are honored to be its home. We are incorporating KidCycle Club into Kolo by adding bikes, updating our facilities, adding more programs to our schedule, and integrating KCC teaching methods into our overall program.
We are planning numerous KidCycle Club at Kolo events that will be “learn to ride” and “intro to mountain biking” programs. What you can expect from all our programs is quality instruction, strong safety standards, and a family-friendly riding facility for all ages & skill levels. We hope you will join us. We look forward to meeting you and making new friends or seeing many of our long-term riders who already support Kolo and ACA.

|  Zoe has worked at the Adventure Center of Asheville since 2021 at our Asheville Treetops Adventure Park, Asheville Zipline Tours, Team Building Programs, Welcome Center and for the last 2 years as the Kolo Bike Park Kiddie Camp Director. So this year we are excited that she is our new Youth Programs Director which includes our Camps and Youth Programs all year long!

|  Will is our newest team member at the Adventure Center of Asheville and already has been “digging” in to get Kolo Bike Park ready for an awesome Spring season. Renovating our pump tracks, Littleville, our trails and skills area are on the top of his list and in progress.
