April 5, 2025. Postmark deadline for all school checks. Registration fees may also be paid online by credit card when registering.
April 6, 2025 (midnight). Deadline for uploading all performance videos to the assigned google folder. Note: Once a registration form is received, a link to an individual google folder will be sent by Scotty Walker, LMEA Executive Director, to the director. LMEA has reinstated the State Large Ensemble Assessments to provide schools who have qualifying ensembles the opportunity to proceed to a higher level of evaluation and recognition. This assessment will be virtual only during the 2024-25 school year. Beginning in 2026, there will be an in-person assessment. MORE INFORMATION |

Ensemble Awards It is assessment season and the perfect time to think about getting a great recording of your group to submit for awards. Deadline: March 1 to June 1
Purpose: To recognize quality high school and middle school choral music programs serving historically disadvantaged student populations.
Deadline: Submit recordings and form between March 1 and June 1
Eligibility: High schools, elementary, and middle/jr. high schools whose director is an LMEA/NAfME member
